Easy to navigate through the website. I was alerted that there could be a delay due to delivery issues-no problem at all-arrived much quicker than I thought. Good quality. So soft. Would definitely order again.
Took 2 months and 2 complaint emails to get my shirts. The shirts are so thin you see right through them and my GF can't even wear hers because it is so thin. Then after one wash the shirt totally faded out! I have bought a lot of tie dyes over my lifetime being an old Dead Head and this is by far the worst one I've ever purchased. Buyer beware!
I've ordered about ten t-shirts from Tie-Dye Threads and love each one. The colors are beautiful and haven't faded after many washings, and the quality of the shirts are great. I'll be ordering more.
Ordering was easy I even received an email about my order. Then nothing. No correspondence, no delivery date and no Tie Dye shirt. I would love to get the shirt, hopefully it would be the right size.
I wanted a birthday gift for a young girl. She happens to like tie-died shirts and otherwise hasn't shown interest in anything most young ladies would like to have.
I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. The shirts are very nice. Bright colors, very comfortable. I am waiting for my second order I liked my first one so much.

Ordered on March 19th. I sent an email asking about when would I get my shirts. I have not received a response. I have not received any notices on shipping information.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PACKAGING AND SHIPPING. THE SHIRTS WERE JUST THROWN IN THE BAG WITHOUT ANDY PLASTIC BAG. THE PACKAGE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ON THE FLOOR OF THE UPS TRUCK BEING STEPPED ON BY THE DRIVER. IT WAS FILTHY. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT PRESENTATION. MY PRIVIOUS ORDER WAS NT LIKE THAT.

First time customer here! Shipping was fast and the products received where nicely done and very comfortable fit.
Back in Sept. Of 2021, I stumbled upon the Tie Dye Threads site and decided to order a couple of items. I LOVE TIE DYE. Well, It's now January of 2022 and I still haven't received my items, nor I have a received a refund. The customer service keeps telling me it was delivered, even though I work from home and sit by the door so one would think I would've heard someone outside of my door dropping off a package at 9:30ish in the morning. However, I never received the items and Tie Dye Threads just keeps telling me that the items were delivered and that I should check with the delivery company. I was told they had no record of it. Tie Dye Threads just keeps forwarding me the delivery receipt even though I keep telling them that I did not receive my items. Trust me, I love tie dye and absolutely loved their styles, but for all the trouble dealing with this company's customer service, I basically gave them a donation since I NEVER RECEIVED my order. Trust me, I'm not usually this petty, but I work hard for my money and it sucks when you place an order and never receive anything in return. At least they could do is refund me my money if their not going to send me my ordered items. Worst first experience that I've ever had.
