I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
This company is a complete disaster. I don't advise anyone to book with them. Customer service is impossible to reach and even after sending several emails to fix a problem, the only thing they do is direct you to their US number, which NO ONE ANSWERS. I have been trying to change a date on my ticket and I even paid extra to make my ticket flexible, yet this simple task is a big issue for them. They don't even deserve 1 star. It's only because we have to select a star to make review.

Couldn't be more pleased booking our trip with Matt. Everything was explained clearly. She was very helpful in getting the flight needed with the least waiting time at the airport and the right price. She was patient, polite and friendly. She attended to every detail with precision. I had to call back and ask more questions and I had another wonderful man called Thomas who was once again so patient, so kind and so thorough. It was very easy to book and the confirmation came within minutes. It was really nice not to have to enter excessive amounts of information or have to wait a long time for it to process. A previous booking on the same flights made earlier today was cancelled so fingers crossed this one works out. So far so good!
I was led to their site from Kayak which promised a $159 two play plane ticket from sacramento to Seattle, upon clicking it and at the end of the purchase they state I am charged $448.90. I call spirit up and they say it looks like I bought direct from them and I paid $355 for the ticket. I don't know how a site can claim to sell for $159 and then charge 3x as much at the very end. I think they just plug your info into the airlines site itself, charge you $100 more and then maybe sell your info. Very shady company. As of now they are still listing $159 flights, I had purchased yesterday. And they don't refund anything of course. I didn't add any bags or anything. Stay away
Customer service always need wait very long until someone answer, I waiting 3 I waiting 3 hours on hold! Flight does not update... cancel my flight and they did not send email...

I booked a flight for myself and 6 friends. Price reduced a month after and when I informed them, they only offer a credit not refund by check as stated on my receipt. This credit also expires in one year. I only travel once a year and if I had booked directly through airline I would have been reimbursed by $220..
I accidentally checked one of the boxes for insurances which I did not want. I called the service center immediately and the agent was quick to refund it. I was surprised to see how they were listening to me and cancelled the insurance option without bothering me!
Book a ticket with them but when you check in at the airport that is no booking record found in system. When you contact them, than they send you the check in booking number. But is too late, counter closing at 10 only left 9 min to check in. Make me miss my flight and they not refund my money.

The company will not refund you a ticket no matter what. You get an auto response from them asking you to contact them directly by the phone which is not a true phone number. Please be aware of this company.
The website is easy and fast to navigate and gave me a good comparison of all available airlines flying on that route. I was able to find the right dates of my travel with lots of saving. I would now always use this for my travel bookings and would recommend to everybody. Thanks FlightNetwork!
Booked a flight to Florida for our upcoming cruise. Flight networks pricing was the best and online availability for flights was extensive. The entire information is presented and it is only left up to us the decide which carrier to book with. Very pleased with everything as I encountered no difficulty in booking flights.
I would give minus stars if I could. This company is a hoax, we have purchased Flexi flights and want to change them due to covid cases in Ireland. We have been on hold in total for almost 10 hours in total and have been passed around 6 different people all saying the same thing "you have come through to the wrong department, we can't help and will have to transfer you". After 2 hours the times up, the call drops automatically and you are back to square one. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Booked tickets x4 was unable to use due for name error. Was told I would receive a refund and that someone would call me back. This did not happen, same issue on the way back for our return ticket. Was promised I would recieve a call back before my return flights. No one called! Had to rebook return tickets also. I emailed them once again, explaining the x4 unused ticket issue (requesting a refund) and was responded to, by them saying "thankyou we can see you used your flights, please contact again if you need any confirmation". There goes $4500 of flights! Disgusting SCAM alert!
My calls were put to long hold, was lied by customer service agents and calls were hung in middle of conversation. Don't try to rebook or cancel your flights with this agency. I had to contact Better Business Bureau to get my whole refund and took almost 2 months.
A few entries and clicks the booking was done. Sure, the obligatory upselling options. But the the first price shown will be final and there is no need for special payments.
Debit Cards are accepted as well.
I called to change my flight date (as website wouldn't let me do it). I waited on hold an hour and a half, just to be told they would have somebody get back to me within 72 hours. After waiting to hear from them for six days I called back and waited on hold for THREE HOURS only to be disconnected. The travel date was approaching so I ended up starting over and booking a brand new flight. They are so hard to get ahold of. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
I booked a flight through this provider. They contacted me that the airline had changed the flight and to contact the airline if there was a problem. I had to cancel the flight, but the airline provided my refund to the FlightNetwork. It has been MONTHS and they have still not forwarded me a cent of this money. Even then, they're offering to provide me with less than half of what I paid for some "service fee". What service? You can't respond to my emails within a month!
Zero star. To contact them after you make a booking. You can only call the hotline or live chat. And they are not able to help change the timing of the flight. They simply direct you to the airlines. I have called the airlines and they cannot change too and refer me back to flight network. Do not book through flight network! No service at all

I booked my tickets to Canada from Australia and didn't have a good service.
Also again I tried to book a flight and they have taken a lot of money from me. I am trying to call them NO one is answering. Very poor service.

This is regarding my recent air reservation with FlightNetwork.com. Which came out to be a huge mess. As the dates went wrong in confirmation ticket. Now i am trying to look for a solution but seems like nobody can help me out. I know need to be in contact with FlightNetwork as i did but they are not ready to help me out. Then i tried to reach the airlines which are AirCanada and Lufthansa, but they cant do anything as the tickets were booked with the agency FlightNetwork. Well i am reaching out to world for help because i cannot let me $1800 go waste.@TICO@ IATA
