I have no confidence in how Flight Network integrates with the airline reservation system. The reservation/email provides zero, nada information about seat assignments. This is an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional way to do business.
Everything is done online now a days. This sites customer service is by far the top 3 the worst I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend you stay away from this site. Go directly to the airline or use someone else. I'd make this my last choice to book a flight

This website is extremely impressive. It gave a thorough search of all available tickets based on your specific selection. I also went to the individual airline website, but could not get the same price. E-ticket arrives within an hour after reservation. I am extremely happy with the performance of this Flight Network.
I spent 2 hours to choose my flight and on the moment I was ready to pay, a message dump up "This flight is not available any more". But all charges for insurance were taken right away from my credit card.
I called customer support and the guy tried to persuade me for 30 min to buy more expensive flight. After 30 min he finally made refund for insurance. Such wasting time! Still waiting when it will be on my account.
Why are you taking payments for insurance if you cannot guarantee a flight posted on your website?
If you cannot guarantee please do not make any charges, I buy insurance only when I am sure that my flight is booked and paid.
My ticket cancelled, I requested a refund, first response from them, it is not possible, then i insisted after consulting airlines, now they are escaping from money refund since 9 months although the airlines confirmed that refund done in November 2022. I'm contacting them on weekly basis and they have one answer "will be done as soon as possible"

Web sight was relatively easy to manage, great flight pricing although add on items (insurances/protections) certainly raised the cost some. You do need time to check all details before confirming but time allotted was enough.
I would like to continue this review once we have had our trip, although I am confident that all will be good.

I've contacted Flight Network 4 times about my open ticket to be used before April 5 2022 and each time an agent says I'm referred to a support person who will help with rebooking within 24 hours. Each time they never follow up. Flight Network is unreliable and believe now they don't return the call so they keep your money. I will never deal with Flight Network again. Will also report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Flight network is awesome when it comes to flights and deals :) they always have the cheapest flights and they offer price drop protection! Amazing! And if your lucky you can usually get a coupon too! $10-15 bucks is money in my pocket :)
We were able to select the best connections for our schedule by scrolling down the lists of options for our specific date. It was all completed in less than half an hour, paid and I have my tickets less than 12 hours later.
I paid for a flight back to Australia. All looked fine until I received emails saying that my flight was cancelled and I was entitled to a refund minus to a refund fee imposed by Flight Network. This is illegal in Australia and although I have rejected their request to charge me a refund fee, they keep insisting. Avoid at all costs. It will cost you much more time and money trying to unravel all of the mess the make for you than what you think you save from their original price.

Avoid. Especially during covid19. It's best to pay a little extra and book directly with the Airline or a reputable Online Travel platform.
There are thousands of bad reviews and Facebook sites set up regarding this company to help people get their money back. They received money from my cancelled airline and haven't given it to me yet. They don't answer their phones or emails. Still waiting for my refund!
We have wasted around 10 hours total waiting to be helped and every service centre rep has been useless, all say don't have access to your information and will have someone contact you, we then wait approximately a weak to get a half answered reply. Still waiting for some help. Stay away from this company! Can we just speak to someone who can actually assist us.

Everything went fine. I did not know I was paying in Canadian Dollars so my credit card company smacked a currency fee on the bill. Not your fault, of course, but these legalized bandits should not be able to make easy money when everyone else works so hard. Had I known I could have paid with a debit card which does not charge a currency fee.
I hope that the current crisis in the airline industry makes this terrible company go under once and for all, as they are negligent criminals who treated me horribly and cost me so much money this past fall. Reading about the rights of passengers currently struggling with travel and airlines and travel agencies, I'm reminded of their abominable service and how much money they stole from me (about 2000, a lot for me on a 500$ one way flight). Flight Network is a dark and traumatic memory for me. I hope the company does not survive to hurt more people.
Not only did I spend hours on phone to cancel, I was told that the only way to do that was via email. 3 emails later, no response, spent more hours calling. Told they would cancel but I had to pay the Flight Network fee of $100 Canadian per person because I am cancelling. They are not waiving fees during the global crisis where all travel is basically locked down. Incredible how they are profiting during this crisis. Will never use them again.
The person that booked my flight was very good. There was a coupon that came in while booking and he added the discount to my tickets right away! Great customer service! I will book with this company again!
After booking a flight through these guys a difference of one hundred and sixty dollars less was available online. When asked about price drop, they replied we only honor the price of flight not the taxes. Told to phone the airline Sunwing, they replied so sad too bad nothing we can do. Really? That's fraud! Plain and simple. Buyer beware.
I am having a sense that they are having what we called malicious good review! I booked my flight on this website and I got FRAUD! I came here to see the review. I found once somebody leave a low score review, the other day tons of "people" would come and leave their "good" review! It is not normal that nobody is rating them 3/4 stars. It is either 1 star or 5 star. Apparently they are hiring people to give them five stars! Nasty! I have already had my legal consultant scheduled.

Just for changing dates they charge full amount of the ticket for 2 way ticket in one way price
Even for cancellations they charge min $300-350
Better if anyone want to buy ticket pay extra $100 but book with airlines directly.
As flight network takes cancellation charges then new booking charges
Refund also 50-60% deductions.
I booked total 7 tickets for India from calgary 4 from air Canada and 3 from from flight Canada.
Now if I want to extend any ticket flight network is the worst in that case as for extension they provide new 2 way ticket in price for just extending return ticket while the case with air Canada it charges just $100-150 max $200 and issues new ticket.
If you go through Google flights as well please I request you all not to book through flight network.
I have been fighting with this company for months. I cancelled flight due to furlough. I even bought the extra protection on my tickets. It took me 2 attempts but my credit card company citi bank refunded me every penny. So thankful someone out there has your back because Flight Network was a nightmare to deal with. Never will I ever use a third party company. I had the WORSE experience with this company! My friends say that's what I get for trying to be cheap lol NEVER AGAIN. I would rather spend a little more then lose it!
Your team members were very prompt, helpful and spoke very nicely to me. Emails confirming flight details and sending e-tickets were sent as promised.

If you see this review run away from them. Straight up scammers. Awful customer service. Not like a rude type. They're like useless, incompetent type. Kept me on the phone for 59 minutes and at the and they said you have to call the airline and sent me away.

Horrendous service. Extremely bad experience. They misleading price. Their economy is "basic economy" which does not include baggage for international flights. They did not provide any information on my booking and they sell you the ticket which is not the real fare. LIARS! Will never go near any agency even like this again.

Booked a return ticket through their website, when I called them to change the date of my return, they quoted $800!
They changed the cost of the ticket change fee every time I called despite confirming directly with the airline it was only $250, they wanted to charge me first $350 then $400!
I also tried 2 different dates, which were showing a $300 fare difference on their website, but it was still $800 to change it.
Ended up booking a whole new ticket for the same flight for less.
Would never use again nor recommend to anyone!
I got to you via Kayak.com I've never booked with you before, it seemed to go smoothly. I'll visit your website directly and check it out. I travel for work, a lot. 225,000 to 250,000 miles a year on Delta alone, plus lots of other regional carriers. So you can tell I'm a Delta Diamond Medallion and prefer their flights for long-haul flying (most of my travel in international). Why haven't I heard of you before this?
