Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

FloraQueen provides a very bad service. I ordered a Christmas plant that was delivered to a pick-up station (a bookstore) rather than to the addressee, was found with a broken vase and much different from what shown on the website. Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional.

This email is to let you know that we were quite disappointed/surprised by the flower delivery.

The delivery as such was timely and quickly executed.

However, the bouquet has nothing to do with our initial order. I understand that there could be differences between he photo and the real bouquet but none of the flowers in the description were part of it.

In the order it was said that the following will be included: pink anastasias, white roses, white alstroemerias, pink roses.
Instead, we paid 61,90 € for 8 tulips and several branches of eucalyptus.

We haven't seen the chocolates and the vase but hopefully these were as described in the order.

This email is to let you know that we are very disappointed with the quality of your product, the advertising was misleading and overpriced.

I ordered flowers online from FloraQueen for a bereaved family in USA but they failed to deliver. They emailed me to say the delivery address I gave was unrecognizable but in fact it was correct. I tried to contact their customer services by every means only to be told that my order number was incorrect but again that's nonsense. Fortunately I got Paypal claiming EUR106 back for us. I would strongly recommend Paypal as a means of payment online as they don't show credit or debit card details to retailers and above all potential tricksters.

Warning to others. I ordered an international delivery. It never arrived. No feedback. No communication. When I contacted them they said there was a problem but have not done anything or communicated anything more. They have my money. I have nothing

I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day and still 4 days later I have heard nothing from Flora Queen, they do not reply to complains, please do not make the same mistake that I did. Never use this company.

I order vase and flowers for a very sick friend costing 68. Yes they arrived vase and flowers smashed. It was so distressing. I have sent 6 photos 5 emails and not even had a reply. I will take this further

I ordered a flower for my wife 2 days before her birthday, that cost me $209 and that was on April 28 2021, we didn't Get anything yet, I texted the customer service more than 10 time, they don't reply at all, never buy anything here, it's a fraud, don't buy anything from floraqueen

It’s a fraud, I ordered flower 10 days ago and I didn’t get them until now and they don’t answer my emails

I ordered flowers on 5/3 to be delivered to my Mum in Australia on 5/8. The flowers were never delivered... I have now sent 3 requests for someone to contact me or give me a refund and have not received a response. They took my $85 and my Mum received nothing and I have had no response or refund. I'm beyond disgusted with this company. Total scammers.

Paid extra for a morning delivery... not only did flowers not arrive in the morning but they didn't even arrive on the same day. Really really regret using this company. My advice... Stay Away From FLORAQUEEN

I purchased 100 bouquet for mothers day, and made a mistake in the address so I contacted them about it while the bouquet was on its way. It never arrived. After 3 emails, 3 weeks later they tell me it was my fault and they won't do anything about it.
I understand it was my mistake, but they could have contacted the delivery company in time if they were mindful of their customers.

FloraQueen doesn't even deserve a one star! I can't believe I spent my money and had a hope for them to send a gift to my boyfriend! What was I thinking? I shouldn't have trusted them from the first place. The gift was coming from Barcelona arrived to Metz and they just didn't deliver it and then it is coming back to Barcelona today. Their customer service suck big time! What a waste of time and money! It was my boyfriend's birthday and he didn't receive his gift... this is sad. If you wanna disappoint your loved ones use FloraQueen!
Let's hope they send me a refund..

They sent the completely different order not to mention not meeting the money value, and they sent me a reply to say it is the correct order, listing what the flowers the bouquets should contain, but it did not! Half the flowers listed were not there, not to mention the completely different colours. They claim they examined the pictures and it is the "correct order". Infuriating.

I ordered flowers and a card for my mother's birthday. She lives far away and I haven't seen her in years so I wanted to make her happy
They never delivered the flowers and then kept making excuses and lying claiming that the adress was wrong. Finally they said they won't give me my money back.
Now they're harassing me wanting me to remove my bad reviews.

My boyfriend paid extra to have flowers delivered on valentines, they came early, we currently haven't seen one another for 5 months flora queen said the would give him a discount on next purchase
The flowers started to die within 4/5 days
Not worth the money at all, the flowers aren't what he paid for either
Avoid this company!

I ordered a flower delivery for my sister's birthday in Denmark, I paid for the deluxe and paid $20 for vase. I emailed costumer service 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back up to this day. This is what's been delivered to surprise my sister!

I will not order from this company again.
The first picture is what I ordered but the flowers and vase in the second picture were delivered. Very disappointed. I will not order from this company again.

Unfortunately since my original review I have had a bad experience. The flowers were dispatched from Spain to Portugal on 17th January. My parents were not home at the time of delivery on 18th January. The courier company did not work over the weekend and therefore the next delivery was not until the afternoon of 21 January - 4 days after dispatch. The flowers could have been left at the property but instead were kept in storage over the weekend. The flowers were dead on arrival. I contacted FloraQueen and was told that they would not refund the cost (over £46.80, which is not cheap). As a result I would not recommend this service or use it again!

Be carefull, dont order anything, you will never received anything, they are thieves, they must be arrested, shame on them, look how many negative comments they are online. I will file a complaint with the Spanish police for theft, lies and false advertising, they are large-scale scammers, to flee immediately and above all not to leave them with a credit card imprint

No service whatsoever. No flowers. No reply. The only think they managed was to take my money. A simple 'we are unable to take your order' would have been a good idea. Or just dont take money if you cant do the job.

I was suppose to receive the flowers from my mother in law in Canada on Mothers Day paid $100 and after 2 days they wanted to deliver. But then when we complained they agreed to do another day on my anniversary and then someone comes on my door to deliver with bad floors rotting flowers... what kind of compaint is this? Don't use them

Ordered flowers for Saturday for a special occasion. Payed almost 50€. Now it's Tuesday, and still waiting for it. I had a short standard response Monday with a 20% discount on my next purchase, which will NOT happen!

I cannot recommend to use this webpage. With this poorly response and this bad delivery experience!

I made four orders, in the first order the wrong box of chocolates arrived, in the third order two roses were dried up, the fourth order of roses was normal but the candies were not the same, the bear was not the same and damaged. I won't use this service again.

My mother ordered flowers for me to send love when I had a miscarriage earlier this week. She thought she could trust Flora Queen to send this gift since we live in different countries and she couldn't be with me. The order is showing as "delivered" and yet nothing has been received. The phone rings for 10 minutes and then an automated message says "we've decided for operational reasons to stop taking phone calls", the online contact form won't let you click the send button, and the WhatsApp chatbot is purposefully useless. We will be cancelling the payment through my mother's bank and will be leaving this review on all sites. You are scammers and you should be ashamed.

We attempted to order flowers from our regular florist web site but the floraqueen web site opened up without our notice.

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day 4 days in advance and it's anticipation of delays due to covid and of course Mother's Day.

The order was scheduled for Saturday before Mother's Day. And nothing. Just warnings of delay... ya ok but that's why we ordered 3-4 days in advance.

I would not recommend this service and double check to make sure you are on the web page you want to be on.
