I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
I selected the price guarantee box that was supposed to be free but was charged 19.99 per ticket for it. Not happy about that. Then i tried to call and complain but they didn't answer their phone. Then my travel agent phoned with a slightly better deal so i phoned again, but no answer. They only gave me till 9pm the same day to tell them of a better price but i couldn't get through in time. Now i want to select my seats but they say i have to contact the airline itself. Not happy about that.
My first (and last) experience with FlightNetwork was terrible.
The flights I booked experienced a fare increase and I was subsequently told the flights were no longer available unless I wanted to pay $12,000. I was told about "glitches in the system, overbookings by the carrier..." and so on. Alternative flights would cost me $500 more with longer layovers and when I wanted to register a complaint with customer service they tried to deflect to the carrier. At no time did I ever sense any accountability from them. So buyer beware - this services promises the world but it is a misleading and inherently flawed system where the onus is on the customer to make amends if you are one of the "very rare" cases.
I am giving one star to this company because there's no option of giving them 0.
I bought a ticket from them almost 2 years ago, I had to cancel my flight because I got COVID, I contacted the airline to cancel and they immediately cancelled my flight and refunded the money to Flight Network. Still today I am waiting for my refund from them. They keep telling me they are working on it and that they will escalate, however, nothing is happening and I am tired of wasting my time, but I refuse to let them keep my money. This is them robbing me and it's not fair! I would definitely tell you not to book through this company.

Worst Experience! I booked the return ticket & one side tickets was canceled due to covid-19. Emirates is saying i can use tickets upto 720 days and this Flight Network are saying i can use tickets upto 365 days.
They are not refunding my money.
Other airlines has refund all the money to their customers. This people saying that they have sent me a cancellation email informing about the credit but till date i havent received.
Absolutely pathetic to deal with even when the flights are cancelled by the airline. I also think the staff are incompetent to deal with any request. They are only good to pass you from one operator to another with some BS excuse!
Have three different flights booked though this outfit that were cancelled due to Covid. Trying to get an answer to re book has been impossible thus far. They give me phone numbers to call that are not in service, the one number that did work put me through to a casino! When I did manage to get someone on the phone (can't get through on that number anymore) they told me they could not re book!. They tell me they need approval from the "customer service department." This mystery group gave me an email to Etraveli. Etraveli does not list Flight Network as one their partners. When I enter my booking number into My Flights tab in the Flight Network website, they cant find them. They even gave me updated confirmation numbers that do not work either. Anyone with advice?
My interaction with your CS operator was very professional, communication excellent, I congratulate the company for his great service and help when I had an issue and it being settled amicably. My first contact with your company, I would use again.
I booked a trip from Edmonton to Victoria, Canada. We wound up having to cancel due to COVID and we were given a flight credit for use on the same flights at a later date. I went on their website and found two flights totaling $420. I had a credit of $280. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I spoke to a representative and they told me it would cost $450 to book with them, which is $30 more than the same tickets on their site!
I informed them this was more than the same flight on their website, even after applying my credit, and they said the difference was due to needing to book the "same class of seats". My seats were dirt cheap economy. They made no effort to escalate this issue.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Illegal Additional Charge: This company charges approximately $19.00 dollars for selection of a seat on a flight that has already been paid for. So why would the company charge you for your seat? Hasn't that been already paid for with your purchase of the ticket? Beware... I believe it is an unacceptable practice! Passengers should clearly notified beforehand about this, if at all they want to apply this charge. When the company was contacted to cancel the charge it was refused, indicating the purchase was final.
Booked with these guys and noticed an error with one of my passenger names which not sure how it happened. Contacted them to make the change and they ignored my emails and denyes having the conversation with them on the phone. Now they want payment, surprise, and are risking us being denied boarding. Worst service I have ever recieved and I think they are a scam trying to make extra money.
Booked my flight and saw an additional charge for nearly $200 half the price is the tickets. Don't know how these people can sleep at night. Fortunately my credit union saw past their deceitfulness and credited my visa. They said they'll come after me through collection service. I'll mAke sure they don't receive a cent. TERRIBLE COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE
After posting a review and contacting flight network again due to our flights being changed without our consent, we were told by flight network that our flights never changed and we were still on our original flight as we wanted and sent through a booking confirmation. However, when we checked with the airline to see if we were still on our original flight, we were told we were not and will need to go back to flight network to move us back to our original flight. This experience has been confusing and could have made us miss another flight if we hadn't checked with the airline.

