I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

After booking our flight I realized that one of the tickets had a typo on the name. Called customer assistance and they contacted the airline to mpcorrect the name. All taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

Booked flights for me and my girlfriend to go home for thanksgiving and everything went smoothly had one hiccup with an adress and the phone support was extremely helpful! Thank you for making my booking experience so smooth.

I accidentally chose "seat selection" when booking my flight. This resulted in an additional $185 in charges due to the carrier's regulations, not FlightNetworks. I called FlightNetwork at midnight and the employee was happy to help remove those charges and refund my card. Highly recommended!

It went smoothly but i couldn't be certain from what i read that you would email confirmation and ticket so i took the small risk and after paying i got that information
Also u said price drop get was free but then added $20 for it so i declined it and the price reduced by $20. Thats for your info so please don't reply because it doesn't matter now and it won't change anything.

FlightNetwork is by far the best site to use for booking flights to Cuba. Almost all of the major travel sites either refused to show flights to Cuba, or they all had flights that were at least twice the price as FlightNetwork. I will always check here 1st for my next flights.

First time booking. Had to call in for a complicated itinerary for a number of passengers with flexible dates. They took the time to check the cheapest and best routes, took us a good hour to get everything but was a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Found my ticket through kayak.com and then booked through FlightNetwork. All was as expected, ticket was a great itinerary and a great price. Round trip from Seattle to San Pedro Sula, Honduras for around $550 - yes please! Thanks for making booking my trip so easy!

The agency stopped responding when I requested my refund. Flights were cancelled and i had to buy new tickets. However, they never complete the refund. Luckily I managed to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and they refunded me. Don't buy tickets from these guys and if you bought, go straight to your credit card company for support. Big headache ahead, but hopefully they will be able to help you out. Don't be scammed, don't buy from them.

Don't use them. You will buy yourself a problem.

During my booking process I had accidently selected Seat Selection as "any available " from there a hidden charge of $24.95 appeared without me knowing at end of the transaction. Funny thing was that as soon as I selected it, the drop down menu for Seat Selection dissappear completely from the screen so you'll have no way to reverse the selection. This is the biggest scam technique. Later when I told Flight network they said sorry it's non refundable. However it's not written in term and conditions. I threatened to cancel because it was less than 24hrs before my booking and they finally gave in. Scam company using scam techniques. Lots of complaints regarding their insurance or other extra charges. I'd avoid and book with a airline or Expedia and it's affiliate companies.

They canceled our flight because of covid-19 but when I asked them for the vouchers or refund my money they didn't do anything until my tickets expired. If you want to lose your money, FlightNetwork is the Best Choice

The flight prices at FlightNetwork were so good that I decided to look further at the flights and the arrangements. Within a few minutes I had a flight confirmation and I'm as happy as can be. All flight reservations should be this easy to make and get confirmed. You really got it right, FlightNetwork! Thank you.

The site was easy to navigate and I liked that you had all of the flights listed on the top with their prices, and that you have to total price listed, with all fees included.

I have used your flight watch for an up coming trip and if that works well I will leave a 5 star rating.

Your site seemed easier to navigate and therefore less stressful. The only glitch came when I realized that there was no place or opportunity to enter that nice discount code you gave me via e-mail! This company is a scam. I don't normally write reviews but my experience with this company was so terrible that I felt obliged. Avoid this awful company. Virtually non existent customer support. I had developed COVID and needed to change flights and every time i have rang the call centre the wait time is over 1 hour, sometimes 2 hours. On most cases the call handlers are slow and efficient. One particular call handler today (31 July 2021) at around 1600 was rude, dismissive and hanged up the phone. He also didnt know what he was doing, meaning having to ring again and wait for 2+ hours further to speak to someone.

Flights were changed at a rip off price, hardly any difference from buying a new ticket!

This is the worst customer experience i have every come across!

I just booked this morning - two flights to India. I didn't know that there was no enough credit in my credit card that was used. The Rep called to inform me regarding this and gave me 15 mins to check with the bank and he would call me back. Before he called, I called the office, a local 905 number! Which was very convincing! The tickets were issued within 15 mins and I found the price is the cheapest with an excellent connection. This is the first time I booked with FlightNetwork and looking forward to booking in the future too.

