I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

I am resentful of the fact that you charge for every little thing, and the site set up so that one has to actively refuse every little additional charge you force on the customers. The site also issued "something went wrong" message several times. Everything seems to be designed to fleece your customers

Booked the flight then cancelled all of a sudden. Unreliable booking sites unlike Expedia and Priceline where they don't cancel on you after confirming your flights
I went through the entire booking process for 5 people and when I received the confirmation email, I was the only one who was booked. I had to book the flight again for the 4 people in my party
They miss informed me several times and finally change my intial flight (which was perfect) to a very bad one with too much transit time (around 9 hours) and also charged me for service fee. I will never book flight from flight betwork. The agents are too unprofessional and it wrost to book flight more expensive with other site, rather than struggle with these guys!@
Every thing seemed quite user friendly. Since the fare I booked was Business Class, it would have been nice to see that stated on the Travel Document and the receipt.
I called within a few minutes to cancel the purchase, and the lady on the phone said you will charge US $45 per passenger, unlike other agents who would allow 24 hours. I hope I do not purchase anything from Flight Network anymore in future, everyone should be aware of this.
Stay away! This was the response when I tried to seek a refund.
"I acknowledge your frustration but we already provided all the information we have. I regret that I will need to disconnect this call, which is inevitable due to many other customers waiting in our queues. We are doing our best in order to help you. Therefore I'm going to disconnect the call, thank you for understanding"

I used to book my ticket from other platform,then i came accross to this platform to book a trip through flightnetwork.com. I did book 2 tickets from Mauritius to New York,then Vaconcouver and last end in England then Back To Mauritius with flightnetwork. I paid for the tickets, seat selection, baggage tracking etc. Within 1 hour I received an email from Flight Network saying that my trip had been cancelled due to "technical reasons". No further explanation as I lost around $340 due to bank chargers and exchange rate.I did contacted support on their chat but they keep only saying that they already refunded the amount paid! Terrible customer experience and I will never use this travel website again.Wish could give a Zero Star Review

At first I failed to see how to pay. After that all went well!
Flight Network is the worst travel agency in the world. They are scammers. They received my refund from Air Canada but refused to give me back my money for almost 3 months now (see screenshots). Anytime I call their customer service which is based overseas, the poor guys read to me some scripts and said they're working on processing the refund. Run away from this travel agency as they are nothing but scammers. Don't ever book a ticket with them as you're screwed if something goes wrong.

I had booked a flight and airlines has changed my flight timing. I was not okay with the airlines timing and so I requested for refund.
I called customer care, sometimes they kept me waiting for longer and they didn't even cancel. I called airline to tell the same airlines clearly told me you are eligible for refund without any cancellation fees. They helped me to cancel and told me that your travel agent will pay you.
Even after so many days they are not even properly responding that when they will refund. Just telling us keep waiting.

Oh my goodness. I rue the day I booked through this company.
I made a booking and wanted to change destination. Couldn't be altered so I had ti cancel original booking and start again. I was told that I need to make contact after 7 days for the refund (don't forget that they take a whopping 263 aed cancellation fee).
I got on the Web chat, waited so long (over 40 minutes) that I had to leave it. The following day, I provide, name, booking reference, everything and ask for refund. Should be straight forward. Nope, 30 minutes later, they're still "working on it". After another while, I comment how poor the service is, they say that they've already set an email to me... say that, then! Inform me instead of leaving me hanging! Email says I'll have to wait for my money for an extended amount of time due to their workload. Not cool.
I paid for carry-on baggage for both my departure and return flights through Flight Network. My flight is tomorrow. When I checked in for my return flight, I was told by the airline customer service staff that they have no record of any carry on bag for my reservation. I was sent my receipt from the airline directly, and it was 35.77$ cheaper than what flight network charged me.
I called Flight Network's customer service and I was told they don't refund any products even though they admitted they made a mistake of charging me for a carry on that the airline had no record of. Flight Network told me the only resolution is I have to pay for a carry on bag at the airport then go through the trouble of submitting a claim for missing baggage. Flight network kept insisting there is no way to resolve the matter before my flight.
So either way I've lost money. Because paying for a carry on at the airport is much more expensive than paying in advance for baggage.

Charged extra for a flexible fare and when called to make a change was on the phone for nearly 2 hours twice and no one ever answered just a very irritating hold message saying their customer service will be happy to help. Absolute rubbish. Gave u and lost my money now seeing how I can get this terrible company taken out of business.
