I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
We found the flights we wanted and began the booking process. There was nothing on the booking pageaboutchecked baggage except a link to the airlines policy. That seemed to suggest we had checked baggagenin the price. But NO the tickets came through with 'nil baggage' and we had to pay an extra $158! Won't be using this outfit again.
The site issued me an eticket, my credit card was charged and I received a notification for it. And yet when i was in shanghai, I was told my bookings was cancelled. I had to buy a new ticket for a premium, paid a hotel night i didnt get to used because the flight is full for the day! Never use this site again!
Booking the flight was effortless, I have used flightnetwork in the past and have no complaints, really enjoy booking with this company, I have sent a request to customer care in hopes they will honour my request to use my husbands flight protection dollars plus my flight protection dollars against this ticket I booked for my husband.
I bought the ticket from Cuba to Romania via Frankfurt. From Cuba to Frankfurt no problem in Frankfurt I don't have no ticket to continue my flight to Romania, I don't have no money nowhere to go nowhere to fly to Romania imagine the panic. I call company they don't want nothing to do with it. Before you buy ticket from them Make sure YOU GET what you pay for it. Because of them I lost one day of rent for car 1 day rental hotels plus I have to pay extra 250 something Euro for the flight from Germany to Romania this is not fair. Shame on this company. Is not the proper way to present Canadian company.
Getting used to multiple cancellations during covid some airlines better than others but generally get a credit at least... Unless of course you book with Flight network... here is what to expect... Paid 368$ for 2 flights one way connection total refund was 230$. 138 dollars is lost no idea why with no reasonable explanation given... Than they want 45$ rebooking fee to use each time you book with two separate airline... so actual credit value returned is 140$. Numerous phone calls to all parties were futile my experiance is Flight network is profiting hugh during covid cancelations... hope they go bankrupt with disgusting customer policy's
Worst customer service in the world. The guy is robot just ask 3 questions without saying anything nice. Then transfer me to another line which there is no warm transfer. IN SHORT if you have a problem, use ONLINE or prepare 1 hour of CALL with JERKS!

Generic website and poor customer service. We needed to change our flight and after we asked them for options to change the flight (we were flexible) they looked up 2 dates which there were no availability and proceeded to tell us that we couldn't ask for more then 2 dates to change our tickets too... Great policy for the customer service team to follow. Shouldn't you tell us this before we ask for a date change. We ended up cancelling the flight. Took us 4 phone calls to cancel the flight. The first 3 times we called the line dropped when they put us on hold for 5-6 min.
Booked my flight to Thailand costing around 2k, departing the end of January 2022. Three weeks before I was due to leave I received an email from Flight Network telling me that my flights had been cancelled by Singapore Airlines.
I applied for a refund and was told by email that they were waiting for my refund and would forward it to my account as soon as they received it.
It is now, June, and I have yet to get my money back and as difficult as this is to swallow, I have accepted that I will never see my refund.
Not booking directly through the airline is an expensive lesson I have learned the hard way.

Flights had to be changed within the hour. Wrong date. Exchange too pricy, so asked to refund all four instead. They refunded ONE only!!
Later they did the other three when we complained. $9. Each flight. What a joke! NEVER EVER Use these guys. They have ZERO Escalation that is active.
4 months later and our flights are still in escalation. Not holding out to hear from them. And no wall to penetrate. NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE RUBBISH GOOD REVIEW ARE BOUGHT!
Due to mechanical issues, one of the flights my husband had for his return to London from Honolulu was canceled. The first flight was rescheduled by the airline, but due to the secondary flight being booked separate, despite being the same airline, they were unable to change the connection flight and told us to call Flight Network (FN). FN then gave us the run around for two hours of phone hockey, and basically told us to "suck it" and they wouldn't adjust the secondary flight. This has cost us getting a whole new connection flight, and I will never use FN again.
Worst Travel agency ever. I wish I wouldn't have done any business with them. As per Airlines policy and covid-19 situation all refunds and reschedules are free of charge, even when the airlines themselves cancelled the booking, but these bunch of scavengers will not leave any stones unturned to charge you for any and everything, because that is as per there policy. Their customer servicing etiquettes are so poor and unsympathetic, as they put you on hold and get busy in texting and listening music in the background. I have already spread the word amongst my friends to never ever book with them, and want to do the same by reviewing them here today.
I have been chasing Flight Network for my refund after my flight was cancelled by the airline.

Flight Nerwork is The WORST website ever! I regret using it. They are not PROFESSIONAL. We were 2 passengers and I asked them to cancel my booking coz I could not catch the flight. What they actually did is that They canceled it for both of us ( my cancellation request was only for me)! NOW, My friend is stuck at the airport, shocked that they cancel his booking also without informing him! He needs to pay more than 700 Euros to be able to come back home!
They booked an open ended flight without my approval and then claimed that I let my flight forfeit. I have proof that the agent tried to charge my credit card that was on file. This card was cancelled by me over a year ago and he tried to use it and booked without my approval. This company scams people stay clear! As you can see I cancelled what this agent booked and that the card he tried to use had been deactivated. I have reached out to TICO and the BBB. I will not let this go... we are talking $1700 that they are stealing from me. I will not lay down and let them do this to me.

