I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
I booked my tickets with flexible options so that I can reschedule the same. But ever since I have booked the tickets I was provided extra charge for any change, when the prices were way less in their sites itself for the particular day and flights. When i checked whats the use of flexible ticket, then they said its the extra fare from the airline for a change. I booked the tickets for 1410cad and when I asked for a time change for my flight, they asked me another 600, when the airline site as well as the flight network site showed only 980 cad for the same itinerary. So when i asked refund for the extra amount as well as the flexible ticket fare, they said someone from customer care will contact you on the same and so far no one approached me. Never ever go with this site, seeing less price and this flexible ticket option as they are really useless and the customer service could never gave proper explanations for the additional charges they are asking for such bookings.

NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! They are doing everything to make it harder. I spent already 20 hours on the phone, spoke to 8 agents trying to fix my problem and they really don't care. I'm trying 5months! But I wont give up and let them have my money (because I feel like its all about that)

My flight was cancelled and they put me on a flight I couldn't make. Then when I told them to put me on an alternative flight that I could actually make they charged me $55. Spoke to 6 different people kept transferring departments spent 2 hrs with the airline and then 1hr with flight network kept giving me the run around and not helpful at all. Airline said they don't own the tickets but an involuntary change should be free. $55 for nothing. SCAM! Book direct, these guys couldn't run a chook raffle. DODGY!

Unfortunately, this is fake online scam who takes your money and then becomes unavailable to reply. I wait over the phone for hours and disconnected multiple times during the conversation.
The majority of Indian people and companies are thief and untrustable in almost all businesses. This is not about racism, however, Indian people behavior proves that they like to be described in this way. Unclarity, lying, and trickiness are the in-born nature of Indian people and this has a long history. This so-called business entity must company must be legally terminated. I had to make it zero definitely but there is no option to get it zero.
After having my flight reschedule and had to wait 9 extra hours on the airport, i had return flight cancelled with no replacement flight or any kind of compensation. Now it has been more than 1 year, 20 emails and more than 12h on the phone and i still have not seen my refund happening.
I have never experienced such a bad costumer service, will definitely not use their services again and i would recommend everyone to do the same. The few hundred bucks that you save on a flight will give you alot of grief and sooner or later you will end up regretting your decision.

I booked with them a flight with Air Canada. I am a senior person 76 years old and my ticket was canceled because the agent in Air Canada did not let me check in just because i was a bit late although i checked in online prior day. I requested a refund from flight network in order to book another flight. I called them many times but they never took my problem into consideration. They do not have respect for elderly people. They don't even have a customer service email to file a complaint. They just stole my money and did not care. I'm still chasing them to get a refund since few months. Very dissatisfying. If i can put zero on the reviews i would.
I booked a ticket couple of hours ago and then I changed my mind and want to cancel the ticket. I checked their website, it shows you can cancel free of cost within 24 hours. So I called customer service to cancel it. He said they will charge me 80$ to cancel the ticket, that's their handling fee. I told him about what is mentioned on website. But he said it doesn't matter and their SOP's says we have to charge 80$. He said I can complaint if I want to. Guys... NEVER book with this company. I have been on hold for a collective 30 HOURS over the past 5 DAYS! I have called the airline carrier and confirmed that I am due a refund, they notated it in my account so that Flightnetwork can see it, and they STILL won't give me a refund. I have been transferred to their cancellations department over a DOZEN times and after about 2.5 hours they hang up on me... EVERY TIME. I have NEVER talked with a single human in their refund department. I am so mad I could scream. I recommend disputing any and all charges with your credit card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have sympathy that they did not foresee this situation and may be crazy busy, but these folks are thieves.
In March 2020, I booked a roundtrip for my wife from the US to Europe and back for June 2020. Air New Zealand cancelled the flight due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I requested a refund. Air New Zealand confirmed that they refunded the ticket price to FlightNetwork, but FlightNetwork did not refund it to me. Instead, FlightNetwork tried to offer me a credit voucher which I did not accept. The credit voucher would have been worthless anyway, as Air New Zealand does not serve the above mentioned flight route for the time being. FlightNetwork claims that the credit voucher expires after one year (June 2021). They would consider it a "lost ticket". I would be surprised if I am the only person they try to screw. So, I will file an online-claim with the Ontario Small Claims Court to get my money back plus interest plus expenses.

I wanted to book a flight, but it got cancelled, and I did not receive any refund. The "credit voucher" was useless, as the airline does not serve the route for more than a year, and the "credit voucher" has a 1-year expiration date.
This site is terrible. My outbound flight was cancelled by the airline, hence i cancelled my whole booking, both outbound and inbound flight. Although i cancelled on email, well in advance, Flight Network is refusing to compensate anything for the inbound flight and hiding behind legal technicallities.
After service is so poor
Abeer was SO much help. She helped me rebook after I'd made a mistake in my intinerary. She was pleasant, helpful, and respectful of my time. It was very nice of her to call me back (twice!) after our initial conversation instead of making me wait on hold while I was at work. I go on an overseas trip at least once a year and take local airlines between countries a lot - I will definitely use this site again.
Flight Network is the worst agent to use to book your flights through. I bought my tickets from London to New York through Flight Network in Oct 2022. The airline accidentally overcharged me but instead of refunding the money back to me, they refunded it to Flight Network. I have been chasing Flight Network since last Oct for my refund.
They acknowledged that they have got my money but didn't process the refund till today 8th Feb 2023 and on top they have deducted a $45 processing fee which even the airline didn't charge me cause it was a clear error on their part for overcharging me. Flight Network is charging me admin fee, I did all the chase up, follow up, wasted my mobile bill, and they sat and earned interest on my money and now have the privilege to charge me admin fee for refunding something which was paid to them in error. Pathetic Customer Service!

