I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Varun helped me book my flight. He was very helpful and really clear in explaining options and details on flights available to me. So far I have had a good experience, I have not yet traveled so cannot say if I'll have any further issues but am happy with the service this far.
I booked flights to Denver from Calgary and then back, both as one way trips because the round trip options weren't meeting my time line needs. Then realized I actually needed to fly to Colorado Spring and back. The FN agent was able to book two additional flights that didn't interrupt my original bookings which meant I didn't have to pay any change fees. Thanks for the help. I tell a lot of friends and business contacts about your site.
I would never use this booking site again. The call center agents seem to know very little about their policies, putting me on hold for 10-20 minutes for every question I asked, only to come back with the same non-answers as before.
They have very little concerned for customers, and were extremely unhelpful with no regard the current COVID-19 situation.
I bought a connecting flight on FlightNetwork. At the time of departure, the first Airline does not allow me to go on board because the two flights are separated, and cannot transfer from the first to the second airline at the airport. Then, I ask FlightNetwork about this problem and they just say this is not their responsibility and they just sell the tickets. Any problems should be resolved by the Airlines. I ended up having to cancel the whole trip and was very disappointed with FlightNetwork.
I would give them 0 starts if I could. I tried booking a ticket with them and when I made the payment it said it didn't process and I should try again, I tried twice and got the same error so I went ahead and booked the flights directly on the airlines website with Google flights. Afterwards I realized Flight network charged my credit card and called and asked them to cancel and they said they can't! They charged me even though their website said the payment didn't go through. For sure I won't be booking with a company like this in the future!
I was trying to buy tickets for summer travels for the family. Per purchase confirmation page on their website, I was led to believe that though they "encountered a price increase while processing" my reservation, they "have honoured the original price". Within a day, I get a call from an agent citing that they could not proceed with bookings with the airline since the price changed, and they need to charge me $450+ more per passenger on my flights, or looking for other options. They started negotiating splitting the difference with me when I pointed them back to what their purchase confirmation page had asserted.
Note that I never got confirmation mail of purchase or any customer service mail (e.g. Cancel purchase, customer outreach mail) that agent's promised they will send/had sent.
I eventually canceled the order but this really leaves me a bad taste in my mouth for this company.
My flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. FlightNetwork sent me an email saying they would refund full amount. The email said it can take up to 6 to 8 weeks for the complete refund. So I waited for 12 weeks. Nothing. So I called their customer service, waited for 1 hour 30 min on hold. No one answers, so I hung up.
My credit card company has filed a dispute and I got my full money back.
I highly recommend against using this company. I will never book a ticket from them.
I have had such a horrible experience. Due to major schedule change by airlines I wanted to reschedule my flight and they took 2 full weeks with hundreds of follow up calls to cancel and rebook a flight. Now it's been 60 days and I haven't got the refund yet, even though airlines have already given back the money to them and. Everytime you try to contact them over a call or chat they only give fake promises which the customer care people have been trained to do so. I would say a BIG no to book through them.

No such thing as customer service. All I wanted was to talk to a supervisor after they told me that the price i say online charge then up the price to $300. Stay away. All you you are going get is a yelling match back and forth.
We just came back from Florida after 3 times air ticket cancelation, Flight network never help us …we did multiple calls but no answer... just transfer from different lines and people who never answered calls. That's very bad... We always buy tickets from them... this was our last time... never had problems... that's why i never called them for help... last time...

Just booked two flight to Haneda and all was smoothly done! In a click! I recommend it! It's super well done, one can enter is airline program easily confirmation number and all are given within a second! No hesitation!
Absolutely terrible. Will never use it again. I was charged for re-booking my flight that was cancelled back in March due to COVID19. Received an email the following day that the flight is cancelled. Called and they said they would get back, which they didn't. Called again twice after that and was hanged up on both times.
Instead called the airline directly and was able to change my ticket no problems.
Thus, these people are nothing but thieves. Not legit. Poor customer service. Zero stars.
I booked then tried to cancel my booking but was not allowed to even though the airline is legally supposed to allow cancellations within 24 hours. The airline offered too refund the tickets but told me to go through flightnetwork to cancel... ughh dealing with the people at the flight network is infuriating. Enough of my time spent on this company, just avoid and you life will be better! :)
Normally, I find it quite easy to navigate and make my own bookings on the Flight Network site. This time, like many times before I booked a holiday for my husband and I to Sicily. I thought everything was fine and booked, I even received a confirmation in my email. However, someone from Flight Network called and left a message saying there was a problem with the booking. I would have never know otherwise. Then I spent a good 3 hours, off and on the phone working with Spencer Shaikh (ext 2315) to try to set straight my bookings and my trip cancellation insurance. Eventually everything worked out and our trip is back on, thanks to Spencer and the diligence at Flight Network, our holiday was no longer at risk of disaster!
As my flight booked was unconfirmed, I reached your call center to make sure I sent all the documents they needed. All the information given to me was precise and fast. Tickets are a lot cheaper here!
Paid 120 usd for calling them where they always hang up, so you have to call again and again.
When support was requested from a supervisor her behavior was so disrespectful and unprofessional.
All they care about is the agency fee and they will tell you have accepted therms and conditions without even trying to find a solution where it was very simple if they would have someone to care,,,,,
Worst experience just go and book from the airline directly respect your soul and dignity by paying a small fee extra and avoid FlightNetwork or similar agencies
I have been trying to change my mothers flights for over 2 weeks. Each time I call I am on hold for sometimes up to 2 hours before I can speak to an agent. I now have a collective 20 hours of hold time. Flight networks continues to promise to return my call as their agents are not capable of changing or cancelling any reservations. The only thing the customer service can do is take new bookings, and of course, take your money.
I have been trying my refund from last five months. This agency does not even have courtesy to acknowledge the communication. Very disappointed by their unprofessional behavior. I strongly advised everybody to avoid booking through this agency.
I've used flight network a few number of times via Kayak app, and I'm always happy with the search results. I have found some of the best flight options at the cheapest rates from flight network. I even had an issue recently where my card was declined and I didn't know that for a flight that I had purchased about a month ago, and luckily I was able to call flight network customer support and agent on the phone was kind enough to book me a very similar price for almost the same amount to days prior to departing internationally! Amazing. I think moving forward I will use flight network directly as a post to be a third-party apps.

Worst customer service ever, 2 employees would not make a 2 hour from booking cancellation and forced me to report them to Better Business Burea. Every person who picked up the phone was supposedly named William so no way to report employees direct.
I booked a flight, selected some nice seats and paid extra for them. When it came time to check into my flight I discovered that the seats were significantly different. I talked to the airline and they said that this "booking agent aka FlightNetwork" never reserved the seats. Thanks a lot for a super $#*!ty 11 hour flight. If I could give zero stars I would. Also, good luck getting ahold of anyone let alone getting an email response.
My flight was canceled and although the airline was ready to refund but needed refund request raised by the travel agent so i called flight network. The first time lady said refund is requested, called them again to track status pf refund and found out refund was not requested and will not be allowed, then sent them email received from the airline that said request refund via travel agent so they reopened the case but then rejected again after 5 days. It was a $2500 ticket that i now have no idea how to get refund for and they are not responding to emails or calls. Terrible service, company is a scam.

This company is a complete disaster. I don't advise anyone to book with them. Customer service is impossible to reach and even after sending several emails to fix a problem, the only thing they do is direct you to their US number, which NO ONE ANSWERS. I have been trying to change a date on my ticket and I even paid extra to make my ticket flexible, yet this simple task is a big issue for them. They don't even deserve 1 star. It's only because we have to select a star to make review.
