Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
Ordered flowers but they were never delivered. They used the excuse that it was incorrect address, but I sent email and talked to customer service(rare chance that online chat) about the correct address. Still weren't delivered.

Please do yourself a favour and steer well away from floraqueen. They will take your money and deliver nothing, they will even email you saying your order has been delivered.So just to warn anybody who's thinking about using them stay well away unless you have a spare £100 to waste.
I ordered the ice cream bouquet, it arrived later than expected and it was more greenery than flowers i immediately contacted them and have waited several weeks while they contacted the florist, I have not been given the florists name, I was ashamed to see what they sent my elderly Mother, i felt like if anyone sees that i could not have paid more than a few dollars. Disgusted I will never use these shysters again. I have finally been credited half my money which in my book is still not good enough, but from reading other reviews i guess i should count my blessings
I spent $95.00 with FloraQueen on a floral bouquet for a memorable event to a lady at an address in rural Israel.
I had twice checked that the address was OK for delivery - no reply from FloraQueen's "customer service"
The bouquet was never delivered, nor did I receive any note or phone call from FloraQueen, so I was in ignorance, resulting in a humiliating experience a week later.
I wrote several times after the event for an explanation and two months later a reply told me that the Company had communicated with me to explain before the delivery date - Total Fiction!
I have been offered "credit" in the full amount.

FloraQueen does not believe in customer support or relations. We have been trying to reach them through their email/website but their response is always late and pathetic as if they have a problem in understanding the text in the email. They have Delivered 2 out of 3 already Cancelled orders despite leaving several email reminders and canceling orders on their website. I think it's a clear case of fraud where they replied to our emails after they had made the delivery. It doesn't change anything. We want our refund for the orders ******* and *******. I have made the email with full details of the incident in chronological order thrice at info and zendesk emails.
I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for the flowers to be delivered, been given 3 seperate dates that they've said the flowers would be delivered on and still nothing, absolutely useless company. Avoid unless you want to wait 2/3 weeks after your delivery date
The company Send from another country the order. Also they changed the delivery day in the order without letting me know. Order sent on 10, should arrive on 12. I ordered with extra payment to be arrived on Valendines and at the end it Arrived next day. The flowers went destroyed, I payed for extra Vase which also was broken. Total Cost 74,90 Euro. They are not answering for reimbursement instead they are proposing a voucher for this amount which is not accepted. I already started to communicate with local authorities and authorities in Spain to see my customer rights and I will continue my complains.

My flowers were not delivered. On line booking created an auto fill which wouldn't let me add that it was a college address but I did hope that the address alone flowers would get there, no it didn't. There was no space for special instructions so I emailed them explaining it's a college school address please deliver in school times they said they couldn't guarantee time, There was no way to message courier and pretty sure they didn't use local florists as it showed 6/12 hours out for delivery only for it not to be delivered, I have not received my money back as they say its my fault and now they are ignoring me. I won't use them again 60 euros lost.

It would have been helpful to have the auto fill removed and known about their delivery times before purchasing it would also been of benefit to be able to quickly chat to courier who may have been lost.
Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering flowers for a funeral. I had ordered for delivery the day before the funeral to be on the safe side. When they didn't arrive by 2pm, I contacted FloraQueen via their lousy ticketing system. Did not get a response until after the funeral by which time it was too late, of course. I suspect it's a scam. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I'm opening a case with them to get my money back.
Terrible company, terrible service. I ordered a bouquet online to be delivered to my girlfriend. It never arrived without them even informing me. The delivery was automatically canceled after two days. When I contacted them using their customer service, it took them more then 24 hours to answer each time. Would never use their services again. Stay away, and keep your money!
You order but they don't deliver, you have no account, no email address to chase, no telephone number to ring except a pre-recorded number telling you to enter you're order details online but this is impossible as you are never sent one and basically don't exist. I've had to go back to the credit card to raise a charge back! I wish I had done a review search online before as they have dreadful feedback…Don't use

I was at home and they said to the person that sent the flowers that they couldnt find me. Emails are fake, phone number from germany too... It must be a fake company.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a wedding in Germany. Got a confirmation email with a confirmation number immediately upon ordering. No flowers delivered to date. Only way to complain is via an online form and now their system tells my confirmation number does not exist. Of course, my visa was charged. I'll be taking to my bank about a credit claim!
The bouquet I ordered was delivered more than one day late, even though I submitted the order almost a week ahead. It had been sent by courier and traveled for 3 days in a cardboard box, so no wonder the flowers were in a terrible state. I tried to contact Floraqueen via their customer service form - it didn't work. So I found an email on their website and sent them an email instead. No answer. I sent another email 3 days later.This time it was undeliverable. I resent it by inputing the address manually. Undeliverable. There is no phone number on the website, no customer service online chat. The bouquet would have been beautiful if the flowers had been fresh. They should have used a local florist, not one hundreds of miles away. I shall never use this company again.

I have ordered flowers in spain for my mother"s birthday. I am currently living in Australia. To my surprise the flowers did not show up at all, not on my mothers birthday, not on following days. Wrote couple emails and no f answer.
There is no phone number that this guys can be contacted.
Have asked for a refund and no respond.
So frustrating... don"t know how this business is still alive with this type of service.

This website is a scam. I spent 100 euros, but they never delivered or even replied to any of my messages after. They do not even have a phone number. If you want to find out more go to their Facebook page a read all of the comments from people who have also been scammed.
Paid for delivery on Saturday 8.30 to 14.00. NOTHING. No delivery, not even an email... NOTHING! They only cashed the money... disappeared & went silent. How Disappointing! However... to track my order... I had to subscribe to their web site AND agree with their terms. Otherwise I would not even know what happened to my order! Will report on what they will reply to my "quest". HOWEVER my Granddaughters " BIG DAY" is ruined for good. Even if I achieve reimbursement... I will NEVER get that day back! What bastards! If you care for your loved ones... do not trust this company! They ruined it for me!
Misleading product information - Be aware! Plant arrived dead and not as described
Flora Queen are misleading consumers into thinking they are ordering a product and sending out something completely different and inadequate! A corporate gift was ordered believing the item advertised would be the item the recipient was going to receive. I was totally mislead by Flora Queen. The floral display arrived dead and looked nothing like it was advertised to be. Very disappointing! I would not trust to use this company again.

Hamburg Germany Delivery - Extremely poor service attempted a delivery a full week late! Then did not even call recipient to get more detail to deliver just said cant find client cancelled delivery.
Been arguing for weeks they refuse to give a refund when they clearly have not given me what i paid for not even late delivery not delivered at all.

My flowers were meant to be delivered on Saturday 20th February 2021, to a friend in Spain, who's husband had just passed. Today, it's the 24th February and the flowers still haven't been delivered. Whenever you cant reach a company to ask for a refund or find out what's happened to the order, it screams SCAM to me. Now I'm reading all the other reviewers who have had the same experience. This company should not be operating!

I selected a gift card during the product selection page, and on the payment page, I decided to remove the item. It shows that the item is removed but it still charged me when I made payment.
Customer service is bad as it does not respond to you, the only way to contact them is through email. But I emailed in the check for the wrong order as well as asking for the delivery timing, they did not respond at all. There is no hotline to call in so it is hard to contact them.

I have ordered twice from FloraQueen.-once for Mother's Day which arrived three days late. (To be fair it was during COVID and we did receive an email stating they would be late.) The flowers were very pretty despite the delay. The second time, I sent flower's for an 80th birthday. Despite ordering well in advance,
the flowers did not arrive. After several attempts to contact the company, I have not received a reply. Do yourself favor and shop some where else.
