Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

I order a $100 bouquet, and the day of delivery, I was emailed today that they don't have the flowers advertised, but that will do something "nice" with the flowers available locally. I asked to send me a picture, and they told me "they don't have the service to send me a picture"?! Are you kidding me! In an era where homeless people and kids have smartphones, this million dollar company couldn't send me a picture of the bouquet I didn't choose, but that I'll be sending to a love one for $100. Will NEVER use them again! Pathetic!

Tip for consumers:
I don't understand how can this company advertise a product that you don't have in stock, and then contact the customer the day of the delivery stating that they will do something "nice", but refuse to send you a photo ...unacceptable customer service!

The flower arrangements in the website look beautiful and chic. I ordered a bouquet as a gift to my friend's mother in Argentina and she got a completely different, cheaper version than what was shown on the site. The picture speaks for itself. If they had charged me 35 USD for the bouquet and vase it would be ok, but what she got was NOTHING worth the 106USD that I paid. Don't be fooled and take your business elsewhere!

Took my money. Never delivered the order.
Never even offered to attempt the delivery again. I specifically told them the recipient would be there (school)only from 7am to 1pm.
It was supposed to be a surprise for my mom. Very sad and upset to find out at 7:30 when she was driving back home that she received nothing. Not even a phone call to her or to me.
I'm just disgusted.
Stay away from these thieves!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would have. The order was supposed to be same day delivery. It still hasn't arrived to the recipient in Barcelona. I tried to contact the company many times to no avail: website just sends you an automatic email and tracking link says order is 'being prepared'. I finally received an email at night claiming that the destination address is incorrect (that's while the tracking still said the order is being prepared). I replied saying the address was correct and that they had a local Spanish contact number which they did not attempt to call if they could not find the address. I asked for an update. Tried to contact them multiple times via the website, email and phone but no answer. The phone has a recorded message that all their agents are busy, playing in loop for 10-15mins then another recorded message tells you to go online and then it cuts off. I gave up and tried to cancel the order but it's not allowing me to saying that the florists have been assigned the job and that I cannot cancel.
It's a complete scam. Still haven't got any response and the flowers were not delivered.

When this company is good they're good but when they're bad, they're awful! They delivered late my daughters birthday bouquet and gifts and she ended up with a box of broken garbage that was missing the card and vase I paid for. The only thing that survived was the champagne because it was well packaged. The flowers had no water and were dying, the candle was broken, the cookies were water damaged from the water that had leaked from the flowers. If they had apologized and offered to replace the items which was most of the order except for the champagne I would have been fine and even considered doing business with them again but they have only offered to pay for the missing items! I'm furious and dissatisfied with their poorly organized customer service. There are better companies out there. Do not use Floraqueen!……. Almost a month later but they did eventually resend the order. It's a shame that their customer service is not as good as the product.

I ordered 25 Rose's to be at my girls place by today and they arent there! Super pissed off and I'm getting no responses from them at all. How can you have tracking but then say you sint have tracking? That makes no sense. I feel like I just funded a terrorist or some $#*!!

I ordered an expensive bouquet for the birthday of my wife and and paid extra to receive it in a specific time to come at the birthday party as a surprise. The flowers were never delivered, trying to reach the customer service is a disaster. They don't know what the ya re doing. Every person tell me something different. That it will arrive or it will come tomorrow. Till now it's been 2 days and still don't know when I will get these flowers although the birthday is over so I don't really need them. It's not public holiday or a special time for flowers so there is no reason for the delay. All what I can say is that it's a untrusted company. They don't know what they are doing and they don't understand the concept of service. They should stop doing that.

Ordered a bouquet to my mother in Italy for her birthday as a surprise. And they expect my mother to drive 1hour away to pick up the bouquet as they say it's a wrong address. I've used that same address to order hundreds of items on Amazon and other delivery sites. It's been 10 days and they are not even giving me my refund. Horrible service

The flowers didn't arrive on time (we are now two days past the delivery due date). Also via email I received the note that the flowers were delivered (they were not!) and then received later a message that the flowers are on its way. What now delivered or on their way! Never will I buy from that site again!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. After several emails back and forth I have been informed that these 2 pictures are the same and I got what I ordered. Case closed.
I guess I should be thankful that she actually received any flowers at all.

Arranged delivery from UK to The Algarve. Had a message to say they could not find the address and did we have another contact address. They gave me a tracking number and an order number. There was an incorrect telephone for the courier and no e-mail for them either, Floraqueen just kept sending the same automated message. The flowers were eventually received as the driver eventually rang the recipient as they already had their telephone number and he was in the completely wrong area, and had not gone to the address I had given them. Will not use them again.

I bought a bouquet for delivery on Valentine's Day. It was not delivered and I could not contact the service in any way. I wrote I don't know how many mails but I was ignored. Bad service and I have already asked for a refund. I strongly advise against.

