I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

This site was easy to navigate, and I was surprised how easy it was to book my flight. It only took one screen to put my information in. The next screen told me that I was booked. It was awesome so I didn't miss out on the great deal that I purchased with the long multiple screens that I have to go through on other sites. It was quick and easy.

This was quicker and easier than Expedia, whose app wouldn't even let me move on to booking the travel. Great site, easy to use and understand. Didn't change the price between flight selection and booking either, so better than Expedia again!

I would like to extend a big thank you to the Flight Network sales agent Marlon!

On the 5th of September he helped resolve a very difficult situation for a young boy who purchased a ticket from your company but for whatever reason the ticket was not issued and the boy was not allowed to get on the flight and was turned away at the airport. This boy was coming from Tbilisi, Georgia to Toronto, Canada. Agent Marlon spent a long time on the phone with us trying to resolve this problem and have a new ticket issued for the same flight in two days. The family of Tengiz Mekhrishvili is very grateful to Marlon for all his help, understanding and effort in resolving this horrible situation. His patience and empathy will never be forgotten!

I have used Flight Network for several years. Every time I go to book a flight I check all the websites for the best price. I consistently return to Flight Network. Best prices. Easy to book tickets, and user friendly site.

I booked a return flight from Dubai and paid only to have it cancelled a few days later by the airline. When I called customer service, they said there aren't any flights back from Dubai that whole month!. At the same time, I could see on there website flights coming back. When I brought that to their attention, they said their website hasn't been updated to reflect actual availability. It's been 2 weeks and the "refunding of the return flights only is being processed". Customer service is undoubtedly overworked due to covid cancellations, but they lack empathy and understanding and can be borderline rude"

Beware of booking with this agency.

After booking my flights with them, the first flight was delayed 4 hours the morning of. I called the airlines and called the agency, and the airlines confirmed the 4 hour delay, while the flight network did not. The 4 hour delay means I would miss my second flight. I decided to cancel my ticket and asked for a refund, which the agency said I would receive due to the 4 hour delay, but then a few days later told me I would not be receiving it because I was put down as a "No-Show", even when I called hours before the flight to both the airline and the agency, and told them to cancel my booking.

Will never book with them again, and will make sure none of my family or friends would either.

A scam travel agent. DO NOT BOOK! The worst customer service, they did not cancel my flight so of cOurse the airline did not process the refund. I will sue this company if i do not get my refund! Bunch of scammer. They can book on my behalf and take my money but cannot cancel on my behalf? A scam! Do not book! The worst!

This review must be prefaced by a statement that I am 83 years old and am not computer savy. I made flight reservations for an upcoming trip to Washington DC on your website. Then later in the day I realized I had not made a seat election. I called American Airlines but I was told they had no reservation for me. So I next called your offices and talked to Abdul who confirmed that they had no reservations for me. So, whatever I thought I had done on the computer, I hadn't. Abdul personally saw to it that my reservations were made, got me a seat selection, gave me his name and extension should I have any other questions, and said he would send my tickets to me in the mail. And never once did he show any annoyance by my lack of computer knowledge. Thanks Abdul and thanks Flight Network.

My flight was cancel due to covid 19, but they gave me flight credit which was not bad, now I have been calling for the past 2 days to re-book my trip and use my flight credit, but I have been on hold for total of 12 hours, still no answer, really sad and disappointed.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, If had money to sue them I would.
Long story short, my partner and I had to cancel our flight due to COVID they charged us a penalty of 10% and told us that we had an "open ticket" and that we can reschedule any time within a year. After at least 20 attempts calling them and waiting hours on line they ether tell you they "don't get the fares" or they hang up or tell you to call within an hour.
They are stealing the money!

I deal with customer and I find it very disheartening when I am not treated fairly. I have issues with the name on my ticket. The call center rep was very rude. I told them to either correct the name in my ticket or sent me an email stating that they will be responsible for any financial loss I incurred if I am not able to board my flight due to the error in the ticket. They refuse. They request for photo of my passport. Please note this is an error from the company not me. Why will you merged my first name with my middle name? I told them I will sue the company for any trouble I have or if I miss my flight before my ticket was eventually canceled. I will not recommend this site to anyone. Book directly with the airline.

