Easy to navigate through the website. I was alerted that there could be a delay due to delivery issues-no problem at all-arrived much quicker than I thought. Good quality. So soft. Would definitely order again.
Took 2 months and 2 complaint emails to get my shirts. The shirts are so thin you see right through them and my GF can't even wear hers because it is so thin. Then after one wash the shirt totally faded out! I have bought a lot of tie dyes over my lifetime being an old Dead Head and this is by far the worst one I've ever purchased. Buyer beware!
I ordered a couple shirts about a month ago and haven't received them yet. Although I did get an email once I reached out. But still not very satisfied. I'm going on a trip and ordered these shirts for it so it looks like won't have them in time.
The only thing I have to rate my experience with Tie-Dye Threads is the fact that I placed my order on March 23,2022 and have NOT received it, yet they were paid on March 23rd. I have reached out to them several times and now they keep telling me they would ship it out in a few days. It's been a few weeks and still no shipping notice. So disappointed. These were suppose to be Easter Gifts. Well, that ship has already sailed. Yet this company claims to ship in ONE Day! Shameful, to say the least.
I ordered these items 2 months ago and have still never received them. I reached out to customer service 2x and they assure me they will be "expedited and shipped shortly" but i still have never received a package. I'm thinking this is probably a scam and i will Not receive anything at all.
They said they hand tie dye each item ordered and that's why it takes so long. It never said anything about this on the ordering site. Like "may take several months to receive an order due to back ups" I'm assuming I'll never get anything from them.
Today is August 29th, 2021, sixty-three days since I placed this original order for my T-shirts. You debited my account the same day that I placed the order. I still have not received my order. I have contacted you nicely several times about this and all I have gotten from you are excuses and a promise to try to do better, and to ship at some unspecified time.
I am tired of waiting and expect some direct action immediately. I want either the shirts that I ordered now, or an immediate refund of $63.93.
I expect to see results within the next ten (10) days or am prepared to report a fraudulent claim with The Federal Trade Commission.

As soon as I took it out of the package I could tell the shoulders were misshapen. I thought it was most likely from how the shirt was hung and that washing and drying it will rectify the situation. I washed and dried the shirt and the shoulders looked exactly the same I am unable to wear it. Very disappointed.
I placed two orders last May. I finally got the second order, almost two months to the day after I placed the order. My first order had not arrived, and for at least the last two weeks I can't even get a response to any email I send for updates. Too bad that it looks like I have been ripped off. Money was taken from my account the day I placed the order. Most companies don't do that until the order actually ships.
Other than that little issue, the shirt I finally received is of good quality (Hanes) and love the pattern.

We ordered a number of Tie Dye shirts and other items from this company in early February as gifts for my wife's birthday. It's not the end of July and haven't received anything yet. We have kept it friendly over the months and each time we wrote they have promised us our items were going to be shipped out in the next week guaranteed. As of July 22nd we haven't received a thing except excuses. Yes I know these items are made by hand but I no matter what it shouldn't take six months or longer, since I know the art form and what goes into it. I have even requested a refund and we could of walked away from this but that request was ignored. Don't do business with this company they will just ignore your requests, which sucks for a cool looking tee shirt company. I will be reporting them to the BBB, chamber of commerce in PA and Facebook. (And looking online I'm not the only one this has happened to). Sigh

I placed an order weeks ago and have not received it but keep getting texts and emails asking to rate the product I have not received. I did get a response to my email promptly which is an improvement when I had this problem in the past.
I have found that the promise of shipping in one day after you order isn't true. After over 10 days, after ordering, I emailed and asked the status of my order. Tiedyethreads responded quickly, saying: "Due to a huge demand it was taking much longer to create the shirts and ship orders my order wouldn't be able to ship for another "roughly" two weeks." I am patiently waiting to see how close they come to their updated estimate.

I've been trying to get a damaged tee replacement for almost 2 months (2/19). I sent pics and multiple emails. I've been told multiple times a replacement would be sent! Still waiting! I have all the emails for documentation. This is ridiculous!
I had texted the company when I had not received my order in the expected time frame. I assume there was a problem with one of the shirts, I received a refund for one if the 3 I ordered. The remaining 2 arrived quickly. I even got a follow up text to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Order took almost 2 months to receive did not receive any emails about it taking longer due to so many orders had to email to find out anything that was going on with the order was not happy with three of the items I received one wasn't even an item that I ordered, one hoodie looks completely different than the picture and the other hoodie looks like it's been washed many times definitely not bright like shown in the picture. So overall would not purchase again.

Put in a order 2 months ago in may still havent gotten it. All i have gotten are poor excuses that they dont have enough merchandise, but they still continue to advertise that they have new stock. Dont order from this Company, i think they scamed me. No money back and no order recieved, very poorly run.
It's been almost a month since I placed an order and they keep saying give us another week or two. I'm not sure I will ever get my order and thinking this company is fraud.
I ordered several t-shirts on 6/14/22. My order's yet to ship. Every time I email them, they say they're behind or some such rubbish.
This week I finally got an update after reaching out yet again. What a relief, I thought. All but one of my tees are ready to ship. They'll send the one that's on backorder in a MEDIUM eventually.
OK I did not order medium. I ordered smalls. Why would they send me a size I didn't order and not just refund me for that one t-shirt? Aren't the tees made to order?
I wrote back & threatened to dispute the $123 charge with my credit card company. They said they'd ship the backordered shirt in a S. I am so sure.
I asked again when they'll be sending the rest of my t-shirts. No response yet, since our timezones are vastly different. I'm going to contact my credit card company if I don't get my order soon. I hope I can get a refund and not be dim enough to fall for such a scam in the future.

I ordered from you on April 10th, it is now April 28th! I have asked for an update on my order and I believe you have not been forth coming! I keep getting the same message which tells me absolutely nothing of what I asked! If you don't have my order then you need to refund me for it!
1st time was great. Shirts were great. 2nd time I had to cancel the order. They keep promising. Next week. Next week. 2 months later fi ally got them to cancel. So saw so eone had said they voted their thing gs I. 5 days. I reordered. March 9th. Here it is March 24. Nothing.
I have been charged for the shirts that I ordered over two weeks ago and haven't received them or any information regarding when shipment is expected.

Everything was great… Delivery time was fast and the colors on the shirts were awesome. But one shirt had a small hole. Nothing major but still noticeable.

I ordered 2 shirts. When they processed my order, they only had 1 in stock. So they emailed me and refunded my money. Just disappointed I didn't get the other shirt.