I have been triple charged for flights I booked over a month ago. And as a result my bank account has been getting unexplained deductions from this website. Customer service is extremely horrible I've been on hold for longer than an hour with no consultant to assist me. I feel scammed and I am FURIOUS!

Do not use this flight network best stick with websites you are used to because they will scam you too.

$66 for a "seat selection" fee?! Give me a break. I don't care where I sit on the freakin plane. And what is laughable is it says "we will share your request but cannot guarantee". And its only aisle/window. Most services have you pick one and thats it. To charge nearly $70 is absolutely absurd and slimy. I didn't even know I was being charged when I confirmed and it showed up separate and the next day. Shows the ethics of this company. You are much better off with Expedia or somewhere that is not trying to scam you where they can. Booooo stay away.

I purchased ticket from Europe to Toronto and back in February 2020 for travel in the second half of April 2020. I paid for the "full" insurance. Due to the crisis, all the flights are cancelled. After several hours spent on hold, with both insurance company and flightnetwork.com, I found out that the 'full' insurance only covers 3/4 of the ticket purchase price. In order to get the insurance, I would have to cancel the ticket, pay the penalty, and than claim the 3/4 of the ticket price from the insurance. The alternative is to book a flight with the same carrier, for the same person, at different time. Except every time I call, they give me different dates - first they said I have to book by end of September, and then a different agent gave me the February 2021. Just moments ago, they called and offered me to pay $250 upfront to get the refund.

You sell "full" insurance and actually provide 3/4 coverage, and then "generously" offer to "refund" even less than that?

flightnetwork.com is a great site for getting excellent deals on flights and/or hotels. Their simple layout makes it easly to see all the deals without a gazillion annoying pop-up windows that other travel deal sites like to bombard you with. They also have a "Price Drop Protection" feature, which means if you find the price of your booked flight has dropped, they will credit you the difference (up to $100) on your next bookIng. This is not automatic, so it's up to you to check on your flight to claim your credit. I got an outstanding last-minute deal on a well-known downtown 4-star hotel in San Francisco, which was unmatched by any other hotel sites. Plus, it's not a mystery which hotel you booked (unlike Hot Wire, which seems like a bit of a crap-shoot). Their customer service is also very helpful and courteous. I've recommended this site to friends and will use it again myself for upcoming trips!

I have been calling and sending e-mails for the refund of my ticket from last 6 months and there is no answer after long waits, if luckily I can get a hold of customer service there is no update or answer from them.

I've never had a worse experience. The customer service people play dumb so they can scam you. I purchased a cancellation guarantee and the customer service person somehow didn't know that. In addition, they didn't already know the policy, I had to hold while they read it to figure it out. A mess. I could also hear the other hundred reps in their center in the background of the entire call making it difficult to communicate.
I wish I could give zero stars.

Worst travel company ever, please do not use any of their services, they have worst customer service, they will charge you for extra services but will never provide you those services.
They have more than 30 minutes waiting to connect their customer care and you can't making any changes to bookings online, you have to call them and wait more than 30 minutes just to talk to a human being.
Please one last time, don't use their services.

I received my e-tickets within an hour. I was a little worried since my flight was the next day of my purchase; however, everything went well and I had no problem at all. The best thing was the cheap price FlightNetwork offers.

A local flight from Melbourne was cancelled, Flight Network sent me round in circles sending emails in which they said to wait 10 days for a refund to original credit card. Refund never arrived and after multiple calls and emails, this company is wearing me out. Do not use Flight Network and report them to you local Member of Parliament if you see them offering booking takings online. Rogue companies such as this can depart Australia as far as Im concerned. Fraudulent Company. Do Not Use
Only want back what I paid for and never received.
Im writing to my local Member of Parliament about this serious breach in a consumer law area. Im hoping ACCC can look into their business dealings.

I work part-time an my son an his wife after 10 yrs of marriage are having a baby on Oct. 2nd. I've been stressing heavily for months believing I couldn't financially manage to make the trip to Las Vegas, to be apart of this blessed event.
