I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
The reservation portal was easy to use with conditions clearly stated except for all surcharges included which I read as seats selections as well. Now I have to get that clarified as the airline system is not allowing me to select seats. Hoping that the actual trip will go as well as the booking.
Flight Network has held our money for a year and 4 months. The airlines (Latam) confirmed our tickets were refundable as of August last year but Flight Network continues to stall on our refunds. They have also put our money at risk because if they do not make the claim in the next month or two, we will lose everything. It's not clear what's going on but something is terribly wrong. The airline documented a refund was requested but Flight Network denies having the funds… I have called over 20 times in the last eight months, and the last time, I was on hold for 5 1/2 hours. It's unacceptable.
IMPORTANT: Ask your credit card company to dispute your charges. You typically have 118 days from arrival or departure dates of your flight to dispute charges.
CRITICAL: contact the conglomerate that owns Flight Network: etraveli. Tell the executives what you think!

Booked return airfares to Australia and airlines changes one of the flights resulting in a missed connection of the next flight. Instead of rebooking me a flight FlightNetwork have just lied time and time again saying they are going to rectify this but haven't. This has been going on months! And is now with my credit card company because I have not received what i paid for.
They charged us for the flights for 3 teens and a Flight Network Fee of $169.83 and $24.00 for Agent fee. Also paid $35.00 for cancellation and we wanted to cencel and they said no! Had to call India and thick accent was difficult and got no refunds- RIP OFF!
I had tried to change my plane tickets, called several times and had to wait at least 1 hour and that was when i was lucky enough and my call didnt disconnect. Once i got a hold of someone they were not able to help because the system didnt let them see the months that i was looking into booking and when i called again which took me about to weeks to be able to speak with some one the "System " was giving them an error and the person on the line asked me to call some other day due to this... He left me on hold one more time and my call got disconnected or hung up not sure which one. Im very very displeased with these company and i would never do business again right now i wat to get my 4 tickets rescheduled and not lose my money.

Stay away.....very long waiting time to get any service and they are not very professional in the way they treated me at least, not sure if thats a language issue they are from India seems like it.

I admit I am not a seasoned traveler. I heard Kayak was good to find flights. I needed to book three one-way flights. After booking, I received an email from the airlines with the charges as I understood and agreed to pay. However, the next day, there were additional emails from FlightNetwork with added charges. I should have called right away but as life can be so very hectic couldn't. When the credit card bill came, I did call but they wouldn't assist or explain. I went back to Kayak to see what happened and now see how I stumbled into FlightNetwork and another group called Justfly. They have booking options in the list of possible flights with an attractive price but now see that they have hidden charges!
You can't contact them via social media, the phone wait time is hours, and they don't respond to emails. Definitely don't book with them. Been trying to get a refund and they're impossible to get a hold of

They just charged my credit card 529.32 euros from my Santander card.
I have never ever bougth anything from you so this is a compete robbery and you should pay back at once.
They should be ashamed of yourselves to steal and take up peoples time like this.

I had experience with them this year. I cancelled my ticket, and they have refunded the fare even though the forwarder already confirmed the refund from them. They have the worst customer service team compared to any other.

After several days of looking at all the other travel sites with the only option American Airlines overpriced with ridiculous departure & arrival times, we found your site & got a great deal on Southwest with great departure & arrival times. Love it!
1. The estimates for hold times when you call are far from realistic, for example, they tell you 10 mins when it's in fact over an hour
2. The agents are mean and neither helpful nor understandable
3. Today, the line dropped 4 times! Twice of them when I was already talking to an agent after being on hold for over 90 minutes! And none of them thought of calling back. The last agent her name is Sana, I gave her my callback number and asked politely to be called back in case the line drops, but guess what, the line dropped and she never called!
This very disrespectful and frustrating and I don't recommend this

