I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

We thought we were directly scheduling a flight with Iceland Air, but somehow we were hijacked to the Flight Network site and were charged us $60 more than if we had directly booked with the carrier. When we went to cancel the Flight Network tickets 5 minutes after booking, we faced a $90 cancelation charge. A scam!

The friendly woman ( Debby) was extremely helpful and without her I would have not been able to get my ticket!
It's a smooth experience. The sight is easy to navigate, there are a lot of options to choose from and every detail is easy to understand
I booked air ticket. But so far ticket copy didnt received. Poor customer support. Will file a case sure. In email they told that ticket will be received in 12 hours. Customer support asked me to wait for 72 hours. Travelling in 2 days. What is the use of waiting 72 hours!?!
IT IS NOT SAFE TO BOOK ON FLIGHT NETWORK
Payment method change - redirect to Klarna
After choosing the preferred payment method that had a discount associated and entering credit card details I was redirected to Klarna where a SMS verification and bank account verification was performed. Without any further confirmation the non-discounted price was billed to via Klarna Pay Later.
It is unclear to me if this redirect of payment method is on purpose and therefore fraudulent or if this was an accidental server glitch.
Klarna informed that Flightnetwork can easily mark the payment as received once this has been charged to my credit card.
Customer Support is completely inept and is not willing to send me another payment link for the credit card payment (which gives me travel insurance) and cancel the Klarna payment.
Neither are they willing to look into and provide the server log details that shows that I actually chose Credit Card payment and provided my details. I had 3 people sitting next to me when I did the transaction and they can all confirm the right payment method was chosen and the details entered.
Flightnetwork's reluctance to assist with the problem which does not cost them anything makes me think this is an intentional fraud so they can show up at the top of skyscanner but eventually evade the discount through this payment redirect.
In case you had the same experience please post here so that it shows that this is not a once off server error.
By the way, the standard FN response to a review on Trustpilot is: As you have failed to provide us with a valid booking code in the private section of the review, we are unable to locate your booking in our system and see what truly happened.
LOL, there is no private section on a Trustpilot review.
There are so many upsells it was awful. You also charge for every single thing and deliberately make it obtuse to turn down extra charges. This is not a budget airline but the website is worse than the budget airlines. Completely outrageous.
A bit tricky to skip all the add-on extras but is a well built website
