I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Booked a flight for September 19th, 2022 on July 13th. Got notified by email the flight was canceled by the airline on September 16th, only 3 days before the flight. Requested a refund on the 18th. Confirmation of the request received on October 7th. The request was denied on November 17th due to no-show. So basically, they took my money and then canceled my ticket. Then refused the refund because I didn't show up for a flight on a canceled ticket. Totally scam.

FlightNetwork overcharged me for what Interjet had charged me. After several calls, they finally told me that they charged me US $42! For the booking of my flight. BEWARE: I never went to them ( I had no idea of their existence), but I purchased through Kayak and that site let me buy through Interjet but to my surprise I got charged on my Credit Card FlightNetwork and by $42 more!
This is a scam agency. They will offer flights that aren't available and charge you money then when the airline contacts you they will tell you that they are trying their best to help you but all they will do is transfer you from agent to agent. They send emails saying a manager will call you back and no one calls you back. They say that they are contacting the airline but they do not the only option they will offer you is a refund of which they will deduct many fees. 9 times out of 10 you will get an email saying that there has been a change to your flight even though no such change has happened. My flight was changed arriving 2 minutes earlier and it doesn't affect any other leg of my trip but they are saying that the airlines cannot authorize any changes and they transfer me from agent to agent solving no issues. You will have a headache and stress with this company. I am very disapointed that skyscanner has this agency listed as someone to book though. I will not use skyscanner anymore as well.

It took me 5 months to get a refund from them after better business Bureau helped me get the refund. They never pick up the phone and getting a refund is hell.
I searched this website looking for the best price and within moments I found an outstanding price! I look forward to using the site again for my next trip.
Almost gave up trying to find decent price for upcoming flight when Flight network came up with price 40% below what I had been researching for almost 3 hours.
DO NOT use them. They are the worst company! They don't honor their 24-hour cancelation policy posted on the top of their website. They have terrible customer service! For your own good KEEP AWAY!

I booked multiple flights with flight network.
Due to a medical emergency I had to change the date of a ticket from Bali to Sydney. A ticket I had already paid $1200 for (economy class!)
Initially they said they couldn't change the ticket due to economy class being completely full for all dates requested.
As I began to get anxious as the medical
Emergency was my wife having a heart attack back in Australia with the second phone call they were able to upgrade my ticket to premium economy for an extra $400
I took it and prepared to leave.
After going through Check out I realise I got an economy seating.
Economy that apparently was fully booked.
When asking qantas about this mishap, they advised that there aren't any premium economy seatings on planes from Bali to Sydney.
Getting in contact with flight network after this was a disaster and after sending them multiple emails with proof of emails stating I bought a premium economy and showing the ticket stating economy, they are dismissive and not responding accordingly.
This agency is a huge money grabber with total lack of customer care. They aren't worth a penny.
Avoid this business as you end up paying more than you bargain for.

Tickets are not that much cheaper than elsewhere, where they do offer customer service and they don’t scam you out of money with lies.

I submitted a written document from my doctor stating that I could not travel on my previously scheduled trip to India due to a back injury. I want a refund since I have met your qualifications to cancel my trip and I DID PURCHASE YOUR FLIGHT INSURANCE. The doctor's letter was sent to Marc Jathan on March 14,2018 and Miranda Kishimoto on March 24,2018. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for investigation and the group that I regularly travel internationally with so that no more people will be deceived by your company. My claim no. Is ******* and I will do whatever it takes to stop your cheating people out of their money.
They will not honor their own refund policy, you will get the run around with Junior employees that don't know what to do. They will not honor their own price protection policy. Shameful business.
I found that when i was booking your network was affordable compared to others, thank you for that. However when booking i could not find where to click in order to chose my seat.

Trying to rebook tickets that were cancelled due to COVID19. Hold times up to 6 hours (I have screenshots), when I finally got through they said they would escalate my call and get someone to call me back (I just asked to rebook my flights). 2 months later they emailed me saying they can no longer help me as my tickets had expired DURING the time I was waiting for my call back. I was still within the airlines' ticket extension window and the airline hasn't had any issues helping me and has warned me against using FN. No helpful assistance anytime that I have called in (over 20 calls), no reasonable response time over email (usually 2-3 months wait), no contact number on their website, no ability to email without a flight booking number, extremely long hold times (shortest was 3 hours), no call number for you to even book a flight! I have never experienced this much difficulty with booking flights and the response from the flight network was dismal and disappointing. They don't care if a customer loses thousands of dollars even if they have the ability to help. I will never be using flight network again and I advise you to book directly and avoid Flight Network at all costs (in my case $$$$.$$ and my time was the cost).
This company is a SCAM. DONT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM! They will charge you more then the airlines, and then tell you to purchase luggage and to confirm a seat from them as it will save you money then waiting until your at the airport but that is a LIE. They charged me more then DOUBLE what it would have costed me at the airport. When I informed them of the difference they said "It was the money to support there company". Didnt realize I would be paying more then double. For the other flight I booked with them the luggage I purchase was INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE! They lie and tell you that you will need to purchase luggage from them in advance as its not included, but that is NOT true. CONFIRM everything with the airline.

Fraudulent 45 dollars for BAGGAGE INSURANCE that I would NEVER agree to because I do not check bags, or allow 45 dollars in online theft. Called them within 5 minutes where in India they explained there was nothing they could do about it and if I would only book the other 3 flights for the 5 of us then possibly... tried to keep me on hold for 2 hours to charge the card. Which I cancelled on another line... travelling should be the adventure not online ticket purchase from thieves and con artists... booking number ******* made on June 7th 2019... even their recording states... Im Ukrainian refugee living in Portugal, I found cheap ticket to Paris form Lisbon and from Warsaw, I wanted to buy a ticket for my sister from Ukraine to meet in Paris for weekend, because Im not aloud to go Ukraine and didnt seen my family 3 years I bought my ticket from Lisbon but my sister couldnt gave me passport information yesterday for me to buy ticket for her from Warsaw and today ticket wich was 48 euros, cost 200, wich I couldnt afford.
