I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
My flight was cancelled by the airline, and I didn't receive any notification from FlightNetwork, who I booked the flight with. I've been trying to reach them for over 9 weeks. After spending loads of money on local distance calls trying to get ahold of them, I haven't been able to reach them. I'm so frustrated. I will never book with them again.
The cancel the flight because of cvid19, i am calling them and waiting for more than 5 hours on the phone and what they do is transfer me to another agent, last one asked me when i would like to travel and after telling her, she asked me to pay again, so they want me to pay $1200 again. I really hope someone from Flight Network is reading this and able to help. My wife and I are on our honeymoon since the 5th, we have been sent an incorrect flight ticket and currently stranded in Asia. We have spoken to customer's service everyday in the past 8 days, 12 times, 20hours of phone calls and the response have been the same which is "someone from our support team will call you within 24hours to resolve it" however have heard nothing from each call. Our emails have only had auto acknowledgment replies with no option to reply. We need to get back to our 3 young kids. PLEASE HELP.
I have the most horrible booking experience with this company, they use a lower quote price to lure you to book with them, and the display price is not the true price, they charge you more than the quote price " tricks shown up in fine prints somewhere on their web in the term and condition, after taken your credit card", the booking page use technique to trap you for extras, no invoice total or currency was disclosed before you click "Complete booking button", once you click this button thinking you are moving to the next step, you are surprised, all unwanted automatically add on for you without your consent, and the invoice come with unfair, unreasonable term and conditions fine prints, which give them the advantage to take as much of your money as they want.

I booked my flight on cheaptickets.ca last time and I recently found out that its owned my flight network so I decided to book my flight directly on flight network site this time and got a pretty good deal. I'll be honest that I was initially hesitating to purchase my airfare on this site after reading some of the reviews but I quickly decided to go ahead and book it as soon as I found that it was part of cheaptickets since I had no problem with my last booking. So yea so far so good
They have canceled my flight without airline permission, impossible to speak to someone helpful, keep sending me back to the airline. I wish I dealt with the airline directly without this intermediary. Waste of time and money

Try calling them on a weekend: 1 hours advertising loop on the phone, and no one picks up. Next day, someone picks up the phone, but is not able to change the name on the ticket. Aircanada and Westjet do it, and there is no reason for not doing it at all. But Flightnetwork is not even happy to get another 100 bucks for changing the name, they want you to drop the ticket and book a new one. Never again Flightnetwork!

Absolute no path to any resolution talking to customer service. Deceiving tactics, empty promises of call backs and emails, no results. My flight is less than a week from now and I still don't know if I really have a flight. Trip of a lifetime stuck in a scam. Overbooking scam.

I tried to get a refund for non checked bags, - the person on the other line did not even let me explain my issue, interupted me and told me that the company had already given the money to the airline?

This site offers a good rate and good combination. But if we need to change a flight or to cancel a booking its too risky as from my experience we spend around 30m ISD call for 3 times and at last I spend 45 minutes on a call to get connected and do the cancellation just 3 days before the travel which for me its too risky as if I dint get connected that call then I may miss the chance of cancellation. All this happened even after I paid the additional charge for priority customer response. Also if we send emails there is no response at all.
Website crashed while booking so I called got a rep on the phone instantly and he helped make my reservation right away and confirmed by email while I was still on the phone to make sure everything was correct.
Requested for an refund, they told me there is a $60 process fees for them and $300 from the airline. However, contacted the airline and was informed the ticket is eligible for full refund.
Book at your own risk.
After the Airline company cancelled my flight in March 2020, I submitted a refund request to FlightNetwork.
20 months later, I didn't receive a penny. I have been calling their call centre but didn't get any help.
The message I have been hearing from their front line employees working from Mumbai "your request is still in progress. You'll get a phone call back within 48h"

Worst ever. Would never recommend it. They canceled my flight and it's been 30days and I'm still trying to get it. The customer service is of no use, won't give an email or transfer to manager. Just waiting to get my refund god knows when but never again.

They will take your money no questions asked and the service will be prompt but as soon as one thing goes sideways - good luck.
I spent hours on the phone on hold only to be hung up on as soon as they heard the word refund. The actual airline said they would give me a refund and even provided a code to give to Flight Network and they still haven't refunded me.
My advice would be to go directly through an airline. Atleast you will be protected. Cheaper costs does not always mean better.

Poor customer service, call centre is layered and time consuming. I paid for an upgrade on top of my original booking, but received nothing different from my original booking except being out of pocket to the tune of $2000AUD, trying to get any sense out of the CST was impossible, trying to get a refund is now worrying me.
A great example of how not to support your customers. 10 calls 40 minutes each, by the time you get through the support was significantly disappointing, 4hrs on the phone trying to get some someone willing to help and be responsible….
This will be my once and only booking with this company, 100% hopeless.

I worked with a very nice agent last night and he got us the best deal for a direct flight return to Nassau. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had spoken earlier to another rep and he was not very helpful at all so I tried again and this time I had a much better rep.
Unfortunately, I cannot leave a '0' rating. This company changed my initial flight segment without notifying me. Then, when I missed the initial flight, they cancelled the remaining segments. I had to rebook my trip at my own expense, which cost over $3000 USD, since it was done at the last minute. Fortunately, in working with the airline directly, I was able to salvage a portion of my return trip. The Flight Network refused to refund the cancelled flights or reimburse me for the rebooked segments. Pathetic! Unfortunately, I booked this through KAYAK, which I will NEVER do again.

Please don't buy ticket with them. You can't change or cancel your flight by then even the airlines allows to cancel or change the booking. And they lied to me when they said you have credits and you booking was canceled. I contact air Canada which my ticket by them, they told me we didn't cancel your booking. We only changed and we didn't give credit. Who said that.

The booking was a smooth 3 city booking that was cheaper than any other website! The only negative was once I paid the final page never loaeded to let me know if I was booked or not. Thankfully I checked my email and received confirmation.