Instant booking, great internet services, then I had a problem with my debit card but the service was great and the problem was dealt efficiently and instantly. I will definetely prefer them above all on my next flights.
My flight has been cancelled by the airline and have told us to re-book it by calling the travelling agency, every time I called them to re-book it they gave me excuses to not re-book it, they kept telling me a different reason for not re-booking it every time. Everytime I have called them I have had to spend up to 40 minutes just waiting for them to answer, I have even paid an extra £30 for assistance to re-book my ticket and they've done nothing! It has already been over a week and they still haven't re-booked my tickets, they don't even answer my emails. They cannot be trusted! Absolutely horrible costumer service.

Bought tickets for the 1st time through this site and didn't think anything of the price until some tickets needed to be canceled and when I called the airline they advised me that the ticket prices was $329 and yet I had payed flight networks over $689. Made a mistake booking my flight - called customer service at 6AM and the agent was very helpful at finding the best way to correct the situation. Found me the most optimal way to rebook in order to minimize the fees - wish more companies were like that!
It was very difficult trying to reserve on Sunday a return flight late afternoon or early evening out of White Plains, NY. Finally reserved a flight out for early Monday morning, Plus trying to get a Friday mid-day arrival flight into White Plains, NY was also very challenging. Was only able to schedule the flights per my needs and gain a competitive fair at Flightnetwork (FN). I'll fly with FN again. Have flown with FN a couple of times and am a very satisfied customer. I booked a ticket with them and they charged an additional $41.95 for a seat assignment. I did not ask for one and I confirmed with the airline that they did not have an assned seat for me and they had made no charge. It was purely with this company and the fee was for doing nothing. I had to replace my credit card since flightnetwork would not remove the fraudulent charge.
I was waiting in line for 3.5 hours yesterday no one picked up. I was in the waiting line for 2 hours today, someone picked up told me to wait for 5 mins and dropped the call. WHAT? How can someone drop the call on their customer? I am an international student and my university is restricting any travel abroad. I paid $1200 dollars to see my family after 2 years and these 1200 is a huge deal for an international student. I am crying right now as I have finals next week and I am just wasting more than 6 hours waiting to just talk to a representative? This is unacceptable. This is harassment. Qatar has a full refund policy, and I should be getting my money back. If they don't answer my calls, or HANG up on my face again today, I am filing a harassment case against them. I paid $ 772.00 for 2 one way tickets on Air Canada from Toronto to Rome through Flight Network in
Jan. 2021 for a flight Nov. 20,2021. We were notified in late June that our cruise from Rome to Florida was canceled by Norwegian Cruise line. We notified Flight network that we wanted to cancel our flight with Air Canada in July but, it was too late for a refund but they have issued a credit for our use until Nov. 2023.
I attempted to re-book a flight and use my credit with Flight Network today. I have a quote from Air Canada with the flight numbers and the price was to be $ 884.00 for the 2 of us. Flight Network came up with a price of over $ 1400. 00 and wanted me to pay an additional $ 637.00 This is for a return trip to Florida! For 2 seniors. Please HELP! Somebody!
I tried to purchase a flight earlier today with another deal and after 12 hours got an email that unfortunately thwy wouldnt be able to get me the tickets. I immediately ran back to sky scanner to try and find a flight and ran into this deal. I was able to immediately call the customer service and verify and within 15 minutes after purchase and verification already had my E-tickets for my trip. Excellent service, I appreciate the speedy turn around.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL when using flight network. The level of support provided to us was unprofessional and not helpful. We had to contact our airline directly on multiple occasions due to ticket changes and flight network were not assisting and providing the support one would expect, especially after taking out a "support package" with flight network. I honestly am very disappointed and I will encourage all my friends not to use flight network. I am now trying to get flight network to refund me for the ticket cancelled by the airline. The airline informed me that I will get a full refund within 21 days but I have to apply through flight network as I had booked my tickets with flight network, but flight network is now wanting to charge an additional 550 ZAR to administer the refund and according to flight network this will take upto 3 months to resolve. This level of service I would not wish upon anyone. Extremely disappointed!
I paid originally for direct flight on their website since I was travelling with baby and later they changed the timing and split the flight with layover, saying it's the airline who changed their route and it isn't their fault! Will NOT recommend it if travelling with baby, no empathy whatsoever and didn't adjust the price either.
I've got a ticket from FlightNetwork airline, with a stop in Dubai. The connection time in my ticket was 1 hour and 20min. However, according to Dubai airport rule, the minimum connection time must be 180min. That is why I was denied boarding the plane. Now, this is the FlightNetwork's mistake to issue such a ticket which does not meet the required minimum connection time. I made them a call to describe the issue. They put me on hold for long time to make me tired. Finally, they said it is not their mistake and they can give me refund with charging fee of around $400.
Does anyone have the same experience to share and give me advice how to proceed with suing them? Thanks.
