I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.

Booked a flight a flex flight with cancellation for any reason. Realized I needed cancel within minutes of making the booking. Contacted the website through chat and was jerked around for about an hour and a half. Finally got them to cancel and was told I need to pay a $44 fee for cancellation. Also the link to the site from Google search makes it look like you are booking directly with SAS airlines
Don't use them. I booked a very expensive flight (Frankfurt to Anchorage, AK) with them, and had to call them at least 20 times due to changes that were out of my control. They were no help at all, never called me back (they said repeatedly that they would), never emailed (again, they said they would). They were polite, but completely useless.

I accidentally booked thinking I was direct with airline. I called back within 5 minutes to cancel and said no problem but they would with hold a sizable service fee. The text I received said no service fee...but would not accept the cancellation. I called and got no where.
They rescind on what they said and to date I have not received my credit.

Cost of adding a checked bag is not listed and none is included in ticket. As a foreign passenger this is extremely inconvenient as you offer no guarantee that I can even have a checked bag.
I never heard of a flight that does not allow checked bags

The policy of not allowing a "downgrade" of a ticket is absured. Had biz class seat but need to fly home day earlier. But as no biz class available earlier date, ticket useless...cannot even be used to fly economy. Perhaps the stupidist airline policy i have encountered.
The services is full of deceit and I will never advise anyone including my enemies to patronise the flight network. The flight network booked a deceitful flight from Kitchener to Halifax for me instead of Toronto to Halifax. In fact, they put Toronto (YKF) to Halifax whereas there is nothing like Toronto YKF since the airport code for Toronto is YYZ.
Please avoid using flight network by all possible means. They are fraudulent.

The worst agents for flight booking that i have ever seen, they took the payment, send the booking details to email but at some point, later the ticket got cancelled. On the day of the flight from the onboarding counter we came to know that the ticket is not existing at all. We had to book for the next early flight then with three higher than the former booking. Now liaising with them for the refund, but there is nobody to assist except the virtual chat session, which takes hours for checking just the status. If there is an option not to give any stars, i would have chosen that.

I'm very disappointed with what happen to me in your agency.When l booking the ticket l entered the data according to my passport but l could entered only first name Aldona but the second Anna I could not because it said l was using the wrong font.l entered several times and was still the same and l could not enter any more data.l decided left only the first name Aldona and there was no problem any more.But the fakt that there were to be two Names Aldona,Anna bothered me a lot so 18.09.24 l called you and l was informed that l would receive new e-mile with Aldona,Anna Misiak.l did not receive it so 19.09.24 l called you again and was told that adding name Anna to my first Aldona would cost me 60C$ and West Jet may want a fee.l do not feel guilty and l am very angry and from today l will avoid your agency.
After trying to book a flight on another site where I kept getting messages after entering all my payment info, that "One or more of your selected flights is no longer available." I tried FlightNetwork and was able to book my flight at a cheaper rate. Next booking I'll start with FlightNetwork.
Can't get in touch with support for changes I click on support and the website does not come up.
Please give me a call. I need to change the last leg on my multi city travel I booked.

Flight Network wasn't the easiest and isn't very detailed. I don't feel comfortable going through this website. Maybe I'll sing a different tune when the trip is over, but when picking seats, it just asked me for aisle or window, not a specific seat. That doesn't give me any confidence in the rest of the purchasing experience. One page said I got a checked bag include and another page said no baggage included. Not straight forward at all.

I tried more than 10 webs + more than 15 agency no one could've found me 5 seats before 25 october, but with "FLIGHT NETWORK" it was the easiest and the best
Easy to work with and process itinerary. The time it took compared to other sites was extremely user friendly.
