Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
My daughter was due to arrive on april 1 st in Madrid and I sent birthday flowers. They delivered on 31/3 and insisted they delivered to her! She s in Switzerland! Not in Madrid until tomorrow! They made a mistake then lied, really dreadful company
We are really disappointed with the "service" provided by FloraQueen. We never received the flowers we ordered, let alone the refund we were hoping for. Despite sending 100 emails, we never received a concrete reply.

I'll try not to be biased here but I wish I had something better to say about these guys. I am in London and recently was looking to send my Fiancé her 30th birthday flowers as a surprise in Budapest who was on a business trip and came across FloraQueen. Repeatedly confirmed address with them and confirmed with them time and again for the next day delivery. They assured me that it will be done. Sure enough the flowers didn't get delivered. Even worse there is no phone number to call if something goes wrong and of course there is no prompt replies to the emails. Needless to say that after endless futile attempts to contact them, I got an email saying sorry, we have been unable to deliver. I understand that things can go wrong but a little communication goes a long way! Ruined our special occasion. Make your own mind up! You might be luckier than me.
Approximately one month after they sent the wrong live flower internationally and never refunded me, a mysterious charge appeared on my credit card from teleflora for what appears to be another purchase. I didnt receive any confirmation. Just wham, we are trying to screw you again! Who does this? A bunch of lowlife scumbags with no phone number to call, not to mention the way that I was treated via their email responses on the prior mistake. Why doesn't someone crack down on these bottom dwellers? I dont even have a reference number, just a debit on my statement of 76.98 WTF! Someone elaborate here! I recommend FTD or any delivery service over these a-holes!
The delivery was on time and to the correct address. The bouquet received was nothing like what I had ordered. I spent $135 and received a small arrangement of ordinary flowers. I tried contacting customer service 3 times with no response. The flowers were for a family funeral and what they received was embarrassing. Never again.
My sister birthday was coming up, she was in Germany and I in the US. I ordered her some flowers six days before her birthday. They don't deliver on Sunday, so I request on Saturday, just anytime. The flowers never came Saturday and Sunday nor Monday. Finally they catch-up and told me that they had try to delivered on Monday but no one was home and they left a notice for my sister to pick it up in the post office. There was no notice, the flowers never came. They never delivered they just took the money I think it's a fraud, Don't use their service they cannot deliver they just take your money.
I purchased flowers for my girlsfriend's birthday which was on May 26. I realized the door number was incorrect, therefore I sent them e-mails, messages via their website and instagram on May 20 (6 days 4 working days earlier) Although it is stated that change of address is possible earlier to 2 days of delivery date, they did literally NOTHING! Nobody paid attention. In the end no product was delivered at all! The flowers are completely lost, probably they are already dead. Very poor service, in fact no service at all.

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. 3 weeks later, still no flowers, customer service is shocking to non existent. Stupid $#*! website. I tryed to cancel the order as its useless now but still no response or flowers. This company should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business as they are scamming people. The contact with customer support was started because I made an order and received no confirmation for it. When I inquired about it, they said they could not find the order in their system, but strangely enough the order was delivered. Even though not the full order, but some of it. The whole amount was billed.
So, no order confirmation, no evidence of it in their system but it was delivered partially and the whole amount of money billed. After this, I could get no explanation from their support team.
It is very sad, mainly because past orders were flawless.
The ad says "Same day or next day delivery".
I placed an order. I received a confirmation and a promise that the flowers would be delivered on July 20th for a funeral. That was a promise. The next day I received an email saying the flowers will arrive on July 21st. The flowers didn't show up until July 23rd. FloraQueen's response was to discount the delivery charge and give me a credit towards a future order. Why would anyone order with them again? Their ad specifically states "same day and next day delivery." They failed. There are many other options available. Save your money and piece of mind.

The most ridiculous company to send flowers thru internationally. I placed my order a few days ago to be delivered on my family member on her 70th birthday and Flora Queen didn't bother to send me a note to indicate that the delivery wasn't fulfilled. No reason, no email, while they took my money for this transaction. They have not tried to re-deliver the order and it is obviously after the fact. There is no way to communicate with them except via Instagram messenger and even then they don't respond in a timely fashion. Think twice before you give them your money!
Online sales pictures of flowers and gift products bear little resemblance to products delivered. Recipient cannot eat dark chocolate, which is why I ordered milk chocolates. What a bunch of incompetent unprofessional service contractorsWe were not informed that they had changed virtually every element of the flowers and gifts I had contracted to have supplied.
How can you charge 4euros for a chosen gift card then write the message on a blank piece of white card. Beggars a belief! They are either grossly incompetent or criminals..
The flowers delivered looked nothing like what was shown on their website and were certainly not worth the money that I paid. Customer service also sems to be non exisetent as I have messaged them twice now and had no reply. Will not be using again.
I ordered a bouquet for a birthday occasion. The flowers themselves were quite good. I believe the pictures online were a bit misleading in regards to the size, but it was definitely within a reasonable margin. With a service like this however, I believe that delivery is just as paramount as the product, as it is time-sensitive. I had to pay a hefty sum to get the flowers delivered on the date I wanted. Unfortunately, the delivery never reached the address and instead was placed in a pick-up station. They never called the recipient for the delivery, who was at the address for the entire day.
All of this resulted in me having to burden the person to drive to a pick-up station, on their birthday, rather than surprise them. Brilliant. 2 stars.
I ordered from this company flowers and gift for my friend in Sweden around Christmas time ( next day delivery 18.12.2020). My order was not delivered and I lost 123 euros. I was trying to contact them but they ignored me first, after some time they hit me back with so undetailed email: your order has been delivered.

I am furious with the appalling customer service I've received from this company. I have tried several times to resolve it amicably but they are not interested, and the conversation with their customer service team just gets bounced around between different staff. I would NEVER use this service again and will be ensuring I advise anyone I speak to to avoid it like the plague. They took an extortionate payment for next day delivery and refuse to refund it despite it being three days late! They claim there was a disclaimer that the delivery might be late but they have been unable or unwilling to show me this disclaimer and it certainly was NOT clear as I would not have accepted the £12 charge for urgent delivery if I had known it was not guaranteed.
Ordered some flowers for my family cuz they looked so good on the pictures got dead flowers. Contacted them they told me they are going to send new once but never did. Contacted them many many times again never got an answer.

I have delivered from for Flora Queen in South Africa. The flower industry works on very short notice, so I delivered on this side to give a great service, but I never received my payments from Flora Queen. It's been over a year now. They don't reply on my mails anymore. I'll wanted to give them a 0 rating at this stage.

They are scamming you out of your money. I wish I would have read the reviews prior ordering. They don't answer to inquiries, but they are sending you automated emails to rate their service prior to the supposed delivery. As well they are charging you more on your credit card as stated in the invoice. I hope when you read these reviews you didn't order yet and stay away from this company who is operating a long time unpunished

After they did not deliver the flower on the specific day, they sent me an email say that flowers could not be delivered, that's all!
No reimbursement, no other options, no delivery the day after, not even a sincere apology.
