By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
I would not recommend giving any billing info to Flexjobs unless you plan on looking for a job for the rest of your life. I've cancelled twice with them, and they continue to run my card for $23.95. I've never needed to use their services. I signed up for their free trial (In which they need your billing info) and didn't finish filling out my resume with them, cancelled my free trial, and they still persist with billing me. They direct you to their website to cancel, however, when following their instructions to cancel (click your name on top right of page, select account details, then select subscription and cancel) there is no option to cancel. Very sus. I have had to contact my bank to block charges from Flexjobs. Definitely not a company i would recommend.
Tip for consumers:
It should never be difficult to cancel a subscription. Ridiculous.

None. I just ended up with hundreds of unneeded emails from them. I'm just glad i never gave them my phone number.

My experience with flex jobs was pretty good, They connected me with the right people, and had a real shot. Although I now found work through other means, FlexJobs offered very interesting opportunities. Highly recommended.

Hi there, my husband signed me up for the yearly subscription that comes with 21 day trial. I called customer service yesterday just to make sure I had full access during the trial time. I enjoyed perusing your site and taking a few of the skills tests.
The gentleman was very kind and willing to help. But what confused me is he proceeded to cancel the yearly subscription, refund, and start me on the 4.95 a month plan. He did help me acquaint myself with knowing how to navigate the website and find pertinent info. About my account.
So for now, I will continue to explore to see if your company can help me find a job. Thank you.

The website is nice and clean, providing a good experience for the user. It has a lot of useful resources. One thing that bothers me is that you can't sort jobs by date, which forces you to go through the entire listing, wasting time.

Today I saw there was a charge from Flexjobs to my credit card, and I realized I could not afford it. I contacted your company through the phone number that accompanied the credit card charge online. Thank you for making that information so easily available. Anthony assisted me when I reached your company, and he was able to cancel my subscription and put a refund in motion for the charge to my credit card. He was understanding about my situation (low income, and my Dad in the hospital) and explained everything he was doing at each step he was taking so that I could easily understand it. He was very kind, and your company has also been exemplary in the way that they serve their subscribers. You are top-notch! L am just sorry I was not able to entirely avail myself of the help you were offering during this time. Thank you for all the people you help everyday!

I believe that your site is very good and provides legitimate remote jobs. I do feel that the market is saturated and unless you have higher education degrees or specific skills, it is hard to get an interview.

I signed up for the $2.95 trial 2 week plan and was charged 23.95 upon completion. I was not happy about being charged without my permission and called Customer Service. Emilio (not sure of spelling) provided me with world class customer service. She helped me navigate around the Flex Jobs system to assist my job search. She offered me a discounted monthly plan.
