I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Found the flights I wanted and the price is incredible! Not available on any other site. ETickets arrived in email promptly, so very pleased. Highly recommend. Hope customer service is good in case we have a problem, probably will be but hopefully we won`t need it. Did take the middle tier for VIP contact in case of emergency, great idea.
I had tried several other sites to try to book this trip, and every other one had surprise fees that would end up being $100 or more than the advertised price. There was no BS here. Picked my flight and paid for it in about 5 minutes. Lots of options and easy to navigate. I also like the price drop gaurentee. We will see if it actually works, but so far I'm very pleased with my experience with this company.
First time booking a flight with them and for some unknown reason there are added charges that we did not choose. I contacted them right away, and spoke with a representative named Jack who immediately processed the refund charges and gave me his direct extension number in case if I had any problems with my refund.
No hassle, no headaches and the funds were immediately placed on my account! It almost felt surreal that such great costumer service still exists. Super impressed! Thank you! :)
Cancelled a flight!
Was offered a $200 credit on a $600 flight nice scam, should be illegal!
Was not told that it expired based on the original booking date! Told it expired in November despite canceling in February! Misleading your customers, horrible customer service! Never again buyer be ware these guys are crooks! As a company you should be ashamed of how you treat people I have a business with over a 1000 followers I will definitely be sharing my experience over all my social media platforms! If you don't believe me read the other 400 negative reviews and experiences! Flight Network your an embarrassment!
Tried to cancel a reservation within 24 hours as advertised on their own site. Got the run around on 5 separate support calls where the reason they couldn't cancel changed multiple times before settling on "Qantas is charging a fee, it's not us". I call Qantas twice to confirm that they in fact do *not* charge such a fee, even getting a number from Qantas to give to FlightNetwork so they can confirm it. FlightNetwork adamantly refuses that the Qantas representative told them something completely different and refuses to honor their 24 hour cancellation policy.
Booking from here is a risk. Their prices are admittedly low, but if a single thing goes wrong prepare for them to give you the run around and at some point, outright lie.
I bought tickets for my family with Flight Network. I cancelled within 24 hours. Per their policy, they offer a full refund if tickets are cancelled within 24 hours - however instead of completely refunding me they charged me a $1,400 cancellation fee, which customer service refused to refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which did refund me. Flight network's response was to threaten me by telling me they would "blacklist" me with the airline as well as contact a collection agency to try to damage my credit rating. Use anyone but them.
Reading some of these negative reviews, I find that I am extremely surprised, as I encountered no such issues! I booked my flight less than six hours before take off, and everything went extremely smoothly. I hit a small hiccup when I only received an E-ticket for my return flight, but the customer service representative that I spoke to, Ace, explained everything to my satisfaction and sent me an additional receipt of purchase for my own peace of mind.
I am an avid traveler and a frequent flyer. I was delighted to find good deals on Flight Network, but when a family illness prevented us from traveling, their customer service was atrocious. I verified that taxes and fees would be refunded by calling the airlines directly, but the cancelation had to be processed by Flight Network as the travel agent, and they charge exorbitant fees for cancelations, wiping out any and all potential refund for customers. Avoid them at all costs and book direct-- I will never use this company again!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Unfortunately covid has affected everyone's plan for travelling. They should appreciate this fact. But when speaking to customer service (40 min on hold everytime) they are so disinterested and actually hang up as 'other' customers are waiting. Apparently my issues are not important enough.
Very quick to take customers money but no bothered to deal with issues.
Better off paying extra and booking with airlines directly
Wow, this was the worst customer service I have ever had. Trying to change my flight because of the Coronavirus and every single person I speak to says the same thing, "I will need to transfer you to this one person who can help you." Well, 7 transfers later and I am still on hold. I'm shocked at how little ownership these people display. Tony, Ben, Chris and a number of other people made my experience especially terrible.
