I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Calling (11:45PM) to isue my ticket, which was not possible to book online due to the expired page.
The lady officer was ourteous, professional and knowledgeble. It took a few minutes and I receive my ticket confirmation number.

My flight was cancelled due to covid. After over a year and a half flight network was unwilling to refund my money even though the airline had already refunded the money to flightnetwork. Finally i got my refund only after I filed a complaint with the department of Transportation. (DOT).
The DOT will force flightnetwork to keep in contact with you untill the issue is resolved.
I also filed a complaint with The FTC. Everyone who is having the same issue should toom

We purchased a ticket from Flight network in March of 2022. The airline Singaporeair canceled on of the legs of our flight. Due to the fact that we went thru Flight network for the reservation Singapore airlines made us go thru them again for the scheduling. It is now September 2022 ( planning to travel in December) and we still have not be helped. Since we have been told of the flight cancellation we have been on the phone, either on hold, or being told that Singapore airlines has not offered a new flight for over 11 hours hold time on 7- 10 different calls. Please dont use this company. I am not even sure how they can stay in business ( well I have my idea). DO NOT USE THIS TRAV AGENCY.

DONT BOOK with this platform. I have much regrets. My flights kept being cancelled and rescheduled. Called the platform multiple times across the span of 5 weeks, yes, 5 WEEKS, up till the week I am about to fly and the customer service kept saying 3-5 working days of wait, wait and wait and wait, but nothing effective is being done. Read recent reviews. This company essentially STEALS your money. Flight cancelled due to COVID... then you'll spend hours on the phone, get no response (I have spent over 6 hours on hold). You'll send emails and get no response (I have sent multiple). I'm out thousands of dollars and I'm not the only one. Reportedly Canada allows this. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

Worst experience ever- had accidentally chosen the self seat option, emailed the very same day to cancel the entire transaction- they replied within a few days and weren't helpful or courteous at all. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Cancelled a flight to YVR from YYZ due to COVID and received an email credit with a 150$ cancellation fee.
Credit was refencing the old booking code, long story short spent literally 2 separate attempts with 3 hours on hold - no response and no way to apply the credit for a new flight 4 months later - so disappointed. This industry, especially Flight Network is just super flawed when it comes to customer support and service.

My Flight in Jan was cancelled due to bad weather, I am still awaiting refund. Despite Numerous calls, long waiting periods one day over 3hrs being passed around and left on long holding with call dropping on other times
They want to do anything but refund saying they have to get confirmation from the Airline that the flight was cancelled & wont except the email i got from Airline. 6 weeks on & numerous calls i am still hearing the same excuse. There does not appear to be any action plan or follow up since the previous calls

I cancelled a foight within 24 hours of booking. I paid an additional $52.50 to cancel my flight. I did not get a email confirmation that it was canceled until I called back 4 times and was put on hold everytime. I have still not been refunded the $1395. 00 owed to me. I have sent 5 emails to customer service and they havnt had the decency to respond once. Whats worse is I think they refunded someone elses card! I keep getting service from their subpar call center (based in the phillipines) who keep telling me customer care will call me within 24 hours which they never do! Be carefull with this company! BEWARE!
I have had a very horrifying experience with this company where they've digested $3285 USD hard earned money of mine. Our flight cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic as the destination country closed it's borders so now they say they have given me a future credit to book tickets. I have been calling them more than 100 times in the last 3 months and have written several emails but have never got a response back. Even on calls, I have to wait for 4-5 hours before someone picks up and they flatly say they've no control over my reservation, can't book a flight as it's unavailable and what not. One of the executive even had the guts to tell me such insensitive things that I don't want to write here which really made me repent my decision so much to do business with this shady company just to benefit from a little bit of discount they had offered at the time of booking. Now, I don't know what to do, the flight was to make my old parents 70+ fly back to their home country and they have so many underlying illnesses that their health condition is really getting affected. I have no control over their future credit which I don't have any proof of as they say I have to depend on their agents to book a future ticket. They have never given in writing whatever they tell you over call. Mistake of a lifetime to do business with them!
Wow, I have used Flightnetwork multiple times. This time I travelled with friends and family to Paphos, Cypress. Flight was cancelled with no emails/warnings. We found out once we were at the airport. They said they sent an email... load of hog wash!
We received many emails regarding other flights but no cancelled flight email for this one.
Problem is Paphos airport is small with no airline rep/ counters. Flight was around 7 pm and no other flights out that day. We had a connecting flight to catch.
I called Flight Network for help, after +-1 hr, 44 in the queue on the phone. I was told to call airline.? They said they could not help. I asked to purchase another flight out but the person on the phone from Flight Network could not understand and eventually he put the phone down on my call. I think he was from a call center in India.
Luckily, we are seasoned travelers and we were able to find another flight out from another international airport 1.5 hrs drive away.
Flight Network will take your money but will not help when it is needed. 16 days after cancelled flight and still no money back. We had to contact airline and Flight network to find out when we get our hard earned cash back. Still waiting.

I am extremely disappointed with them and I will seriously think twice before using them again. Problem is that many of the internet booking companies belong to the same company.
They will charge you money for them to book a flight for you, but they will not look after the booking.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! ITS A MONTH AND A HALF LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. SPIRIT AIRLINES REFUNDED THE MONEY TO THEIR ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! One of the worst experience of flight booking. Flight cancelled by airline and Flightnetwork team made it even worse by giving me complete wrong information on rebooking. Just 10 hours before flight when I tried to do checking I found out that my alternate flight is also cancelled and I had no option but to cancel flight.
It just doesn't end here, when I asked to cancel my return ticket as it just doesn't make sense to have just return inbound flight alone. I was forced to pay cancellation fee of 700+ dollars. There was no empathy by the staff to help.
I spent almost 6 hours talking to customer service, calls keep getting disconnected, route my calls to multiple departments and every time we have to explain situation to all the agents. Misinformation, agents gave wrong info and promises.
I will NEVER use this agency ever again.
I recommend anybody reading thsi review not to use Flightnetwork. You will regret. Use alternate well known agents or direct from carrier.

We bought through Flight Network online. All good. We get tickets, realise that my first name was misspelt by one letter. We immediately call, and get told by barely understandable man we need to email. We email, wait a week, no reply. We call again. Then we email again. Then call, and call, and call. Every time they have no - or sporadic - records of previous calls or emails. Two months later (we booked the tickets four months in advance) and after hounding them we get an answer - pay $800 to cancel the ticket, on top of paying the difference of the price of the old ticket vs a new one at today's price which works out to about $1000. We have called the two airlines involved already for their policies, which are either free change or $100 admin fee, so quite obviously this all goes to flight network. I am pissed off, mainly because if they hadn't screwed us around two months ago we may not be charged so much for doing this.
This is more stress than the entire holiday is worth. These guys don't even deserve the one star.
