I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Purchased extra insurance to allow flight changes. Called for 3 days to make a change, was told it cant be done over the phone and someone would get back to me. Received email, told to call again, when i finally got through i was told it cant be done over the phone and someone will get back to me. Never happened.
Over and hour to get through on phone each time, cut off twice. Had to pay for it through the airline. Lost my money.
After many calls, long waits, multiple customer service reps, I am still not able to get any help.
They are rude, incompetent, and brush me off by telling me to call back.
I will never ever ever ever book any flights with these guys ever again.

I would click on the 'next step' and nothing would happen. After waiting an interminably long time you've got to decide if the process is just slow, your computer is frozen, or you just need to start over. Took me an hour to book a flight.
I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received. Close to 2 months ago, I made a booking for a trip, and upon receiving an email from flightnetwork saying that the transaction was voided, I cancelled the booking. On the policies page it states that the payment would have an authorised hold on it lasting from 5 to 10 days. It has now been 58 days and the money still not been made available. I have contacted my bank already and they said they would chase flightnetwork up but evidently nothing has been done. I feel as though this is a problem on the part of flightnetwork, and honestly would never book from them ever again.
We found this site to have the most accurate and cheapest ticket you can find in the internet. We spoke to a couple of staff as well and they very helpful and quick to address our concerns.
I would highly recommend Flight Network to all my friends and relatives.
Scammers do not trust them! Rude on the phone! You pay for a seat selection that is not guaranteed! They claim if the flight cost changes they honour the change but they only do if both outbound and inbound go down! Another shady thing they do. Save your money book with REDTAG or EXPEDIA
I don't know what else to say other than it's a complete scam. 400$ down the drain. DO NOT buy a ticket unless you want to waste your money. DO NOT get flexible ticket…. Nothing about it is flexible. It's a SCAM SCAM SCAM. I feel so bad for the people who will continue to book with this evil company….
They cancelled my flight for no apparent reason. Without question they made me run, on the phone for 3 days and for hours. In the end they returned my money after taking more than 50% of the total. I am still fighting for my money! Disgusting & worthless even though I told them to help me cause my mother being 90 had to go for an operation!
I had 2 letters in my passenger's name that were reversed. Even after explaining that I'm dyslexic, that I didn't realize the mistake until it was pointed out to me, Simram K. At Flight Network said there's nothing they can do unless I pay the $56 fee. No compassion. No understanding. Completely disrespectful to those with disabilities such as dyslexia. I'll never support Flight Network again.

