By joining FlexJobs, I was able to find a 100% work from home position as a Marketing Manager in the US for a global tech company headquartered in Belgium. It has been a wonderful experience and the perfect match for my expertise. Without FlexJobs, there's no way I would have found this opportunity on my own. I highly recommend paying the minimal subscription cost if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits!

The searching could be improved. There are not enough categories and when searching for remote jobs, the time zone for the "core" hours needs to be noted.

I was pleased to find a job, but felt the subscription model was misleading. I thought I had purchased just a one week, rather than recurring subscription.
Flexjobs covers all of your bases. If you cannot secure a job through flexjobs then you cant secure one anywhere! Thousands of jobs with lots of flexibility!

I've applied to many jobs that have offered remote. The only problem is that most of the jobs that are remote require more experience or credentials than I have.
I like how legit the site is and the jobs available. I just have not had time to utilize the site and due to a financial situation, need to step away.

The jobs posted just were not me. Ironically my new job asa SCCM Admin has progressed to a point once I showed them I knew my stuff to full time at home. Yey!
Flexjobs is genuine and informative. The first time I worked remotely was in 2002. I was on my on!. But I have learned a lot and with Flexjobs I have not gone wrong!

A good experience overall and a good model for job searching, however sometimes the searches and filters selected do not align with the actual job posting.

I want to get a remote job
I did not get ANY responses to any of the jobs I applied to. I became discouraged and just stopped using the site. I can get the same results without having to pay for it.
I thought it would be a better job search site than Indeed or LinkedIn but it not - it is about the same.
I found the site overwhelming to navigate at times. It did help me to consider other options than I had not considered.

I choice FlexJobs because of the variety of position you've got to offer and the various locations.
It's a great concept, there are definite improvements to make it more user-friendly, but all-in-all it's a great concept. There are ideas I would put together to bring more jobs and users.