Let me tell you my story with flora queen, i ordered a plant to be delivered to Rome italy, i mentioned in my order to call for the address, the order was placed 6 days before the delivery date. At the same day of delivery i received an email saying that a problem occurred with the delivery. Flora queen florists had enough time before the day of delivery to inform that it is not gonna work without a detailed address. And now it is been two days and still I don't know where is my order, and it is still not delivered, and i have sent hundreds of messages to Flora queen without getting any answer, if we are communicating threw pigeons i would get an answer faster.
And at the end i still do not know the status of my order

What a misleading rip off company. I purchased an arrangement for $79.90 on line yet when I checked my bank statement I was charged $152.49. The company offer no explanation & no adjustment to the fee charged.
I would not use this company ever again & I urge everyone considering using this company to check their bank statements.

Be warned. Do not order from FloraQueen. They have yet to deliver my order and have answered none of my multiple inquiries. 80€ later and I have absolutely no idea if my order will ever be fulfilled. You've been warned and you will regret it if you decide to hire their services. A friendly shopper.

I ordered to Floraqueen a bouquet of flowers 15 days in advance from the date of delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the agreed date. I didnt received any notification on the delay. Looked online and they said that the flowers that were prepared 3 days ago would be delivered the day after I sent my complain! I wrote to cancel my order as paying a very expensive bouquet to receive flowers stocked in a shipping van for 5 days felt like I was being robbed!
Additionally I felt very sad as my friend was recovering from a serious illness and these flowers were supposed to give her strength as I cant see her.
They refused to cancel and refund me several times. Then they sent an email saying that I had modified my order, which was a complete lie, and asked me to wait more. The flowers never arrived to destination and I am still waiting for a refund! These people are stealing the money of their customers!

This company is a complete scam I ordered flowers in Paris supposed to be delivered 5 days ago on the 19th I wrote many emails never answered I never even heard from them till this day. They did take the money out of my account though thank God I use the credit card cancel your order through your credit card company information beware do not order from this company

Ordered a delivery for birthday of my sister. Tracking that I recieved via email didnt work. On my requests to their support there were no responses for 2 weeks and than got responses which didnt answer any of my questions. Now it has been more than a moth and delivery didnt happen. I Wonder how such a company still exists... I think payment providers should not support them as they only take money and dont provide any service.

I'd like to share with experience with this company. I placed an order at June 19, paid for special delivery, cause I need to do delivery on my mom birthday at June 22. They didn't delivered nothing at June 22, and after conversation they delivered flowers at June 24. Half of flowers were dead and another half wasn't fresh at all. I don't recommend this company, they have poor service.

Floraqueen didn't deliver the flowers I purchased for my mother on friday June 2nd. They don't have a phone number to contact them and their dot on WhatsApp ask to go back on your website where NOBODY contact you back! I paid flowers for my mother and she didn't receive anything! The worst part is it's written delivered so that's mean Floraqueen deliver to WHOM? I didn't pay flowers for someone else! I paid for my mother! Order *******

I bought an A Banquet at Home: Brilliant Bubbles for my boyfriend. My purchase, in addition to arriving several days at the time, arrived totally damaged!
The wine bottle was broken and all the liquid damaged the chocolates and even the packaging.
I contacted to request the exchange or refund of the amount I paid and so far I have not had return from FloraQueen.
I confess that I am totally disappointed because I had the expectation of the present to arrive and did not arrive on the date I requested and when it arrived it was totally destroyed.
The quality of the product that FloraQueen delivered does not match the quality standard I expected, nor with the amount charged. Especially the lack of return of my calling.
The minimum I hope is that FloraQueen fulfills what is proposed - deliver quality products and appreciate the satisfaction of its customers.
I look forward to a return because this situation is not acceptable and I am completely dissatisfied.

At first I was notified that I had incorrectly entered the address, then they said that they could not find a recipient (although at that time the girl was in the hostel). In response to my request to deliver the flowers the next day early in the morning, they said that they would give this information to the courier.
As a result, the girl did not receive flowers at all. Thank you FloraQueen for ruining a beautiful moment and stolen 60 euros.

Will never ever buy from them again!
Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday and the flowers arrived 2 weeks late, not only they were late but also arrived in a box and when my mum opened the box the flowers were not looking great. They were all dying. She took a photo to send me, I was shocked! And to top it up, I had also gotten her a box of chocolate with the flowers and the chocolate were out of date! REALLY BAD!

I had the displeasure of ordering with them 3 times out of necessity, since it was hard to find international flower delivery sites. I ordered a red vase, a clear one was sent. I ordered a brown bear, a white one was sent. I ordered a bottle of champagne, red wine was delivered. I paid for morning delivery, it was delivered at 7:30pm, I ordered a box of chocolates, that were never delivered at all. I filled out a complain form, that were never answered. Oh and they sent you discounts and promotions that never take once you go to complete your purchase. My guess is they contract the cheapest and worst florist in respective countries to make more profit at their customers' expense. Find another company for international flower delivery.
