I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
I booked a Flexi airfare as I knew I may need to change my flight. When I went to change my airfare to the following day, they said I had to pay the full airfare cost for the new ticket. I asked why I would purchase a more expensive Flexi ticket to then have to buy a new fare again. They said my saving was booking fee and cancellation fee. I asked why I wouldn't just not turn up for my flight and buy a new ticket myself from the airline as it is is costing me the same. They had no answer. Do not buy a Flexi ticket they NOT FLEXI I would give zero stars if possible

FRAUD! Trust me and the maaaany other negative reviews. They showed me a good price, my credit card was charged, and then they said my flight was cancelled because my credit card company declined. I confirmed that my credit card was not declined and that the charges had gone through but they just kept repeating that my card was declined... even after I got my credit card company on the phone who confirmed again that it wasn't. So now I have no flight and charges on my credit card to fight.
They issued ticket with PNR but in fact they are not settling the payment to airlinline therefore airline has rejected to allow me for travel so ti suffred a lot and even they not refund my money & worst customer service

I was double change for my ticket for a start And due to bali volcano at the moment i was supposed to fly on the 2 Dec of course i m not going anywhere near bali at all.
So i ask Flight network to chance route to singapore the guy put me on hold for 25 min,
Saying it will cost 150 US +Price different becoz i change the route but is not i do not wanna to go to bali is dangerous go there at the moment,
Then i ask him can i cancel my to & return flight to bali but keep the Bangkok -Rome original flight, He ask me to hold again, i was waiting for 30 mins I give up! Stay Away from flight network! U can't choice your sit from airline At all..
HI, I was sent through to your site from Jet Radar. I made a booking through you for Air Asia. However I was not able to access the e-ticket afterward. I wasn't able to select to add baggage and since making the booking I haven't had any luck going through the air asia site to enter the booking number to access the booking to add this. Very frustrating. I would like to cancel the booking if I cannot add baggage before taking off.

The agent based in Mumbai went out of the normal to find the best price. I was so impressed by this young man's approach and knowledge that I asked him to look out for the business class ticket for myself and my wife to BLR, India from YYZ in the month of January 2018.

Flight Network sold me a flight itinerary that doesn't adhere to the rules and regulations of stop-over countries. As a result, I almost missed my flight. I booked an itinerary from Shanghai to Cairns and there are connecting flights in Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea. The latter, however, doesn't allow for transit that exceeds EIGHT hours. Flight Network's itinerary had me there for TWELVE hours. It was for this reason that I found myself at Shanghai airport having completed all declarations, the vaccination certificate (AND TRANSLATION), etc., crying, running through customs and finally running for my gate. I am very disappointed with the UNRELIABLE service rendered by Flight Network. When booking, one assumes that the flight itinerary they purchase is one that adheres to the rules, etc.

I entered the wrong expiry date for my VISA. Within 30 minutes I received a call to let me know. I called VISA to get things straight, I then called back to Flightnetwork, and it was fixed right away.
I am not giving any stars here. If anyone wants to book the flights DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH FROM FLIGHT NET WORK! As believe me if you do. In the case you need to rebook-cancel or something else. It's going to drive you crazy! I have been waiting for more than 4 hours and made calls several times. The end of the day my problem still not solving yet. No body knows what they are doing. My suggestion is do not ever book the flight through from here..
My air tickets (booked via Flight Network) to Frankfurt in Nov 2022 was cancelled due to a airport strike and I had no choice but to seek a refund. After more than 6 months, the refund is still pending airline refund. I called Flight Network numerous times to request for assistance and escalation. Flight Network claims that the refund is still pending from the airline (Luthansa/SIA)

Booked tkt through flight network and cancelled for some personal reason. I approached this agent for the cancellation. As per them they can't cancel or any modifications. I have to approach directly airlines. The agency used their email account and credit card information for booking. For my difficult to get the full information as it is not mine for the verification. Somehow I have managed to reach the airlines to cancel the tilts for 4 passengers. Which is the total amount 2100AED. After the cancellation the airlines refunded approx. 900 AED to the agent. It had been more than 4 days the agency didn't come back to me for the refund amount. When I asked the agent, he said that they will charge 162 AED per passenger for doing nothing. So I will get 300approx. I want to give negative star instead single.

Don't bother booking with them, they give you excuses that the transaction declined although there is more than enough money on the card and then charge a higher fair... SCAMS!
The only issue I had was when confirming flight it got into an endless loop for over 15 minutes, so I backed out one level and tried again with no problem

Will bill you absurd amounts for any sort of change to your flight... stay far far away, book directly through the airline or use a legit service like Expedia

Don't try and cancel a flight during a global pandemic, they won't even answer the phones or emails. Just hopeless in an already stressful situation. Never again!
Tried calling them 5 times and stayed in line for 30 minutes without having anyone who answered the phone. Also, know that they ONLY have a UK number! I managed to get an email from them now but it takes AGES to get an answer and SUPER EXPENSIVE to change a booking - like Ive never experience with any other travel agencies.
