I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
I had my flight canceled by airlines from Brazil to Jfk, we were qualified for rebooking or refund, i tried to contact flight network several times to get it done, but they never solved it, the costumer service put the line in hold and minutes later line hang up. By experience I recommend do not buy your ticket with this agency. Very poor costumer service and long waiting in the phone. Do not waist your time with this people, we have 5 open tickets with then, and we were qualified per airlines ti rebooking or refund, but this company stolen our and yours money, because they didn't move one finger to help you solve the problem, so the final history we had to buy a new tickets with azul airlines, so this way we can go back home. We advice airlines open an investigation about this company, because they are cheating costumers and keep the money that supposed be your refund,
Due to an error, we had to correct a name on a Norvegian Air Line ticket purchased on this site. We must then pay $ 300 to Flightnetwork instead of $ 230 if we had bought the ticket directly from Norvegian. A pure scam.
I have not taken my flights yet booked through FlightNetwork (December 2017) but FlightNetwork produced the best flight choices for my itinerary (Vancouver to Abu Dhabi and return via layover in Shanghai). Other sites gave more expensive and lengthy flights to Abu Dhabi. I hope negative reviews re cancelled bookings and credit card problems are not prevelant. My booking was fast and got my e-tickets within an hour of booking.
Made the mistake of booking a flight with this company and couldn't be any more upset. Took an hour to get someone on the phone, and when I did speak to someone to cancel my ticket they said I have to call the actual airlines. I call the airlines and they tell me I have to contact the company I booked from. This happened multiple times - mind you if they had been honest and given me the correct information the first time around I could've canceled within my 24 hour booking timeframe. But instead, they gave me the go around, and then when I called to reschedule my ticket (because I bought the "flexible" ticket option) any date I checked with them cost upwards of $184+ to change the dates. I'm never booking with this company again. On top of all this, they had given me the wrong number for the airlines, and it was difficult finding a way to contact them. Wasted my money and time.

Don't book thru a 3rd party, especially not this one, even with insurances and flexible plan options and whatnot, they will nickel and dime you to keep your money.

I booked a flight. Once i got my ticket. I saw i accidently clicked on travel insurance. I called to cancel immediately. I was told first it was non refundable. But i explained i just bought it by mistake. In a few short minutes. I had a email stateing they had cancelled it for me.so it was a great experience.
Feel cheated as they publish that the added baggage will be higher when addon during check-in which is not true. Their charges is much higher than the actual add-on baggage during the check-in.
Never trust them again.
Booked flight travel through Filghtnetwork.com, The flights were canceled by the airline, when we contacted Flightnetwork we were told we would receive a refund minus the $115.00 service fee. After two weeks, no refund, I called and was told the refund was not processed because I needed to pay the $60.00 processing fee, which they can deduct from the refund. Not getting anywhere, I agreed. They processed the refund with the airline and they (flightnetwork) received the refund from the airline. It has been over a month and I still have not received my portion of the refund. When I call they tell me it is in process and to just keep waiting.
I will update this review if I get my refund.
I would give 0 star if I could. I called customer service to make some changes to my flight because the airline changed my flight times and the new time wasn't favourable for me. I was on hold and transferred 5 times and after 3 hours they just hung up on me. I could not make any change I stock with the flight they forced on me. I had the worst experience I ever had!
My itinerary was changed so that the second leg of the flight was 2 days prior to the first leg. I was never notified. I found out on my own the day before the furst flight. Their webpage had not been updated. Horrible customer service. I am still fighting for a refund.
We (me and my wife) had to cancel my flight in last February (2022) dû to a positive test COVID, we give us a voucher on April 2022 (after a lot of phone call!), actually we wanted to use our voucher but after all the discount: our tiket is more expensive than buying the same ticket on the same flight true the website of flightnetwork? It does make no sense so what is the goal to have a voucher?.
Flightnetwork is fooling people? I have to had an explanation or a discount on my voucher.
The flght the price is 1906.03 CAD and we the voucher we have to pay 2675$ so do you think that is fair. I had to wait long time and have multiple phone call to be disappointed at end! I intend to bring my case to justice if nothing is done. Once they get your money you're done.
I will never book with Flight Network again. The customer service department was completely unhelpful. I was getting continuous emails saying my flights were canceled because no one sent me my tickets. I assumed the flight was canceled and sent them an e-mail to send me a refund but then a week later someone responded and booked tickets for me. When I called to dispute this the customer service team was awful. Very rude and said there was no way to cancel my flight. I had to dispute this with my bank. The communications were slow and gave me incorrect information, they booked these tickets without my permission (as I had already asked for a refund and the tickets were not yet booked). Very very bad business. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK, spend a few extra dollars and book directly with the airline because they are often more flexible and willing to help.
Booked a flight to Victoria for the weekend and arrived at the airport expecting my flight back Monday afternoon only to find out it was booked A MONTH OUT. Air Canada asks me to call Flight Network and they say its my mistake (of course) and offer to change the flight at a cost more than booking a new flight with Westjet. I pay for an additional fare to get home and call to cancel my return flight once back in Calgary. Flight Network wants $52 to cancel and $75 to apply the credit next time I book within a year. I'd be fine with the $52 but the $75 is robbery. What a nightmare.
Wanted to charge me over $1000 to change my flight that I booked within the hour. Then I tried to cancel and they charged me $560USD to cancel my flight. Nothing to do with the flight company this charge was from flight network. Complete scam please avoid this company at all costs.