My flight got cancel and the airline refunded the full amount, only that I received nothing from it. FlightNetwork refuses to refund me the money even though they received the money from the airline.

Today I spoke with Mr Miles to whom i explained i was charged for seats I didn't pick.
Mr Miles explained the Airline Process and he understood since I didn't pick the seats I was entitled to the credit. I explain passenger are allow to have the airline pick our seats so we can save money.
Today Mr Miles made me a happy camper.

I have a flight with WestJet that I am trying to change. WestJet has said that it is changeable for no fee and all that has to happen is for FlightNetwork to contact them to make the request (as they aren't allowed to accept the request from me as part of their terms with FlightNetwork). They even gave me the number to pass along. But FlightNetwork is saying they cannot contact WestJet directly…and that there is no supervisor available. Then the guy just hung up on my and put my in the ridiculously long queue again. Embarrassing service from FlightNetwork.
The staffs are not helpful at all. Informations differ from staffs. Was supposed to get my FULL refund as per the first staff i spoke to & then suddenly my tickets are non-refundable? Background story: I booked similar tickets to the same destination due to the website prompting me error every time i tried paying. $0 was deducted the first time. Suddenly when i try again, the same error message was prompted & the amount was deducted twice. The staff told me that i cannot get a full refund because i use flightnetwork to book the tickets therefore i need to pay them some sort of admin fee which is 50/60$ per pax? My tickets are not refundable because I HAVE TO $#*!ING PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE? FYI, I had to speak to 3 different staff & all 3 gave me different informations. This is ridiculous.

Flightnetwork cancelled my flight & to get a hold of them regarding a refund, 6hrs later, I was disconnected twice & no compensation or compassion for my time. Always used them for all my flights, never again, they are inconpetent & a disaster, total waste of my time! Flightnetwork said you could get a refund, bull$#*!!
Trying to get refunded for a duplicate booking ( Caused by them) is like getting blood out of a stone.
Even when the AIRLINE gave them the authority to refund the duplicate booking still no refund.

The worst company existing if you ever need any customer service. DO NOT buy their FLEX tickets - it is a SCAM. They DO NOT change anything they will just charge you double of what this ticket costs and not respect any other company's fare. The total of my ticket was $500 but to change even one date costed $700-$800 MORE! Even though tickets are widely available online for same price I purchased for same dates. Will NEVER buy again anything from them!
I would rate Flight Network a big fat Zero like their Customer Service. Booked a flight with the flexible option and when contacting Flight Network as requested by them and to wait an 1hr -2hrs for someone to answer. Eventually it was "confirmed" telephonicically and I would receive my confirmation via email. I phoned daily to follow up on my so called confirmation, just too get the same lies that my flight has been rescheduled and that Flight Network was having I. T issues. P. s I was stranded. LAGUG3

I made a booking with them from Winnipeg to Delhi. The flight was scheduled from Winnipeg to Toronto and then toronto to london and then delhi. This agency booked me from winnipeg to london where I tried contacting them for help but they refused any sort of help. There was a complete lockdown at the london airport. I had to book my ticket again woth other agency and I was left unattended in the middle of nowhere. I waited 30 hours for another flight. This was the worst experience of my life and till the date i. E. August 9,2021 I did not get any refund or an apology from their side. Also, I called them so many times but each time I hear the same thing 'we are investigating who is at fault and once we know we will contact you back' but they never called and all I do is call them again and again. I will never ever trust this agency again and I will suggest the same to all the people watching this review.
I and my friend booked this flight to Salt Lake City, Ut. When I first phoned I had a bit of trouble, on my part, as it was my first time booking a flight, my myself. But so anyway the lady who was looking after me was so extra patient with me, helped me by guiding me through the procedture. I felt so inadequate and ( stupid) she made me feel I was't the only one. So now she said she would try and get on a cheaper flight Service was far and behond excellent,, would definetly fly with them my next trips. Thanks again
For months FlightNetwork held on to my refund--without, the very least, a notification email that they had received said refund from SpiceJet to be deposited to my account. So for weeks I contacted SpiceJet--as I had received news of the flight cancellation only from SpiceJet, and instruction to contact them for a refund--and all they kept saying was that they had process said refund to my account--which technically wasn't true; failing to tell me they had refunded FlightNetwork who in turn should have refunded me. I received no email from FlightNetwork, no instruction or notification that they had my money. This is sketchy business practice, at best, or outright collusion, at worst. FlightNetwork has yet to process my refund, even after I've contacted them on this matter.