I'm am very disappointed with FlightNetwork. My flight was cancelled last year by the Airline due to Covid. I was promised a full refund by FlightNetwork and the Airline. FlightNetwork advised they would issue the refund once refunded by the Airline. It took the Airline 7 months to refund the money to FlightNetwork. I have followed up and have the confirmation from the Airline and forwarded it to FlightNetwork. FlightNetwork is still refusing to refund my ticket of more than $1100. I can just imagine how many other customers they have stolen money from.
We purchased tickets for two people including cancellation insurance and flexible coverage. We receive neither.
May god take mercy on your soul if you need to deal with Flight Network's support staff. You can expect
A) an army of outsourced indian support staff who are rude, unprofessional and answer calls at home with terrible reception
B) waiting 4-5 hours to get a hold of them
C) having 5-10 different people on each case asking you repeatitive questions
D) a small (but meaningful) loss of your mental sanity
Digging into this company it's basically a booking service that takes a % fee and then outsources all the support and work to Indian.
STAY AWAY.

I booked the same flight on another website. It was a horrible experience. After I rec'd my e-tickets they told me the price had changed to higher and they didnt honor the initial cost, I had to cancel. Booked same flight with flight network, it was quick and easy.Rec'd my e-tickets no hiccups. Love the price drop option. Wish I could have the seating option while booking.So far so good, I will definitely book on this website again.
Yesterday I purchased a ticket, and it had a coupon offer of 70% off. Too good to be true. I purchased the ticket, I tried to apply the coupon and I received expired notice. I immediately called Flight network, and the agent immediately informed that the coupon was not valid. I printed the screen with the coupon offer, emailed it to the agent. The agent told me he was trying to apply the coupon, but could not. He then told me he was writing a "ticket," to the proper authority, and I would have a reply within 24 hours. Well I am still waiting. My guess: hell will freeze over, before I get a response from flight-network.
I never ever use them again. I will tell everybody I know who travells often to avoid them as the plague.

The worst Flight Agency. I booked the ticket but I was not able to fly due to medical reason. So they told me I cannot change the date or cancel the ticket because it is the airline policy. I called airline and they told me since the ticket was bought through the agency, they cannot do anything for my case.
I booked a flight online and then was told it was no longer available, even thought it still showed up, so I booked a more expensive flight and then when hours later the cheaper one was still online, I called and was told that seats had opened up but that they couldnt help me. I asked for a supervisor and one called a day later he called but said he could not help me because it was more than 24 hours after I had booked.
I had the worst experience ever with this company. The agent doesn't know anything. I asked if I need a visa, he said no, but at the end I realized I do need a Visa (I had called the embassy). So I had to return the tickets and lost a lot of money. I don't recommend anyone buying flight tickets from this company.
Before I found this website, I was getting frustrated on other sites not only with the pricing, but with scheduling. However when I found FlightNetwork, i was able to get a ticket somewhat near the price i wanted to pay, but the most important factor was that i was able to get the flight times i wanted. I will forever use this site whenever i decide to travel. "Hooray"

You will be charged a $40 fee for seat assignment. Without notification I discovered a week later that our seats had not been reserved. Contacted FLIGHTNETWORK and was told the $40 was for them to attempt to book the seats. Alaska did not allow them too, so $40 for nothing. This is a very shady company...
I booked my flight with flight network in which they made changes to my flight without they send me an email or anything to notify me I have been trying to call them for weeks to change my flight cause they one they give me will not work for me. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes twice when the phone cut off I callback now am on the phone for 3 hours plus and still can't get hold of anyone. If u want a peace of mind please don't do any business with them. I will never do any business with them.
This site was easy to navigate, and I was surprised how easy it was to book my flight. It only took one screen to put my information in. The next screen told me that I was booked. It was awesome so I didn't miss out on the great deal that I purchased with the long multiple screens that I have to go through on other sites. It was quick and easy.
