I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

There were some glitches with my reservation and I got personal phone calls from customer service agents within 2 hours to fix the problems.

HIDDEN charges that dont show up even at the confirmation screen -- you approve one amount then the next screen with the conf. # shows a higher amount -- all of which is NON REFUNDABLE! CROOKED OUTFIT

Want to change the dates and Been calling them for 4 days 5 hours daily with no answer, they took the money of the seats and the airlines said the seats are not being paid, totally a scam!

Your service is totally sucks, your customer service is horrible and rude, here the situation.

I booked a flight with you yesterday at 18:07, and i received a confirmation email from your side, my order is: M2AY1M, my flight number is: T6SW6M.

Unfortunally the book has been cancelled from airlines' side, i contacted your customer service, they forwarded me from department to another with everytime asking for my information, some of them ended the phone call, some of them promised to re-book some of them promised to pay back. Till now i got nothing but $#*!, my phone call with you was recorded and i have chats recorded as well. I guess i have been insolted

SO SO SO SO bad. I can't even explain but would be happy to. NOTHING of what I was told over the phone was accurate (they told me I HAD to call back later to get best price even though I found a better one while talking, and then when I called back woman said HAD TO DO IT THAT DAY, and was rude). This was my second time trying to deal with them and I tried to stay away from that but had to and am sick from this interaction again. I actually loathe this company now and we have dealt with other booking agencies for this trip and had no such trouble. ITS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, and when they reached out asking me for review, I left detailed feedback and got no response. ACTUALLY PATHETIC, could ruin your trip - you'll save time, money and stress avoiding!

Despite all the negative reviews, I booked a flight from India for Istanbul. I must say they are genuine and cheapest. However, one has to be careful about the extra charges being added step by step. They are transparent in terms of extra cost. Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website.

My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.

ZERO STAR IF I COULD CHOOSE IT! Stay away from this company. Unable to obtain a rebooking of our travel credit in connection with a trip cancellation due to covid. No customer service; calls made several times each time endless waiting time, incompetent agents who do not speak French and do not know what to do to solve the problem. A company of scammers.

I bought a ticket from Sao Paulo to New york, the airlines cancelled the flight, so i contact flightnetwork and required for refund, it was on March 2022, so today date is October 10th 2022, and so far I didn't receive my refund, i contact then by phone and stay about 4 hrs and nothing was solved, the problem my ticket is about to expired, each phone call that i made, the agent said that between to 24 to 48 hours we will contact you, but nobody contact me. Looks like they are waiting for the ticket expire and keep my refund, SOUNDS THEY ARE STOLEN COSTUMER. I will attach the email that i received from then on may, after 5 months i still didn't receive my money. Never buy again with this bull$#*! company

Wondering if I am the only one or there are many people who used Flightnetwork.com in Canada? I booked a trip for wife and I. Last minute we had an emergency (our issue). My wife had to get an emergency passport from Embassy. The embassy required that we provide a valid flight itinerary. I called flightnetwork.com, explained the passport situation, and booked a flight for $790 change fee. Not a problem he sent me the itinerary and we returned to the embassy and gave them the information. The embassy gave us the emergency passport. Around 6pm flightnetwork.com (Kevin) called back demanding $600 MORE! I told him we booked the flight and had an agreement. He said no we did not and he would cancel the tickets if we did not pay! Since we promised the embassy that we would be traveling on a specific flight and date we had no choice!

I have spent hours on the phone with them and got nowhere! I asked for a manager and they keep transferring me to Kevin (not a manager). I have been promised call backs... never happened. I ask for a manager and no one exists. I wanted to work this out but now we will contest the charges. They are deceptive and will rob you blind!

Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere. They will bury you with fees and other charges. Further they don't keep their word and do not honor agreements.

Easy to run through the site and they respond quickly. The add ons like seat selection are not clear, they will add on extra charges, watch for the little details.

I would recommend NOT BOOKING WITH FLIGHTNETWORK. I had a horrible experience. I booked a flight through them for Spirit airlines and looking back I should have just used Spirit booking because I had such a horrible experience through Flight Network. There was a section of the booking process on their website that asked if I wanted to sit next to the person I bought a ticket for and so I selected I did and then they charged me $117 for "preferred seating". I was never notified of this charge until I saw it on the invoice and my credit card account. I tried to call and get this resolved and the call center was extremely unhelpful. Very dissatisfied and will never use FlightNetwork again.

