I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

Booking with FlightNetwork is NOT SAFE! My husband and I booked with FlightNetwork before the covid19 virus. Our flights were cancelled by the airline which fully refunded the flights. However, FlightNetwork refused to refund out money for flights that no longer existed! Despite the fact that we had paid an additional $300 for flight insurance which said cancel for any reason! If you book with them, watch your credit card. They charged us an $81.63 service charge every time we called, whether or not any service was provided! Then, they later charged us an additional $600 for a cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER CANCELED ANY FLIGHTS! If you are having the same issues with FlightNetwork, try getting your money back directly from the airline as we had more luck going that route.
I think it's not even worth repeating what others are saying, we've all wasted so much energy and time on this company already. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
It will be impossible to get in touch, get your money back or anything else.
Endless 'holds' once you get through, for who knows what.

Our travel dates were for 2 passengers on June 2020 but due to COVID-19, all summer plans needed to be cancelled. Most agencies and cruises refunded full amount at no service fee.
Korean Airlines policy mentions full refund, but FlightNetwork refused to give the full refund. They first said they will charge $100 service fee per booking ref on any cancellation. Second time, they said its a $50 service fee ONLY... and the third time they said its $50 service fee in addition to reduced refund (charging $250 per ticket). I do not understand how this agency can keep changing its policy and charge their customers during such unforeseen circumstances. Customer care keeps blaming Korean Airlines for the extra charges, but I had another ticket on the same flight through Priceline and they issued a full refund without any service fee within 24 hours of cancellation.
Horrible customer service, none of the staff is trained well and seems like all of them get diff policies. Not to mention, the wait time is almost 45mins -1 hour (guess because all their customers are not happy with them)

I bought flights home for after a cruise that I was planning to take with my 2 kids. I bought the insurance offered by FlightNetwork. COVID hit, trip got cancelled. Insurance KEPT the insurance money, DENIED me my money back on the flights, Flight Network DENIED giving my money back, and I DID NOT get to use the SHORT TERM credit they gave me due to ALL THE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. I LOST OVER $700 and no-one helped me. If I could give less then 1 star I would. I WILL NEVER USE FLIGHT NETWORK AGAIN

Today I had one of the worst experiences with air travel of my entire life. I bough a promotion ticket for me and my wife from a website that I already know (not the horrible flight network) and the purchase went through. I managed to buy 30min before the end of the sale flight and, at the same time, was looking for other companies to help me buy the tickets for my parents and finally make it happen our long dreamed family trip. I looked online and came across Flight Network advertising the sale that I wanted to buy. I checked the fight, typed my parents contacts and 2 minutes after buying it I received a confirmation email from this fraud company and I STOPPED looking for other possible flights. Half an hour later, after the sale (from Avianca) ended, I received an email telling me this: "we are unable to proceed with your Flight Network reservation" and "We regret for the inconvenience that this may have caused.". Inconvenience? I stopped looking the flight for my parents because of this confirmation email from Flight Network, and I actually bought for me and my wife with no trouble from other company, really? And this regretful company takes 30min to tell you that it did not work? Thanks a lot! With this canadian company never again!
I booked through this company for my wife's trip to Sri Lanka to meet me since I work overseas it was a halfway mark for us both. I paid for all the extras like the VIP support just in case. Halfway into her vacation the Corona virus took off through out the world. Sri Lanka went to shut down it's borders so we tried to call to change her flight, was on hold for hours before the call would drop tried several times. Sent multiple emails with no response within the 3 to 6 hour window finally got an email but days laters. Long story short I had to pay a different company to get my wife home since they could not answer a phone or reply to an email. When she got home a week early to cancel her flight she sent emails and called them to cancel, she got on the phone with them after being on hold for 3 hours. She told them to cancel... well they did not and tried to say she was a no show and now she can't get a refund or a flight voucher due to them not canceling her flight over the phone. This company is a joke and I personally will never use them again nor will I recommend anyone else do so either. I will however recommend using Priceline they helped us unlike Flightnetwork.
Here is the review that everyone should know if you make one mistake on the name you need to prepare the payments that comes with it. Even when you have paid all sector in one go they are fast to take the money. The itinery payment they will charge you for the 2 x sector which would be equivent to a full payment. I have been and feel that it is a rip off so please be aware of what you purchase. The customer service is in another country and in a different time plus call and awaiting for answers takes ages. BEWARE OF BOOKING ON LINE WITH FLIGHT NETWORK!
The services provided by the Flight Network are terrible. I booked a round trip from Winnipeg Manitoba to Vancouver BC Canada and The charges on my credit card was different from the amount that I saw when I booked it online and the amount that I got in an email with the confirmation of the booking. This was my first experience with them and it seems to me that these guys are fraud and overcharge customers.
I called in and explained the situation to there customer service representative. He told me that do not worry your money will be refunded back to your account withing 7 business days and its almost a month now and no refund yet. When I called them again they were like no need to call back in you will receive the money if it is supposed to be. Both the times the agent were really rude and was insisting to cut the call.
I will never recommend anyone to book with them again they are fraud organization and and are trying to loot people. This review I am adding is after a month wait and talking to them twice.
They don't have email and they don't answer your calls, so if anything happens either you want to change flight or any other service, you will.not be able, so check other website.

I am a very seasoned traveler. Flight Network has chosen to leave my wife and I stranded in a foreign country as they are fully unwilling to simply call Iberia Airlines to fix an airline-authorized rebooking for covid delay. I have valid return tickets but they will not take the action to rebook them. I have awaited email replies from the "support team" with no answer for three days. I have been promised a return call from a "supervisor" to fix it. Three days of effort, 8 hours of international calls and I am still left to buy all new tickets because customer service refuses to make a phone call to an airline. The airline is holding the return booking as "on-hold"; FlightNetwork refuses to call it anything other than a "no-show". NEVER LET THEM PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TICKET PRICE!

RUN AWAY! If you buy tickets through Flight Network you had better pray that NOTHING goes awry or you will be left buying new tickets - even in scenarios that are normally covered by airlines. This company is not worth the risk for any marginal discount. Just run away.

Great price, Great itinerary which i cant get on any other site. I didnt know one way deals are better than round-trip deals. I've got emails on status and says its confirmed.
Reasonable prices plus easy to go around to the different flights.
The only problem was we went to book a flight and the price went up by $200 from what was originally quoted.
Everything that was wanted for the bookings was done with no hassle or delay. All that had to be done was print it out and fly away. Will be using the service again.
