I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

FlightNetwork has never let me down - since Mar 2015 whether it is for amazing last minute deals, or friendly representatives on the phone assisting me to make changes to travel dates.

Paid for a flexible ticket, airline cancelled my flight and need to change my return leg date.

Virtually impossible to get through on phone lines. So far I have spent a collective 9 hours (on several occasions) on hold from Thailand to their U. K. customer services number. After 3 hours and joining the queue at 44, one gets cut off at 1st in the queue. Queue has been up to 110.

I did get through using the Canadian number but was told that I needed to call a different number. The agent promised there would be no queue... guess what. 44 again and cut off after another 3 hours on hold.

It looks very much like I will lose the ticket and have to pay for a single ticket on my preferred date. The difference in ticket price, the additional sum I paid for a flexible ticket and the Skype call costs I've incurred trying to resolve this are theft as far as I am concerned. Judging by the overwhelmingly negative feedback dating back several years (which I wish I'd read prior to booking) FlightNetwork has neither the ability nor the intention of providing the service that they offered and I paid for at the time of booking.

Disgusting how this daylight robbery can continue to prevail. This company should be closed down for trading fraudulently and dragging the tourism sector into disrepute. Simple. Avoid like the plague.

Dont book here. Its scam website.
I have have got a refund amount of 4500 from the airline after deducting the cancellation fee. These scammers didnt pay that to me.

First off, these reviews are probably skewed more positively than they would be since Flight Network only sends people here if they click on the positive link on their follow up email.

They lie when they say you'll pay more if you add luggage later with the carrier. That's before they add their ridiculously high mark-up on adding luggage through them.

Be sure to check the total (way at the top of the page) before clicking pay, as they'll add fees for stuff that doesn't look like it costs money. For instance under seat picking, if you choose the "try to seat us together" option (as opposed to the "pick your seats option"), they'll still charge you. You have to just ignore the question and don't select anything.

If you are booking with a foreign carrier, they'll show the price in your local currency but you'll actually get charged directly by the carrier in their currency, so you can end up paying more than displayed if your card charges a f/x fee (usually 2.5%). This is buried in their terms of service but not displayed anywhere.

There are also a ton of restrictions and caveats around their price guarantee, though I have been able to take advantage of it a few times.

This was my first time to use SkyScanner. It went smoothly, no complaints, yet if there were a place to register my airline account info, that would be helpful for when i check in for flights.

I strongly feel the booking options are deceptive and makes customer pay more than what they are willing to. As an example, the trip protection plan shows 0.41 $ (I have screenshots) and suddenly I am charged 148.78$ which is like 400 times more. I called customer care within 10 min of booking and they say its non-refundable. They explained Cost is "per day" and that info is totally buried somewhere and hardly can be seen. Secondly even if its seen, the "per day" meaning is not explained anywhere. Personally I feel no one would think it is number of days in trip. How does it matter how many days is the trip, say its 15 days trip or 6 months trip, flightnetwork would have same loss if we cancel. So customers would not even guess it, they will obviously assume it is per day until the day of travel in which case I should have been charged less than 50$. Even seat booking showed less than 2.8$ for one of the seat, max 15$ for any seat, so total cannot be more than 20$ for sure but I was charged 38$ and they again say its non-refundable. On top of this, on Kayak website (from where I came) it shows 24 hour free cancellation but I feel its like a trap and really not allowing free cancellations with some or the other reason. In short, totally customer non-friendly. Either avoid booking here or book with utmost care reading every terms and conditions or even better do not chose any additional options except flight ticket

I paid a change fee months ago to request a refund or credit for a flight that was cancelled in July 2020 due to COVID. There is nowhere online to check the status of the refund and when I attempt calling customer service I have been on hold for 3 to 4 hours. If they will not refund me, I wish to simply know instead of wasting my time. Due to COVID uncertainty, if you do need to cancel your trip I would not take the risk of purchasing through Flight Network.

Read the fine print! Complete Con job. Needless to say flights are non refundable... but $300 to CHANGE a reservation?!?!?!?

