By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!
Great service, really well put together. You can definitely tell that the people behind FlexJobs actually care about doing a good job, and that translates into all aspects of this online job search platform.
Although I have found this website helpful in that there seem to be many remote jobs available, I have not found a job yet, so my experience has not been perfect.
So many jobs. Easy to refine your search with keywords and the search tabs. The skills tests are great. If I am looking again in the future I will be back!
Job selection. Recommended from a website that I love.
Flexjobs is a popular site for employers. Good place to subscribe to get updates on what's available on the market, as well as tips on staying fresh in your job search.
First off all they want you to pay to see job postings that are readily available on corporate sites if you do a bit of research and when you go to those sites you have to re-enter all the information you provided to FlexJobs. I applied to ten different entry level business analytics jobs, across the country. Tailored a cover letter template and everything as a test. I don't do cover letters as a rule. I have several years experience and a bachelors so I thought I had a leg up. Just got rejected from all 10. What is the point of paying a service for job listings when you get re-directed to the company sites anyway? Who needs a middleman when job seekers have to do all the legwork. Only paid for a week as a test to see how it would turn out and as expected, it turned into nothing. Most of the entry level jobs have five years and up experience wanted and the middle level plus 10 years. Same old story. Nobody wants to train and they expect you to have years of experience for entry level pay. That particular problem is not the fault of FlexJobs itself, it's the fault of potential employers.
I figure all of those jobs that were listed were either filled before or they are eliminating WFH/the positions themselves. The job listings were outdated.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother unless you have 10-20 years experience and the job listing is new.

FlexJobs put me in contact with several companies who were hiring and I was able to find a position with the exact specifications I wanted within 10 days.
It is the worst platform where you pay only to visit jobs that are not applicable in your geographical area. Indeed is far better than this.

I really liked FlexJobs. I thought the list of jobs was curated and very accurate. I do think the job listings need to broken out in more detail between executive and senior level jobs.
Hello,
Thank you, we are always open to new suggestions on ways we can improve, and your feedback helps us do just that!
Would like to be able to filter on 'work from anywhere' in main job search. Yes I know I can search by 'jobs by location' tab, but then it doesn't present in date order.
Has a lot of listings
I really liked this platform. But it didn't work for me as it offers jobs only living in US and Canada. I wanted to find a job through this platform but unfortunately could not.
I like the FlexJobs approach of getting to know me, offering advice, tips, job leads, and more. I will sign up again should I be back on the job market. Totally worth the investment.
I listened to some of the workshops and they were helpful. I applied for some jobs from this site, but the responses were often that the job had already been filled or no response.
I thought I may find more opportunities for employment through a non-traditional search mode.
I love this job search engine. It helped me see the possibilities in the future and what is out there. I will definitely be back whenever I need to search for a new job.
Flexjobs is a very powerful and professional service that empowers the job-hunter. Flexjobs seems to have thought of everything and is rich in features and resources. Flexjobs IS THE PLACE TO BE if you are seeking remote work of any sort.
I've come to like its features and benefits.
I appreciate the fact that you accumulate flex jobs all in one place. I have recommended you to others. It's not a good match for the kind of work that I am looking for at this time.
It all seems great; I just haven't had a chance to finish my profile and get working. I had intended to be part time by now, but am still working full time. Perhaps I'll be back soon.
Flexjobs has made it super easy to find remote jobs, but I've also seen some of the same job postings on other sites, so it wasn't necessary for me to pay for the information.
Flexjobs is the perfect tool for all your remote job needs. In addition to job posts, the resume writing and job coaching services are really effective.
Good site, good idea. Most employers are simply passing by most of us highly qualified people because they are relying on unreliable software to vet resumes.
I was looking for a job. Nobody picked me up. So I said screw it and have started my own company. At least I'll hire me.
I really appreciated that the jobs listed were legit, that companies got rated, and that I never felt like some outside agency was skimming my information off the web site.
I was looking for a remote job, and Flexjobs came up as highly recommended on several sites.
I don't have any issues with Flexjobs. My needs have changed and I have elected to retire from active employment. Thanks for all that you do to support your members.
I didn't use the service at all expect for reading some articles, which were very informative. I meant to cancel the subscription before I was auto billed, but forgot to.
I signed up while I was laid off due to COVID.
I often find that FlexJobs has a variety of employers and employment opportunities available and I really like that. It is easy to navigate the system and apply for jobs.
FlexJobs has many jobs available and I truly appreciate the variety of opportunities that are presented. FlexJobs is always my first place to go when looking for a job. Thank you so much for all you do.
I liked using Flexjobs when I was actively looking for employment. I am now employed and no longer need additional tools to search for remote jobs. Thanks for your service.
I appreciated the ability to search through robust filtering to create search criteria that matched what I was looking for.
This site was great for information about available remote positions. The jobs were well researched and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend!

In 2007, FlexJobs founder and CEO - Sara Sutton - was looking for something better after losing her full-time job. She was already seven months pregnant with her first child and needed something that was going to be flexible but still help further her career. Sara knew these jobs existed but was overwhelmed trying to find them. That’s when the idea for FlexJobs came: A site where job seekers could find professional-level, legitimate work-from-home jobs, all in one place, without the ads, scams or junk found on other sites.
Hello,
I am sorry to hear you are not finding jobs that meet your needs. Please know that we add new posts every day, so our database is continually being updated. I am sorry that you ran across a job listing that was already expired. We understand that this can be very frustrating! We do work very hard to make sure our database is current and accurate. Occasionally an employer will remove a posting before when they had initially stated.
We guarantee that all positions on our site will be hand-screened to be legitimate and scam-free, and offer work flexibility. Our Client Services Specialists would be happy to provide you with tips and advice on how to best search and get the most out of our site.
