I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
I am a 74 year old pensioner and finding it very hard to retrieve my refund from them. They have given me the run around and even lied when the airline confirmed to me that they have indeed given the refund to Flight Network.
I find it hard to believe that a company could blatently steal from consumers and get away with it.
However i refuse to let this go and have found the address for their head quarters if anyone needs to know: 1401-145 King street west, Toronto, Ontaria, M5H 1J8.
Please contact me if you could provide any help or information if you were successful, or if you wish to join me in a joint tribunal case.

Skip this useless intermediary site; they would charge you $45 for a refund and want you to pay beforehand; cannot deal with the airline directly, you have to go through them for any questions and the answer comes back to you in several days ---beware that you have 0 support at the airport as the airline will direct you to call the 'agency' DO NOT USE THIS HACK OF A SITE

`mishandling of ticket reservation by incompetent agent who was happy to take money for my flight change but was too irresponsible to remit airline.
The first time i changed my flight date, i had to call them to send my ticket. How irresponsible? `if you know what is good for you, follow up with them if you have to use them because I was met with the shock of my life unable to board my flight from lagos to toronto because i was not showing up on the manifest for Egyptair for the 16th of feb. When i even changed my ticket from the 14th of January to 4th of feb, i had to follow them up to email my ticket as if they were day old babies... disgraceful that is... If i had know i would have followed up with them for the second change to send my ticket. Flight network do the needful and pay for all the damages done to me and my entire itineraries/plans

run!!! if you don't have the patience to follow up with these day old babies
Every time I have looked for good flights (affordable and reasonable times) it's always been on this site. Seriously this site is the crap! Use it, trust me you won't regret it.
At first they sold me additional services.
Flexible ticket and support package( priority support)
When I want to change a ticket 2 days in advance I spend more than 2 hours on the phone. At the end they promise that they will definitely call me and change the ticket but never did.
After that it was too late to change with an airplane. And it cost me 900 euro + ( they promise change for 50 euros)
Furthermore, they did not warn in advance that they are not going to do it.
I was waiting to be contacted for 2 days and have to buy new ticket.
So I contact them again about the problem, the assistant promised to compensate the cost of a new ticket or return the money for the flexible. But when I asked to do this they never did.
To sum up
1. Don't waste your money buying flexible ( I did((
2. Don't buy support package. They are polite but never do what they promise. So you will loose not only money but hours waiting for them online
3. I have to spend 900 euros more because was waiting for them to change and after the price was super high(they promised an exchange for 50 euros)
4. I have to spend 80 euros for the phone calls that never helped me
Cheaters. At least you have to tell from very beginning that you are not going to help.

They offer a service to assist with obtaining the necessary visa's to travel however due to COVID19 the Visa's need to be submitted by the traveler and not a third party and they refuse to refund, even though they are not able to offer this service.
We had no issues using the online system and the price was very competitive. If this customer experience continues then we will definitely be returning customers.
My flight from LAX got cancelled while I was at work, I had to book another flight from anywhere & I found the cheapest flights to Colorado from San Jose. Very convenient because it's closer to me than LAX is & there was no holiday traffic for us on the way :) I thought booking last minute was going to cost me A LOT & double since I brought mama with me, but it was very affordable. We booked a flight thru Flight Network in Dec 2018 for a Lufthansa Airline flight from Orlando to Marseilles France via Frankfurt. The e-ticket and receipt we received from FN clearly stated Economy class. I checked the baggage allowance on their own site and it clearly stated 1 checked bag free on Inter-continental flights. But when we got to the airport we were informed that we had been booked as an ECO LIGHT fare, and therefore were only allowed 1 free CARRY-ON bag. It cost us 122 EUROS to check our bags. I contacted them after the flight and they told me it was my responsibility to check the baggage policies - which I had.
I will never suggest anyone to book in flightnetwork site i booked on this site and my return booking was cancelled flightnetwork says airline cancelled your ticket and airline says your travel portal cancelled your ticket and still waiting for an alternate...

I used FlightNetwork despite the tons of negative feedback I found online. Regret it now but learnt the lesson. This is my story:
- after online purchase, FlightNetwork called me back and asked for second credit card details via phone since first one "did not work".
- charged second card twice the amount (400£ extra!)
- in reply to my complaint they said they needed proof from me that it had actually happened
- since the amount was only blocked on my card but not actually claimed yet, it did not show on bank statement. Sent screen shot of my online balance to prove they had blocked the amount on my card.
- no reply. Had to call agency, airline and bank several times. Could not use my card to withdraw money for 10 days since they blocked basically all the money I had on it
- they asked again for bank statement
- after more than a month now (!) still absolutely no acknowledgment of damage caused and no apologies whatsoever
- had to ask bank to revert the money to my account.
- I was lucky (unlike many others) - I, at least, have my money back.
Will never use FlightNetwork ever again and let my banks know that they have my credit card details. Worried they might accidentally charge things on my card again:(
P.S. In their public reply to a similar review elsewhere they falsely claimed that I had not cooperated and that they had replied to all my mails. They had the guts to ask me to get in touch with them... whereas truth is I'm still waiting for their email response and the acknowledgment of damage done.
As a first time buyer of online air tickets this was super easy, super quick, and the total shown was the total I paid no hidden fees that pop up at checkout... will certainly use again
I have used dozens of flight companies and this is by far the worst. The customer service is appaling. We booked a business class ticket and when changing over the phone they accidentally downgraded us. We have spent over 12 hours on the phone with them they always promise they will call back and or send an email. NOTHING HAPPENS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I always use Flightnetwork.com to search the cheapest flights when I travel which is often (10-20 times a year). This time was fast and I found what I wanted, as usual/expected.

It is a shame that I cannot rate it zero stars. Is the worst company I have ever deal with. I bought direct flights on the 5 feb 2022 for my parents from LA to Brisbane direct flight in April 10 2022. When checking the flight directly in the airline I noticed the flight changed not a word from Flight Network. I called them and their answer was 'Yes, not direct flight mum'. I already knew it but nothing was updated on their site plus the airline keeps redirecting to my travel agent. Just one day ago (07.04.2022) I received an email saying your flight is around the corner, guess what! Direct flight again. I called again first time I started explaining the situation, and the lady said 'Speak in English please' I was speaking in English OMG… then while she was checking hang up on me no one returned the called. Second time the lady said the reason they never sent me the update was because I did not authorise the tickets change, what a load of b…. They never sent an email with an update or with a request of authorization. Also they asked to download the application to keep you updated with any changes, what a joke!. Three days before my parents flight still showing in their application that the flight is direct. Do not trust anything you buy in here. I am still unsure if the luggage allowance is correct, now need to try to contact the airline to make sure my parents do not have a surprise in the airport.
Will never book with Flight Network again! Horrible customer service. Charged very high price to change flight due to death in the family. No compassion.

I booked two return flights to Iceland through the Flight Network. The flights were cancelled due to COVID. I tried to get my money back but was stonewalled by Flight Network. Two years later my money is gone. I paid for a service which I never received. DO NOT USE Flight Network.
Shakir Shaan and Anthony were so helpful in finding alternative flights when I had made my own flight arrangements within the previous 24 hours. They both went out of their way to accommodate me and were very pleasant at all times. That is why I always come back to FLIGHT NETWORK... besides the costs (in CAD) are the same amounts as others which are in USD... hence huge savings!
Don't book with this company, customer service is terrible and will not help with any issues you may have, take my advice and book direct with the airline that's what I'm doing from now on
