Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
There are many issues which make me very very upset and unsatisfied.
1-The size of the flowers was not what I ordered. I ordered Deluxe and it was a small bunch of flowers.(photo attached).
2- My order didn't deliver on the right day and it was late. It was for a birthday and there is no point having them day after.
3- The flowers which I received was not what I ordered.
4- I got an email which mentioned I will receive complementary box of chocolate which I haven't.
I rarely write bad reviews…however this time, I had to: this is simply a fraud…Might aswell ask my 5yo niece, next time, to gather some flowers from outside and put them tgt. We ordered them as a gift, for our colleague, but then had to add more flowers for another 25€ to make it look somewhat ok…not gonna lie-we really feel ashamed to show up with this „gift" now. I'll attach some pics of what we ordered versus what we got for 65€ Seriously, you'll find better bouquets at the gas station

I ordered from Canada for delivery to Mexico. Delivery was a day late which was okay. Flowers did not look like photo. Maybe when the blooms open it will look better, but definitely not an impressive bouquet to send and not worth $88CAD that I paid for bouquet, card and delivery. Very disappointed with presentation. Value would be there if bouquet was photo.

Very dissapointed, flower arrived in a broker squashed box, over turner so all the water had come out. Most of the heads of the flowers were broken, and spoilt from being in the water. Generally an ugly bouquet, poorly wrapped, not even a bow around them. I trulli feel sorry for my mother who spent alot off money to send them.
I bought my mother flowers for her birthday. The delivery guy didnt check the address and left them outside an abandoned house! When following up on the issue, customer service took ages to get back to me and when they did they disputed the case to the bitter end before saying the best they could do was give me a 30% in my next order - as if would ever be buying from them again! Very unsatisfied... what should have been a thoughtful gift to my mother on the other side of the world, turned into a nightmare of a purchase - save your money and go somewhere else!
I ordered, for the third time, some nice flowers (for a funeral service) that I picked from their Spanish website online catalog - worth over one hundred dollars in Euros. What they actually delivered, was totally different and cheap flowers. I sent them pictures for comparison but received only one response from their customer service, basically passing the buck over to their local florist. No follow up after that one response, nor did they mention any corrective action or refund. I will NEVER order thru this company again. Their customer service is 3rd rate. Its a shame, as I was happy in the past 2 occasions for delivery to European destinations.
Yesterday I have ordered flowers for my sister in Switzerland as it's her birthday today. The flowers you have delivered are absolutely nothing what you show on the website. 5 roses with 1 ugly plastic red bow for over 100 and that's after I have chosen and paid more for bigger flowers?
This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and very disrespectful from your side. It's not slight difference, it's a completely different smaller and very poorly done flower combination. And that hand written message? Who does that? My sister couldn't even understand that writing. I have ordered specific colours and flowers: HAPPY DAY as they are my sister's favourite. I need you to send this specific flowers to my sister today - exactly how they are on the website, and size as well. Otherwise I am expecting a full refund today. Never ever had such an unpleasant experience and poor delivery from any of the companies like yours.
Ultimate scam florist. These people ruined my mother's day AND my sister's mother's day. I tried sending flower using this company and they were never delivered. Don't bother trying to contact them either! No human being will ever respond or engage with you. Oh yeah, don't bother requesting a refund either because you won't get it. This company is garbage and should be in jail for ripping off and scamming its customers.

The flowers and gifts delivered do not match pictures on the website at all. I've ordered several gifts from them for friends and it was utterly embarrassing, the quality, the way the bouquet looked was horrible. I've paid so much for each bouquet. They do not sent you pictures, I've found out that my flowers do not match when one of the friends sent picture of what they have received. I am very disappointed. Do not use this service, do not order anything from them. Stay away! Save your time and money

I have no idea to what happen to this site as I have used it before and always good flowers and delivery on time. The bouquet was a bit different from the one I order but considering the time of year in the country I understand they try to match as mush as possible. But this time around my order on May 14-2022 has not been delivered yet and there is no way to contact them. I sent them a few email and no replay back. I was charged for the bouquet $76 Canadian. Very very disappoint costumer here and the order number they give me doesn't exist on their website when I try to track it down.

I received an email through Zendesk telling me that the order was delayed. Subsequently, I received an email saying they were working on it being on time. The tracking service shows no update. The phone number to contact has an automated voice in Spanish with absolutely no way to talk to anyone. This company is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in my life.
Very bad service and very bad customer care I guess its a scam they send me a delivery confirmation when I check back there was nothing delivered I emailed them and they asked me to send a doorbell photo?
Very funny what about if the recipient is living in buildings and why they didn't call the receiver number which was provided on their web site.
Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day but we never delivered
Tried to contact several times in the past four days but never received anything but my email back saying that my order shipment was updated. Checking their website my Status was never updated. The person that was to receive them never received them. Ask for a refund I've never heard from them again. I would not do business with them ever again
I had an issue with the address and I spent 2 days trying to change the order, or to cancel it but it was impossible.
The costumer service does not exist. They sent the flower to a wrong address! 3 monkey after a stroke could have done a much way better job! Shame of you! Hope you'll get bankrupt! An I am quite sure that the good review arte just people paid for writing them, shame again!

FloraQueen claims 'Same/Next day + Int'l on-time' deliveries. On Wed, paid for an Int'l order for Fri delivery at a funeral. Get notification that flowers were prepared on Fri but not delivered until Sat (completely missing the funeral)! File a complaint & all they can refund is the delivery fee as a discount voucher for your next order. Seriously, if FloraQueen could not get it right the 1st time, why would I place a 2nd order with them? All I know is my family did not receive my condolences since they weren't present the day after the funeral. Complete scam, false advertising and will never use them again!

This company is a complete scam! My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for me that never arrived. They never called me and said since no one answered they left. They refuse to refund, simply stole our money and didn't deliver!
I placed an order (*******) on 9/10 to send flowers to my sister in Florida. £72 was taken from my account. Flowers have not been delivered. All emails from 22/10 have been ignored. I requested a refund but this has not been paid. I am disgusted. DO NOT USE.
I ordered an expensive bouquet for my friend's birthday and they sent her a much cheaper one (the flowers were completely different), when I had contacted them they said I should have read their policy and then just ignored me. It's true that they could change them but they are supposed to have the same price, furthermore, they didn't even notify me that they are gonna change the flowers.

They debited my account immediately, tricked me at checkout into ordering extra items I hadn't added to my basket, claimed the flowers had been delivered to a sick colleague in France when they hadn't and refuse to answer any of my emails asking for someone to look into it and refund my £70. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday, they never arrived. But Flora Queen sent me an email stated that they have beed delivered. No phone number for customer service, no decent information. Total rip off.
Missed our delivery, messaged the recipient three times to say it was coming the next day but never showed up. 3 days later they contacted us to try to get us to pay additional, and refused to refund when we declined. Anyone thinking of using theis service should save themselves the disappointment and find a reliable company.
