I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
The service is not so good when you do not do things fast enough to avoid price hikes, as in my case, the change became above 10$ in a second when I was filling personal details. I think this is unfair and prices must be locked at that stage. I could have saved 9$ going to trip.com, so remember this.
I'll be honest I thought I was on the American website I wasn't. I'm on your website. It stated one price and now all of a sudden it's another so now you charge me $200 more than was original and now I got paid to sit together not pleased.
Trying to get ahold of a customer service rep on the phone was very difficult. It took me 3 different attempts after waiting on hold for over an hour on 2 of those attempts. I had to cancel a flight I booked for my mother, and Flight Network refused to refund the ticket even though the airline authorized a full refund for the ticket. I will never use your service to book a flight again,
It was easy to book the flight. What I did not like was that there was a cost to choose a seat even though I booled a premium seat. Since I am going on a group trip, I did not need to purchase Flight Insurance as the group is purchasing this separately.

I wanted to sit next to my daughter but if I was flying alone and did not pick a seat, would that cost increase exist?
I simply don't like when I am offered endless extra priced services or insurances. Not being able to choose a free seat on an transatlantic flight is terrible. Now I wonder if I will get a seat at the airport. That's adding to stress of traveling.
Your site is not helpful at all. In order for me to just change a flight date it requires multiple states and assistance. Further, the site says 'service temporarily unavailable for past 30 minutes"

Do not purchase from this website. The company charges 50% more than airlines site, they don't have customer service AT ALL and you are screwed if you run into issues with your flight. I clicked on it by accident because it was disguised as an official airline site.
The ticket I originally looked at said it was $130. By the time I checked out I paid over $200 and I didn't get anything special. They nickel and dime you for everything. It's annoying and ridiculous. I travel a lot on Delta and never have to jump through this many hoops, especially for a one hour flight.
I was fooled onto booking on this site. It looked and felt like the actual SAS flight. It only revealed itself aftrer I had booked. I feel deceived. Not right.
Was put into a circular internet path to nowhere when trying to contact company for a refund or enquiry.
In future will purchase tickets only from a travel agent.

Flight Network shows up as the first Google result for flights. If you are quickly booking, you may (as I did) think you are booking through an actual airline. If you try to cancel for your mistake and receive a full refund the moment you find out that a ticket with the actual airline is $100 less ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER, you will be charged a $44 cancellation fee per person (which I'm sure is in fine print somewhere among the 300 other fine print clauses). No exceptions. This is absolute swindling. I went ahead and canceled because I would rather be charged $88 to learn from my mistake and NEVER deal with this company again than deal with a company that maintains and stands by such dishonest and deceptive business practices. Litigation should be brought against this company for misleading and unfair business practices. It is a complete enemy of consumer protection and fairness.

I want to inform you that in my life I did not see like this procedures, while I buy a ticket online immediately after they take their payment they send me the ticket with my receipt directly immediately, so I don't know why you put me on hold and you Already took your money from my account? It's not good. I have been waiting for the tickets and my receipt please, as long as you take your full money I mean the payment!?
I was disappointed to learn I could no longer use the American Airlines site to book my flight. I found Flight Network unfriendly in that it did not reinforce the idea that I was doing business with AA, gaining points, etc. And, more importantly, I was unable to choose my flight destination and return flights separately. Instead I was forced to scroll through endless possibilities to find a pair (depart/arrival) that met my needs and budget. The site also lacked clear distinctions between different levels of fair: econmy, economy plus, etc. Looks like a money-saving move to met. Very disappointing.
Easy to sue - got the flights I wanted. Not fully happy with paying money to reserve a seat but I guess it is what it is
I was shocked at all the charges for every little thing. This is the first and last time I'm going to use this airline and your "service." Using your website, a reasonable $250 flight swiftly becomes a $400 flight. Awful. Also, it is not clear on your pages which airline is being booked. It's fine that it's Scandenavian Airlines but this should be made clear on every page.

Iceland Air reservation was a continual charge for every little thing that should be included in base fare.
Spam increasing the price suddenly before checkout, never ever again with Flightnetwork. I put this scam on my travel blog!
Price for my booking on the Turkish airline page is 533.3 USD. I consider the 719.24USD very expensive

Too many add-ons. Price for carry on luggage is ridiculously high. Asking $28 per seat adding even more on to the price.