I booked a flight and then booked a hotel but I was never sent the confirmation for the hotel. I was charged for the hotel. I called customer service and spoke to Nick. He was very helpful and got the problem solved! Thanks again Nick!

My flight from Alaska was canceled and they did not inform me. The site also continued to be shown on the Flightnetwork website as being confirmed. The customer service department was not helpful and difficult to understand.

Requested for name change. The agent Poonam Lingwal was very pleasant, tried to understand and explained how she is going to fix the problem. Then she even cross checked to make sure that I had the confirmation. Very good quality and follow up with customer

This is my first time flying a multi city international flight. I booked a flight and then I found one that better served my needs. I called and spoke with Krista and she fixed everything for me and even waved part of the change fee as a first-time courtesy. I then found a better flight to a different city as I was extending my stay and called in a second time and spoke with Jigar. He was able to change my flight again at no additional fee except the difference in the ticket price. Absolutely amazing experience with such a helpful and knowledgeable staff. Customer support like this should be experienced everywhere and business would be much more pleasurable. Many thanks to Flight Network and Krista and Jigar. I will use them always. Five stars. I highly recommend Flight Network!

Ihsan was excellent. Responded to my queries very efficiently and in timely manner.He even waited for my input of the numbers which I was searching for. Never said I have othe customers waiting online.

My flights were cancelled due to COViD. I elected to accept a "Travel Bank" Credit for the Westjet Flight. I also wanted a refund on my European Flight. Flight Network sent a request to the airline and I subsequently received an email from the airline that my refund had been processed. About a week later I checked with Flight Network to see if the refund had been processed. They said wait another 5 days. After 2 weeks - no refund on credit card so tried to check again. This time no record of me or flight ID etc., no refund. Credit card dispute to resolve.

I have had an excellent experience with Didlar. He was professional and shown consistency in our communication regarding the price, etc. I both many times from this agency (Abeer) and I never had problems.

I booked through them then the airline changed the flight by over 24 hours. The airline sent me an email stating I could cancel with no cancelation fee. Flight network refused to acknowledge this even after receiving written notification from the airline instruction them to cancel and refund the ticket.

Charged me 50 bucks for hand baggage, airline had no clue what that was, no one did, they charged me anyways, tried to get a refund for the whole flight, so I could just rebook without the added charge, nope no refund at all charged for the whole flight was told I was getting a refund, instead got a 142$ charge without a flight, frontier tried to make it at least a little okay by giving me a 40 dollar credit, stay far away from flight network, they do not care about you.

I am another poor victim of Flighnetwork.The website has been designed in a way that you have to pay first then one by one they start to add restrictions as a fine print to the ticket, no luggage is allowed unless you pay and then you have to go pick up your luggeage in each airport and re-enter the transit salon on each stop which means hours of going through each security, not only thicket is not refundable or cancellable you are not allowed even date change under extreme issues that I encounter at the end I had to buy one full ticket to come back sooner, so I lost equal to two full ticket and lots of Hassle, please be aware of these scammers

This company is SCAM. Do not book with this company, you will regret it. Due to covid we could not travel, and they told us that we had to complete our travel before December of 2020 and if we didn't, "its not there problem" that our United States has not lifted the travel ban. We lost over 600$. They are running a fraudulent business with VERY POOR customer service.
I normally do not leave reviews, but wanted to warn everyone about this company. Unites States FBI needs to investigate this company and prevent US citizens from purchasing with them.

Very bad communication. Cancelled two return flight withou my knowledge and I was stuck and had to buy new tickets on the spot at a very expensive price. They do d not answer phones and do not seems to want to listen to my complain

I booked four tickets from Toronto to Delhi on 23rd May 2023. I was booking through Skyscanner which led me to other service provider including Flight Network. Even cheaper options were there I choose Flight Network because of its popular name. When I was going through the process of booking, its gave so many options including choice of flexible tickets which I am sure, I deselected. But at the time of checking out the price was added which I could not look. After paying the amount, when I came to know the same day I called at customer support and a ticket was created. After that I called several times and was always promised falsely that the refund is in process. Today again I called and I insisted for the final answer, I was told it will not be coming. I wanted to give one star but unfortunately there was no option for this
