Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

I've used the service to send flowers to relatives in Poland a few times now. The first two times the flowers in the bouquet did not match what was originally pictured but the quality and quantity of the flowers was comparable so I wasn't too concerned. However, the most recent order, for which I paid extra to get the premium size, was a disappointment. They increased the overall size by adding a lot of green foliage. I've included photos so that you can judge for yourself the website photo versus the upgraded "premium" version that was received. Will seek to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Very pleasantly surprised! For the first time I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend who lives in Portugal from site FloraQueen. Very beautiful and most importantly fresh flowers. Thank you very much for your work and fast delivery. My friend was very pleased! :)

My delivery was made but not to the person it was intended for. Her name is very unique so I'm not sure how this mistake was made. I used this site earlier this year and everything went fine. I've made a complaint via messenger already. I was told they would reach out to whatever shop they used. Still waiting for an answer.

They delivered a plant to Copenhagen without a problem but, in the US, switched an order for a plant on the day of delivery without informing me first or asking what substitute I might prefer. The second US order has not been delivered and the date specified has passed. In my Orders, both US orders are listed as 'not delivered' and 'being prepared by florist.' They make contacting them by phone impossible from their website and they do not appear to have a US phone #. You can only write them a message and hope they will respond. This is unacceptable considering I paid over $200 for the US orders.

I am very disappointed. The bouquet does not look the same then the picture on there website. I also ordered a vase what was not delivered and the Mother's Day card was empty. I personally would not recommend that company for flower delivery.

This has gone on way too long. The florist still calls recipient for payment. How dare they! This is unacceptable and I need to see proof of payment to florist, because I paid you 2 months ago. Fix this ASAP. Order #662-*******

Purchased flowers to be delivered February 7th. Two weeks after, they are not delivered though I contacted them twice. With no answer so far. Will they one day? I am afraid this company is a scam. They will certainly, like for other previous reviews, answer that they will contact me to redress the situation. I am not sure they will. Seemly 107 dollars lost.

I paid 10 extra in order to ensure my order arrived on my mother in-laws birthday. The order arrived 5 days later, even though I had ordered well in advance. My emails asking for a refund of this fee have been ignored. This service is already very expensive, and this additional charge is meaningless.

Cant understand people giving bad name to this company but they have giving me 5 start service flowers arrived in time and was given more flowers than I ordered and they gave my wife not just best flowers they also top it up with excellent and expensive chocolates not the cheap ones I ordered well done to flora queen I will be there customer always cheers!

Order no. ******* hasn't been ever delivered, despite the fact that 'status' on the page claims otherwise. They responded to my email claiming that 'they are still about to deliver my order'. They stop answering any of messages, complete lack of respect, didn't send my money back. I'm directing this case to consumer court.

Stupidly ordered orchids from this scam. I scheduled a delivery to my friend in Ecuador -- delivery date has passed and no word on the flowers. And no response to any of my queries. $58 down the drain.

Horrible! Ordered twice from them, the first time they didn't include the stuffed animal and refused the refund of it claiming they did. The second time they didn't deliver at all on my daughters birthday and now ignore my messages with no refund. They only have customer service through email

They sent a bouquet that looked nothing like the picture online and then responded to my complaint that they agreed to the change given the quality was the "same or higher". Which is 100% a lie - there are 8 instead of 50 flowers and it is tiny and ugly. STAY AWAY.

Disappointed. I have ordered a bouquet for anniversary celebration 2 days before delivery date of 15. 8. 2020. The bouquet has not arrived and tracing did not work, support did not function. Therefore I have cancelled the order, three times, again with no response and have learned that the bouquet arrived on the 18.8. When all was over. I found this disrespectful or more and would not use them again.

I timed the delivery for the day of my mother's birthday, but the delivering agent did not make it on time. When the order was finally delivered, it was the wrong one. Instead of flowers, supplements were delivered. FloraQueen demanded to see a picture of the actual delivered package - my mother had already sent it back. Needless to say, we never received flowers or refund. Do NOT do any business with FloraQueen.

I posted a review here approximately a week and a half ago, saying that FloraQueen did not delivered ordered flowers or champagne on my WEDDING day. Someone from the company got in touch with me by saying that they would like to fix this and apparently they had already emailed me. Now, they did email me (screenshot attached) saying that the flowers will be delivered tomorrow, which was almost TWO WEEKS AGO. No flowers, no champagne. They do not answer any of my emails, and of course there is no phone number to call. I am not even going to comment on the fact that the person that emailed me did not even apologise for the flowers being late. Absolutely disgusted and appalled by the service. I have already contacted a lawyer regarding this matter, so will update on how it goes. Would not recommend Flora Queen to anyone.

I just received the below order and am very disappointed. There are NO Callallies, which was the main reason this arrangement appealed to me. Additionally, only 3 red roses when there should have been at least twice as many. Daisies were apparently substituted which is quite unacceptable. Please issue a credit of a minimum of 40% of my total paid. Based upon past reviews, my expectation was high. Advise me when you have read my complaint and issued a credit to the original form of payment

Ordered from Britain to Italy on Monday, 30/11/20 to be delivered on Friday, 4/12/20 in time for my Aunty's 85th Birthday. According to my account, flowers were prepared on 2 and 3/12/20 and then went in transit. It has just now been delivered, Friday, 11/12/20! 8 days later from my requested delivery date! I am really worried that the flowers are most likely dead or in poor condition; further, looking at a previous reviewer's photo his delivery looked pretty cheap and not the one he originally ordered (which was the same as mine). I sent an email on 5/12/20 to FloraQueen enquiring as to its whereabouts and again on 9/12/20 and both emails remain unanswered. I don't see any telephone number. I am worried about the condition of the flowers and whether it was what I had actually ordered. Over £58 spent. Will update this review when I learn more about the flowers.

Ordered flowers for my elderly mother stuck in lock down in France, they did not arrive. I emailed x 2 as no telephone number available. Today, more then 2 weeks later, I've revived an email to say my issue has been resolved. But it hasn't as they've still not received the flowers. This company is using covid 19 as an excuse for extremely poor service. Basically they're ripping people off. Avoid at all cost!

I just asked full refund for an order i made early last week that was meant to be delievered on saturday. Very unhappy. Flowers were never delivered and despite several attemps to contact them for answers, no one has even replied. Terrible service and experience overall, and completely ruined a birthday surprise. Will definitely not use them ever.

Im totally disappointed! Flowers have arrived after 2 day from my friend birthday, were dead in unacceptable conditions. Ridiculously pricey! No vase was provided but paid for!
Card was illegible and completely wet! Awful and horrible surprise, I'm absolutely disgusted!
Don't trust this company. I wouldn't even give a star but I was forced to!

Ordered a large bunch with all the trimmings for a Birthday, 4 days before so lots of time to just let us know they could not make it... didnt arrive on the day so I contacted them and Flora queen said " we cannot make this order apologies we will issue a refund" absolute bull$#*!. Do not use these gangsters

I have never taken time out to leave a bad review for any company but they way they have messed up such an important holiday like mothers day, there lucky they dont have actual store front cuase i definetly would not be on my phone typing. I will make sure i inform every single person of the way you guys conduct business. Avoid by all means, better to just go out and buy flowers on your own. Wish i would have researched them before payment was made. Shame on me.