This company is Thieves with licenses, the airline cancel my flight and return the money to flight network and they still don't want to return my money and I bought the insurance too, they say the insurance not covered the covid-19.

There is no option for 0 starts because that's what they deserve. I don't understand how this company is allowed to operate. DO NOT EVER book anything with them. I booked my ticket and they changed my departure date, went to the airport to let know that i do not have a departure ticket. Booked one on the spot and then I have been dealing with "there is no manager, someone will call you" for a month now. I spend more than $3k on this website. THE WORSTTTTT! Not sure what to do to get my money back.

I was on the internet trying to get airline tickets for my granddaughters graduation because my other transportation wouldn't be available. I needed two tickets round trip at the last minute. Found two with this website after trying all the major airlines. My two cost $300 on here round trip. All the airlines and sites I tried cost over 6 hundred for two. I couldn't afford those prices. I booked tickets for my sister and I Feb 27th from ORD to CPH, in booking I left an e out of my sisters name. I noticed it as soon as I put the passport information in, contacted Flightnetwork, followed all instructions and never got the name correction. Called weekly, sent text just asking if I needed to do anything else, never got response. Called TSA for advice and was told see if airlines will help you. Spent hours on the phone but, thank goodness airline took care of problem. We have spent thousands on a trip we have saved years for and all could have been wasted if left up to flightnetwork. Pay close attention to your web site. I thought I was on the official airline web site. Realize places like Flightnetwork pay money to be first in your search. Make sure you are dealing with the airline and not Flightnetwork

Optional Service Fees - A passenger is entitled to a refund of fees paid for an optional service (for example, baggage fees, seat upgrades/choice, or in-flight Wi-Fi) if the passenger was unable to use the optional service due to a flight cancellation, delay, schedule change, or a situation where the passenger was involuntarily denied boarding.
3. Baggage Fees - A passenger is entitled to a refund if the passenger paid a baggage fee and the flight is subsequently canceled.
4. If a passenger is owed a refund, an airline, travel agent, or online travel agency must process it within seven (7) business days if the passenger paid by credit card, and 20 business days if the passenger paid by cash or check.
I am a Travel Agent and this is the second time I have booked through here to go to Rio from Denver. Have the price of AA or Delta airlines to fly on Air Canada. Thank you FlightNetwork now I get to go twice to visit my daughter in Brazil. And I love flying into Toronto CA it is a piece of cake. Stay far far away from them. I booked a flight from Toronto to Mumbai. As per their website, it had a transit flight in Chicago. They never mentioned I needed a transit visa for having an international transit (as we dont need visa for transiting in other countries with exception of US). As soon as I booked the ticket, I noticed this in their confirmation email and contacted them within 30 minutes of booking. They said they will charge me for $600 for cancellation as I dont have transit visa in US. They said they will deduct this charge for paying penalty to airlines, from ticket charge and refund remaining money. Now is the fun story- The air line refunded the full money to my credit card as it was cancellation within 24 hours. AFTER 2 days, these scammers charged my credit card with $600.
The worst customer service. Avoid booking tickets from them. The airline canceled a flight and advised me to contact the agent "Flight Network" to issue a full refund. The Flight Network refused to issue a full refund and also refused to contact the airline to advise them of the refund policy.

I booked and flight then realized immediately I had booked the wrong dates. When I tried calling the following morning to get a refund, I was on hold for FOUR hours and then hung up on. After that I spent another 3 hours on hold until I finally got through to someone. Then I was denied a refund and told it was my fault because I was out of the 24 hour refund window…. SEVEN hours on hold, I was out of the 24 hour window by an hour. Don't ever book with this company.