I've been using Flight Network for years and feel it's a good fit to book flights and hotels. I really like the chance to get a cheaper flight if it goes down in price. I find I book earlier without worrying about a price decrease. I also like the history of past bookings which helps with future bookings. The only thing I would like added is a spot to add open dates so it's faster to find the best travel day on flights.
I had never booked by a third party site before but I did so after finding a great price. I was looking for flight tickets that were cheaper than taking the bus and faster too. I expected to be charged for more by the selected airlines for additional services. I only wish that additional charges were posted on the website by airline. However, this is so far a great experience and I look forward to booking again.
Never use this company as their customer.service is disgusting. They will cancel your tickets if they can sell it for more. My parents Christmas is ruined and at their age of 70 this is a big thing. My parents tickets were cancelled to the Philippines despite being purchased months ago because they can sell it for more. Absolutely disgusting. Who treats old people like that.? Flight Network will ruin your Christmas for the sake of money. Customers are only a number to them...
The Flight Network booking platform allowed me to duplicate a booking and lose $3000 AUD. Yes, you read that right - three thousand Australian dollars. No help, no support, no sign of a refund. I have been calling and emailing every day for the last month since the event occurred. Do NOT use Flight Network.
This company is the worst to book a flight through. Don't ever book through them. We booked the flight for our daughter going to see her friend. Somehow the flight got changed and we were not notified about the change. The counter person looked it up and said we had no email in there bit they emailed me the original paperwork so they did have it. The other thing was that my ticket was cheap but there was and Unaccompanied minor fee that i was not told about. So now my ticket is over 700 dollars. This company did not disclose any information. They suck $#*!...
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I have been notified by the airline that my cancelled flight is eligible for a refund. Flight Network asked for $30 handling fee for processing the refund. Since then, there has been no response to emails, no confirmation that the refund process has been initiated, and nobody at their customer service line answers the phone 99% of the time. The one time somebody answered after a long hold, he immediately said the call needed to be transferred and after hours on the phone, nobody answered. You call this a legitimate business? Horrific.
I booked a multiple trip thru skyscanner then i choose flight network as provider, when they transfer me to flight network website everything seems so easy and simple.
They contacted me back after booking my plane ticket online saying my credit card was denied so I appreciated the follow-up. I'm calling them back to confirm my credit card number and whatnot I did find that the procedure for doing everything was a little long on the phone but in saying that they're follow up with great and I very much appreciated the customer service
Bought flights from TO to Frankfurt to Dubrovnik months ago and just flew last week. Flight Network extremely responsive with Airline confirmation numbers (which are different from Flight Network's confirmation number) upon email request. Flights departed/arrived on time. I found the price to be better than dealing directly with the airlines.
I love this website. The process is very smooth and I like that they show the total price up front, with the taxes and other fees included. The PDP is amazing, it's become useful and as someone who is becoming a frequent flyer, this is a great deal! Customer service is also excellent as I have called them a few times when I needed clarification and they were patient and flexible in changing things.

I booked a flight from Valencia to Perth.
Rang to change it for a week earlier, they did, with a cost of just under $600, except from Barcelona to Perth.
I rang to say they made a mistake.
They said we can change but you will have to pay.
I said no way, its your mistake.
They said they would need to listen to the phone call to see who's error it was.
It would take 24 hours, then they said 48 hours, then 72 hours.
3 weeks later only days before i was supposed to fly, they still had not done anything, only saying it had progressed and should be sorted soon, please wait, thankyou for your patience.
In the end i had to catch a train to Barcelona to get my flight.
Did i get compensated, No!
Dont book with Flight Network
Very bad service. This is fraud sites, don't ever book tickets from here. I didn't got my refund amount which is 28k. It has been more than 2 weeks I have cancelled my ticket and called to customer care many times. They say to wait for few days but no response. They behave unprofessional. They just looting people money.
I am stranded in another country. My flight was cancelled because of covid. Flight network won't even answer calls or respond to emails. Been on hold 2 hours and counting. I'm wasting so much money on roaming. Never again
Beware, they are a supplier for agents like iTravel2000. If your agent needs to make a change or get in touch with FlightNetwork (FN) expect, virtually be assured, that FN will not respond in a timely fashion. In my case, I needed a correction which has to occur within 24 hours (which is what most airlines expect). They never contacted iTravel2000 back, in fact, they said there was no record of the request only to find it later. Then they refused to do any changes and said we need a new ticket and no refunds on the old one. They have serious customer service issues. Every conversation with them is as if dealing with the soup-nazi and they don't take responsibility for their part of the problem.
Note: If you live in the Toronto area do not expect any better treatment for being local

My wife made a mistake in entering her name (entered two n's instead of one). Called immediately to correct it. The f**king mumbling a**hole on the other side would not budge unless she paid $200 CAD to change the letter. It costs less to go to the Canadian registrar's office to change your entire name. Cancelling would refund her only 50%. Talk about getting caught between a rock and a hard place. I picked up on the conversation and totally lost it on the mumbling prick. He then changed it with no charges. Never been so upset at a scam in my life. How does the government audit thee companies and give them a pass? It's beyond belief. Never again will she make a mistake to book something through this clear scamming so called "company"
I totally agree, I went through a similar situation, and they back up with their policies that do not return the entire payment. Your web page gives you an error and at the end. On another occasion something similar happened to me on Expedia, and they did return me to the last cent.