Tried for 3 hours to book a flight online, got a 'your request could not be processed' error each time. First call to the help desk I was advised to keep trying, so gave it another 90 minutes. After that, phoned the helpdesk again, and was told to clear the cache and cookies (despite trying on 3 different devices, so shouldnt have been an issue). Did that, but by now the price had gone up by $4000 dollars so couldnt afford it anymore anyway
Was worried booking through new site (as I usually use known competitor) but Flight Network was $100 cheaper and it was a last minute flight so looking for the best deal. Read online reviews which seemed favourable and purchased ticket. Confirmation email of purchased ticket arrived immediately and shortly after e-ticket. Another e-ticket arrived in email that concerned me so phoned customer service and she informed me as long as confirmation number the same then it's all good. Looking forward to my flight, hopefully everything continues to go smoothly :) Thx FN! Lisa
Terrible service
I booked a flight on Flight Network, and they changed the flights completely, where it was literally impossible to catch the second leg of the flight, as it departed 15 hours before I landed in that airport. I called for a refund and they ignored / didn't respond for weeks. I finally gave up and submitted a charge back, which Flight Network is fighting back on. Truly terrible people who try to scam you.
Horrible experience. Just to get a hold from customer service you could wait a good 2h.
I have been waiting for a refund its been 2 month and 1/2 and wrote servile email NEVER even got an answer. Do not recommend at all worst experience ever.
Booked flights that were canceled, Flight Network unable to provide alternate travel plans for same dates. Requested a refund which they lodged with the airline in June of 2022. Here I am in March of 2023 9 Months later with no monies returned to me, i have called and emailed numerous times and am always met with the same response "We will escalate with the refund team". Absolutely horrendous business practices by Flight Network. This operation is fraudulent and a scam I would advise other consumers to stay clear and not use this operator.
There was some strange stuff in my edocs, so I phoned to learn what it meant, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes, and then gave up. I then phoned again, pretending that I wanted a new booking, as that often gets a call priority. But after 20 minutes, still no response. Your phone lines are impossible to reach -- don't you have a single customer service rep? I'm now beginning to wonder if you exist at all. I did check my reservation with Iberia, and it seems to be there. I only wish that you were.

You offered very quick service and I was happy that your ticket price included all other other charges (taxes etc.). This was not my first time to use your service, but again I was impressed by its consistency of high quality.
I needed an earlier flight last minute. I tried several other companies and none worked so close to the flight time.
Flight network reserved my seat instantly and confirmed within the hour (which was basically check in time for the airline) and made a stressful time for me more manageable.
I would trust them with my future bookings.
I booked flight with them but their member airlines SNA-Toronto- SNA (spirit airlines) changed my outward journey dates so I had to cancel this leg of the journey. I applied for a refund. This was done in August 2022. We are in March 2023. I am still waiting.
I am thinking to sue them in small claims court
Buyers beware. I'm very disappointed my flight was cancelled by the airline company. To add to the disappointment, flight network charged my credit card $150.00 for me to get my refund, even though I have purchased a flight protection plan. Remember, I'm not the one who cancelled the flight, why should I be penalized. The customer service lack empathy and understanding. Not professional at all and at times can be rude.
Flight Network is the bomb! I'm so glad I discovered it. It's fast and easy to book a flight with them. I see all the routes and prices and total travel times at a glance, and purchasing is a breeze.
Flight Network is a hundred times better and faster than my airline reward program, which makes me wait on the phone for three days then tries to send me through three time zones and two countries for a direct flight from Quebec City to Chicago.

Flight network has cancelled our flights, frozen and not returned our money over $4000. Australian, not called to explain or solve the problem. I have wasted hours on the phone with no managers whatsoever to talk with or context me. Completely ruined my wife and my lifetime trip. Places doubt into peoples minds who wish to book airfares online. Do not trust this company!
The first time I booked I received messages that my credit card needed to be verified. I called my bank and they said it is Visa's job to secure info, not this website's job. Skeptical the messages might be scam, I didn't respond. My booking was cancelled and I received a voice mail from flight network to use a different email address because the domain I was using was "suspicious." This sounded suspicious to me but I did it and booked the ticket. So I think I have plane ticket but I'm not one hundred percent sure. I got an email from Ryan air in a language I can't read and it appears to be more charges. Strangest online experience I've ever had.