A word of advice DO NOT BOOK FROM HERE! It's utter bull$#*! no body picks up ur call at all. I've tried calling the customer service which is apparently 24/7 at all times of the day for literally 1 month straight and NO BODY PICKED UP. Honestly it's a scam. If you would like to make any changes to your flight or if something unexpected happened u will never see ur money again. No not even if u took a cancellation protection or any cover because that's rubbish too

There is no contact number to get a hold of Fight Network... Advertising price was NOT totally correct compared to what was deducted from my credit card...

First and foremost, do NOT use Skyscanner's suggested agents without doing research about them. I did so, and ended up regretting it. I booked a flight from Sydney to Muscat in May 2022 through FlightNetwork. The flight was booked easy but after a few days I received message from the airline and FlightNetwork that the flight is cancelled and gave me a really bad alternative flight. I couldn't take the alternative because of super-long transit time. I had to get another alternative to change the flight. I tried emailing their customer service (this is where the disaster began). Every time I emailed them it took them a purposefully-decided long time to get back to me (always and always took them 3 days to reply no matter what! Under the excuse of 'we're too busy'), saying that I must ring them. Then they provided wrong phone numbers. Their physical address on their official website in Melbourne was a wrong address. Eventually, I ended up getting them on the phone after episodes of real stress and hard effort, only to get multiple long call transfer waiting times, excuses and apologies that 'we are sorry, the airline doesn't accept changes'. At the end, I ended up taking their imposed alternative which was a very tiring long flight of an almost entire day transit time in Bangkok. I would like to voice this out to the online community that DO NOT trust what Skyscanner suggests when booking your flights. Majority of them are practical scammers with absolute zero customer service. As for FlightNetwork, they are true practical scammers and nothing more.

I accidentally booked a flight with this company last week because of a wifi glitch that confirmed my booking instead of giving me a summary. I reached out three times via phone - none of the calls went through because I was outside of the US - and reached out via two different emails, one of which went through to cancel. I thought the flight was cancelled. They never responded to the email to let me know this would not suffice and nowhere on their website does it say that you can't cancel via email if there is a mistake. I found this out two days later when I arrived home in the US and saw the charge still outstanding on my credit card bill. I've reached out to the company several times explaining the situation and how I made a good faith effort and they refuse to make an exception stating that all sales are final. I am now stuck with a $1000 bill that I could have resolved with the airline directly if Flight Network had told me there was an issue with the cancellation. I find it completely unacceptable that the only way to reach this company is via phone since wifi is readily available in every airport overseas, but phone calls are usually much more difficult. If even the slightest thing goes wrong, travel agencies will find a way to abscond their liability. Look elsewhere or book directly with the airline!

I booked my ticket from flight network three months before. I need to get it cancelled due to some issues. Sales representative issued a credit note with Singapore Airline which I can use at later on to book my ticket. I talked with Tejal Deherkar <*******@flightnetwork.com> at that time and She told that i can call at her extension or can send her mail to get booking done.

I called her and their other nos and talked to agents multiple times but they are not responding back even on the mail. I am still waiting for them. I seems they are trying to cheat.

I am very frustrated with their response.

Avoid using this site. We booked "economy" tickets from US to Europe and Flight Network booked "basic economy." We specifically choose economy because we wanted our baggage to be included in the price. We knew booking that the flight was going to be with United Airlines and know that United economy class includes 1 checked bag per person.

I logged into the United app to confirm our flights and found that Flight Network booked basic economy. No where did it say I was booking basic economy and customer service keeps telling me I am wrong and it's in the "terms and conditions" - it's a bad policy to hide those details during checkout and then turning it on the customer when they reach out. Also, I called to speak with someone who pretty much yelled at me during our conversation. I asked to speak to a manager but was unavailable - said they would call back with 24 hours. They emailed 4 days later with a link to their terms and conditions.

I choose economy (and my flight confirmation from Flight Network says "economy" not basic economy) because I didn't want to pay $120 per ticket for baggage fees. Choose this site to save money and that was a total fail. Purchase your tickets elsewhere. Customer service is terrible.
