So it's been three and a half months since I placed my order. Always the same excuses when I email and now they won't even respond to me. I don't understand how they have time to respond to all these reviews and send out daily email blasts and marketing campaigns. When you are 3.5 months behind on fulfillment, everything else should stop until you are caught up. I am starting to really believe this is a scam now.
I ordered almost $100 worth of tee-shirts from this company. They said back in May they were going out of business; however, its October and they are still at it. I was very excited about these tee shirts and extremely disappointed I didn't get them. I had to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told on more than one occasion that they were going to be shipping my order in a week or two and to be patient. How could one customer be treated this way and others be so very happy with the company. I don't get it. Still a disappointment to me. I was refunded the money through Paypal, thankfully.

I am honestly confused about this. The reviews are awesome, sounds like others got their products, they look great on the site...I just don't get it! What happened with me? I had made payment, contacted them for information about when my items would be shipped...sent and received responses, but still not product. I also don't undertand why they keep saying they are going out of business, tell customers they have to custom make the items, and then stay open...it is now 6 months later.

I placed an order in June and still haven't received the products. I get the run around every time to email them by them saying it ship in two weeks. I have contacted them several times in the last 2.5 months. I asked for a refund for the order, and now they won't respond at all. Horrible experience with this company.

I've shopped with this company a few times before. Their clothes are absolutely gorgeous! I just wish the delivery didn't take so long! I have to wait sometimes a whole month for my items. But at least they DO come! It's not missing in action like other companies.

I ordered two t-shirts on March 23,2022 and still as of today, April 12,2022 have not received them. It's almost three weeks (tomorrow)! No word from anyone at this company as to when my shirts will be shipped, yet they advertise that orders are shipped the next day!
I placed my order with Tie-Dye Threads 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order let alone a shipping notification. I even contacted them about it and was told it would be shipped soon. Cobwebs have formed on me since then. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
This site is a Scam. They charged my card the same day I placed my order. Real businesses charge your card when they ship your order. It's been 3 months and still no shirts. There is no way to check the status of your order. The phone number on the site is disconnected. Emails to Customer Service are responded to by "No Reply" email addresses. Always asking for 1 more week. Then nothing happens until you send a new request for info and you get the same reply. I asked for a refund and now they don't answer at all.
I was enticed by the beautiful colors and selection. However, I am still waiting for an order that I placed and paid for over 2 1/2 months ago. I have gone through appropriate process and contacted the customer service email. There is no response to my customer service inquiries and no phone number to call. Don't get scammed out of your hard-earned money and pass on by this website.

I'm always a little leery of ordering from new companies that pop up on Facebook but not this time! What I ordered was nicer then pictured and delivery was so quick! I will order from Tie-Dye Threads again. I love tie-dye!
For a business that is in the USA it takes twice as long or more to get your order than if you where to order from overseas. They say buy USA. Well this company just takes your money. I have waited 2 1/2 months for my order and still haven't even received a shipping date. Look up this business on Google and a link to the better business burro comes up.

I am very pleased with the 2 tie-dye tee shirts I bought. The quality of the fabric is nice, not to thick or too thin, kinda perfect for my taste The colors are gorgeous and vibrant The colors are exactly as pictured. I am a happy customer. I ordered 2 more. I have had issues in the past with clothing items I first saw on Facebook. Not the case with this site. They are for real I like that they are handmade and made in the USA. It took a couple of weeks to receive my order, but I think it was worth waiting for really nice tie-dye
I was just about to ask for a refund because it has been since June 4th --when I placed my order and you are just sending it now--Two months later. You need to better on your distribution. I worked in a distribution center. Customers do not want to wait forever for the products they order.

I ordered 3 tees on Sunday April 24th, and received them today, Friday the 29th! I was surprised, as I had read in some comments, people had to wait awhile to receive theirs. (maybe out of stock size issues? - not sure, but I had ordered size S). Happy with my purchase -tees slim fitting.

My first order took several months to arrive, and I was less than happy with my interactions with customer service. Nonetheless, the products are high quality and as advertised. My second order arrived in days, not months, and I'm now totally satisfied.

Customer service was great answering any questions I had, but I ordered the shirt on 5/10/22 and didn't get it until 5/31/22. Maybe that's normal, but I thought it seemed a little long. It is a family run business so that might be why it took a little extra long to get.
Not a print... it is really a tie dye... awesome. The colors are different then shown but I think that they are really much better and I know if I were to order another it would be different but that's what is cool about tied dyed stuff!

My second order has long been delayed in fulfillment (nearly 3 weeks). They did offer a free shirt in exchange. My first order last year was processed quickly & I am quite pleased with the quality.
Everything was great… Delivery time was fast and the colors on the shirts were awesome. But one shirt had a small hole. Nothing major but still noticeable.

Well, I waited 5 weeks for an order, with the runaround, a lil more time, made with love, like we would for our kids,... OK, then, I get the wrong size of 1 outa 4. Meanwhile, I get constant emails, with promoting more product, the never ending sale. The dyes, I wouldn't consider vibrant, fairly generic, however, good quality fabrics. Not 100% cotton, so you know. I finally had to put this situation to Paypal dispute, as their tracking wouldn't even work until the day of delivery. Still have to return a wrong size item, and, they want a review. Hence

I ordered a couple shirts about a month ago and haven't received them yet. Although I did get an email once I reached out. But still not very satisfied. I'm going on a trip and ordered these shirts for it so it looks like won't have them in time.