Booking with FlightNetwork is NOT SAFE! My husband and I booked with FlightNetwork before the covid19 virus. Our flights were cancelled by the airline which was fully refundable. However, FlightNetwork refused to refund our money for flights that no longer existed! Despite the fact that we had paid an additional $180 for flight insurance which said cancel for any reason! If you book with them, watch your credit card. They charged us an $81.63 service charge every time we called, whether or not any service was provided! I contacted the Airline directly and they said they have no problem in refunding but it has to be trough the Flight Network since we purchased from them. I called 230 times waited on line for hrs and hrs and no one responded and the only one time after 4 hrs they said it is non refundable. I will pursue this legally. As we are seniors and they totally taking advantage of us. Total monitory damages is now $2100. I will request to be paid for my time and emotional stress.
Booked a flight by mistake on 29 jul instead of 29 jun throgh flightnetwork, i called straightaway to cancel the flight, i was told that 100 $ fee would apply. They offered me to change the date but i was not comfortable to give my credit card number on the phone and again if something happen i would pay more. I chose to cancel and pay 100$ and save myself the drama. Other website offer free cancelling within 24hrs. I will suggest to avoid booking through them
Kayak a trusted site I have used for many years. I made a huge mistake to click on FlightNetwork, So many wrongs, so much frustration. On a multi trip planning, I had to purchase each flight separate, time sensitive, the last leg of my trip to gather, I was timed out, I had to call the airline I was using to complete my trip, it cost me more. Today I received an email from Flight to no were, asking me to call there customer service center for confrontation. Spending 83 minutes on the last call waiting, with-in there email, no contact number to call. Over the top bad business. Reaching out to Kayak to ask for clarity, Flight to no were is one of the many companys on the listing. Dump this site

Insanely long wait time on the line to finally reach an agent that does not care at all.
I paid extra to have an open ticket with them. When lufthansa changed my return flight to an impossible route with overlapping connection, they did not informed me of the change, and when I called them to help me with the situation they said you have to use your one-time free change allowed by your open ticket. I waited 1.5 hour over the phone, when finally someone answered they transfered my call and while I was waiting for the transfer I was cut off. Another call and this time I waited 2 solid hours before someone answered my call.
Flightnetwork was very poor in responding to the customers. They keep on saying that they have escalated my issue to the support and said they will get back to me in 2 days but I haven't got any mail for 7 days as of now. I am still waiting for my rebooked where they don't have any efficient staff to deal with that clause that causing pain in the butt for me for long time
In Google Travel, when you look for flights and click through to a site to book, usually the dates carry over. This is not the case with FlightNetwork. They choose a random date and it is up to you to fix it, though the flight times will stay the same so you have to be very careful. They charge a fee for a "Fleixble Ticket," but cannot and will not change or cancel flight reservations. They charge a fee for "Support Package Premium," but cannot and will not do anything for you other than to tell you to call the airline directly. Airlines usually cannot make changes to flights booked through a travel agent, so you're stuck. It is cheap, but it seems more likely you will be screwed than satisfied.
String here at the airport waiting 2 hours for them to issue my eticket. Can't call them cuz 800 number doesn't work from europe. Look below, all the positive reviews are on the same day. They are faking their own reviews. AVOID!

Make yourself a favor and don't even try to book through this company plane ticket because they don't care about their customers. I booked a ticket earlier with them and I cancelled it and I had a credit that I am trying to use it and to use that credit cost me more than to buy a new airplane ticket. Two times I already tried to use credit and the flight specialist on the phone both times unprofessional and I wish they could speak English and to explain me properly the rules, they never did. I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor never got an answer about that. Very poor service and unprofessional people who trying to get your money.
I accidentally booked my return flight a week off, and had to quickly call to get my reservation fixed. My customer service representative was so very lovely and professional. She quickly fixed my error, did not charge me for the change, and did so very quickly. Thank you for such a nice experience!
FLIGHT NETWORK - SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Do not do business with this company as they or their employees have stolen our credit card info and charged unauthorized amounts.
It appears that our credit card was charged twice with unauthorized amounts. When we call them in Toronto, we always spoke to people from India. Why? I don't know. But, they also were supposed to refund us the difference in prices as they later went down. They agreed to the refund, but they never gave t to us.
According to the credit card company, after paying for the ticket charges, we were charged to pay the travel agent and tour operator twice each. We used KAYAK.COM to book our tickets.
Please, stay away from this company.
I had to book three different flights for myself and two work colleagues. To book my multi city flights was easy on the flightnetwork website. Done! Next I had to book two other flights for my two work colleagues and we had certain flights that had to be the same for one another. It was an online nightmare. So I called the flight network phone line and the customer service rep was amazing. She understood all of my requirements and took care of the other two bookings. So simple and quick!
I booked a flight for my mother to attend my wedding using Flight Network. She arrived at the airport and was told that her ticket had been cancelled by Flight Network with no explanation given. She then had to purchase a new ticket on the day for 3X the price and flight network have been appalling in their service and are refusing to either provide an answer or a refund. Stay away!
