Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
Such a disappointment, wanted to send some lovely flowers to friend's big birthday but a week later there were still no flowers sent - what a disgusting company! Trying to cancel my order which isn't easy either to get my money back. Fuming as my surprise ruined due to this scam company. AVOID!
I purchased flowers for mother's day and set the delivery date as May 8th just incase there was a delay due to high volume. It's now the 10th and still no sign of the order. I spent over $140 and there's been no communication in delay or anything. Also when I've gone to reach customer service, I have had no luck getting a hold of anyone. I would never recommend this company to anyone as this whole process has been frustrating.
This company is ONLY INTERESTED in making money and does not care about customers.
I have used them 5 times and 2/5 flowers were delivered with delay. The most recent episode the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 6th of November and today (9th) still not delivered yet.
The only reply (2 days later) from customer serice is the usual "copy and paste" email that says "we are sorry... bla bla bla here is the voucher for the cost of the delivery" as if a sh*** voucher for a few euros would make up for missing a birthday date and look like you forgot.
Clearly they have delivery issues but they think that choosing the most economic expedition service and making more money is more important than having happy customers... and the most irritating part is the claim on their website that they are proud of their on time delivery and all those evidently fake 5 star reviews.

The flowers that we received as a gift did not arrive in very good condition. We put the flowers with the liquid flower food in water immediately, yet sadly the flowers did not last. I tried to contact Flora Queen through phone and email to inform them of this, but no answer.
I ordered a Plant and Cava package to be delivered to my mother near Alicante.
What she received was a plant with a broken pot and no bottle of Cava.
When questioned on this over various emails I was offered a refund of 20 on an order of 58 and no explanation.
I eventually got a refund of 48 and no further correspondence leaving me 10 short.
Terrible company, please avoid at all costs.
Ordered my mum a bouquet for her birthday on 25th of February. It was delivered with a valentine's card!! and the bouquet looked nothing like it did on web site. Excuse was that florist don't have all flowers available...what's the point of advert if anything they want gets used instead. Worst of all was that by the next day the flowers lost their petals and my mum had to dispose of it. When I complained I didn't even have a proper response. Very disappointed and angry. A lot of money for nothing. Stay away from them and buy your flowers elsewhere!!!
The only reason why I have left a one star review is because I am unable to leave zero stars! I will try to condense into the short version. Mother's Day flowers ordered which never arrived. When I emailed I was told the reason - after the event - and I chose to have a full refund. Two days later I got an email to say the flowers had been delivered to my mum - again they hadn't. My mum has since got a card asking if she liked her flowers - that she never received. Three more emails later - as there is no phone number to contact - I have received no reply, no refund and no flowers. I spent nearly £70. Worst customer service I have ever encountered almost a week after I made the initial order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Be careful and be wary of making orders for Floraqueen.com. They are crooks and scammers. They took the money, the order was not delivered, the money was not returned. Requests are not being answered. Five days later, they gave a voucher that can only be used when placing two orders. Complete morons and bastards.

As my elderly mother lives in Spain, I thought I would try a Spanish company for a change to deliver flowers for her birthday; I normally use Interflora. I thought local would mean less issues with delivery, but I was SO WRONG. My mother lives alone and was really looking forward to receiving flowers, she stayed in all day... and the next... and the next... and then I got a an email after I complained saying, "sorry, owing to a "partner problem" they were unable to deliver; and to make up for it, we'll give you a 20% discount on next purchase". Please, don't make my mistake! And they are no cheaper than other firms. Don't be fooled by their lovely website, they just don't understand how important it is to deliver on birthdays, and how much upset this has caused.
I have ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother and payed extra for urgent delivery on the weekend.
The flowers did not arrive and after contacting the help service I am told that the address that I have been using for her post that would always arrive there and was provided to us by her estate agent is not correct/complete, without any other explanation. I am told to call (there is no email provided) the courier within a limited scope of hours. Which I keep trying and within those hours I just hear a Spanish message that I don't understand and then it hangs up on me.
The customer service keeps telling me to call them and they keep hanging up. I have sent them the address but apparently they cannot communicate with the courier themselves?!
Mother's Day was ruined my money is gone. I cannot have a refund only a voucher from a company that I never ever want to use anymore because of how they treated me.

I placed an order for flowers, chocolate and a bottle of wine for my mother in Portugal to arrive in time her 80th birthday. The order was placed 3 days before but arrived 4 days late. The flowers were already wilting and without water to keep them fresh. Chocolates were melted. The driver made excuses about being busy and not having the time to deliver. When the order failed to arrive on the appointed day, I attempted to contact Floraqueen but had to use their contact form as they do not show any phone number on their website. But despite writing to them three times, a week later I have still not had any response from them, neither an apology nor any acknowledgement to my requests for a refund. I will have to now contact my credit card company. Appalling customer service and will not use them again.

In December 2020 I ordered flowers to be delivered for a family New Year celebration. Intended recipients never received and website did not post update saying that they had been delivered until after 1/1/21. After going through FloraQueen's customer service process, I was told that the flowers were left outside due to local COVID protocols. They made no attempt to contact either me or the intended recipient to try to work out an alternative delivery or pick up. I am apparently out $90. Would NEVER do business with them again.
I got charged twice after the first order reads " order incomplete". I tried to call reach out RIGHT AWAY. No costumer service to get a refund. Actually be aware about it as their costumers service consist in filling out a form with my banking information. Really? Charged twice. And on top of it my aunt today only received one order.
The order was delivered in time but I am very disappointed with what was delivered. I paid almost $100 for the Roses and Lilies(pink ones) in the picture and I ordered the Deluxe one. I received red Roses.To be honest I would have not paid even $15 for what was delivered. It is too far away with what I have ordered. I feel very very disappointed with this order.
Terrible experience with this company. I ordered flowers for a friend in Poland for next day delivery. I was told that they had been dispatched and delivered, but they never actually arrived. I chased and was told they had been delivered, when I asked for verification this was never provided and then they stopped responding to my emails and enquiries. Took my money and did not get product paid for in good faith. Never use this company!

The are expensive and basically don't deliver on a commitment. Worse still they don't communicate and you can't talk to anyone. Such a shame as flowers for people in Covid are important. They should be ashamed.
First they delivered my order 3 days later without any explanation, then when it arrived the plant was dead and The chocolate completely melted, I spend 84 dollars for this rubbish and when I contacted their customer service over and over NOBODY had the decency to reply! They ripped me off and couldn't care less! Don't buy from them they won't back up an order that went wrong, you will be on your own. Disgusting