Update:
I called them a second time (after writing this review). Talked to an agent much nicer than the first one and he reduced the changing fee $50 to $375, which is still too much. Due to this, I update their rating to three star. Still do not recommend them.

I need to change my flight dates and I find out that the minimum change fee for a flight is CAD$ 425 with no cancelation possible. Even the agent says that changing the ticket would cost around buying a new one.
Sad thing is the company's bad reputation was mentioned while I was referred to their website
By a third party. Will take this notification more seriously next time.
I suppose the technology has helped us to shop our tickets online versus through agents, but then we have to be careful to get our tickets from trusted websites, so skam companies like this one do not rob us off.
Last but not least, this one liner 5 star reviews are most probably done by the company itself to bring up the average ratings in search results. Can't trust them at all.

- Please do not book through Flight Network. Regardless of any positive review you have read, it is not worth it.
- They are relentless with taking your money and not giving you an ounce of support if anything changes with your flight.
-They will make up any excuses to not be able to help you, and will find anyway to make it harder for you.
- They will not give you back any refund and will create excuses for it.
-I tried calling for a flight reschedule for two people and they wanted us to pay them more than what we had paid for our original flights each.
- They kept transferring us to different people more than 5 times then dropped the line over and over again.
- If you need to make any flight changes go straight to the airlines they will help you and the cost difference is so much lower
- Flight network is NOT cheaper than booking through the airlines. You will end up paying extra for additional and their services ( which is no service) and it is not worth all the distress, hassle, and struggle you will experience with them.
- Please do not book through Flight Network, I am writing this review so I can spare everyone the absolute frustration, and devastation you will experience. Do not do it!

I used flight networks through Kayak and it was terrible...
For a flight from Athens to Ajaccio I had to take 3 different flights. This is how it went through Flightnetwork:
The first 2flights were operated by a Volotea who offloaded them to pegasus who then emailed me to cancel the #1 of the 3 flights.
I then had to cancel the second flight through pegasus which was not straightforward.

For the 3rd flight, the operator said they couldn't cancel it, do I tried through FlightNetwork...
But basically, there is no way to cancel that flight from the website, so I called and waited, for 45minutes. Since no one ever picked up my call so I emailed support. It's been 24h and I'm still waiting.

This company is SCAMMING people! My ticket was multi city so I had to book 3 different a segments. When I booked the first 2, then there was a problem with the 3rd segment, which forced me to cancel the first ticket I had bought for $825.
The website listed 24 hour cancelation by phone. I spent 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone, until someone finally helped me and said I would get a FULL refund. Then I got an email saying I would get $57 less than I paid.
I called back and the agent said that even if you cancel within 24 hours, there is a $57 fee and is listed under Terms and Conditions. I reminded her that pretty much no one reads that and they should clearly list that the 24 hour cancelation has a $57 fee, which is UNHEARD of in the industry.
I travel often and when you cancel within 24 hours you get a FULL refund and exactly what you paid. What a SCAM, beware!

This company is a fraud, if you cancel your ticket with in 24 hours as airline policy, flight network will keep the refund. You pay flightnetwork with your cc and they pay the airline with their cc and when the refund is process flightnetwork keep the money. DON'T BUY WITH THEM if you don't want to loose your money.

They advertise one price as a come on and do the old bait and switch, after composing a detailed email to, *******@flightnetwork.com of course I got a notice it was undeliverable.
They advertised a RT spirit flight TO phl -lax for 165.00 WHICH TURNS OUT TO REALLY BE TWICE AS MUCH PLUS BAGGAGE FEES BOTH WAYS. I ONLY GIVE COMPANIES 1 CHANCE TO TREAT ME FAIRLY. FLIGHT NETWORK BLEW IT.

Total rip off. Customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. I don't know why this company is still running trying to steal money from customers. They will charge you $55 for assistance fee, even though they are not really helping you in any way. They dont update you if there is an issue. Waited for almost 2 months to have my cancelled flight fixed, and eventually i just gave up because they will again charge $300+ for the rebooking plus another $90+ for the agency, and plus the fare difference. It would be cheaper to just book another flight plus you won't have to deal with them ever again. Have to talk to at least 5 people, and repeating my self 5 times for more than an hour. It is so FRUSTATING. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. I am at loss for words i hope i can rate negative stars. Somebody report this company for scamming people. I don't know why they get 4 stars in skyscanner. Totally regretting everything. I used to book from third party with no problem but I have learned my lesson. Better book directly with the airline if you don't want stress. It may look cheaper but once you have a problem they will rip you off to your bones.
