Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
I ordered flowers two weeks before Valentine's Day, (February 2). They were suppose to be delivered on February 14. My girlfriend received them today February 26. This is unacceptable and I will never be using them again. When I asked for a refund they told me that they wouldn't give it and said here's a 5% voucher for your next order and we will deliver them on the next available day. It took them 12 days to get the flowers where they needed to be. For me, for anyone I believe this is unacceptable.
I ordered flowers for my fiance for her birthday and they never arrived. The address was wrong on the shipment and the carrier refused to fix it without Floraqueen's instruction. Floraqueen refused to communicate anything to the carrier and also refused to refund my purchase. I cannot warn you enough to avoid using their "services."

Received email from them to confirm my order for €75.90 was to be delivered on. November 4 2020.
NO flowers delivered and no refund to date (14/11/2020). No contact number to discuss and email receipts asking for a refund have been ignored. Only had emails from them to say my order has been updated! TERRIBLE customer service and they are no less than thieves! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
1. I ordered flowers for May 9 and my mom received it on May 12.
I notice on May 10, that they changed delivery day to May 11.
2. Flowers was not delivered to the address - mom found the slip with instructions and had to go somewhere to pick them. She was at home at the time the slip was left in her mail box. The delivery person didn't call her to come and to pick up the flowers.
3. My mom is 80 years old and this all was very painful experience and disappointment.
She spent 3 days waiting for the delivery!
She asked me not to send her flowers any more.
4 I have sent 3! Emails asking customer support to cancel the order and refund the money, and I didn't get cancelation, money or even any response (before May 12)
I sent my niece flowers, chocolates n teddy bear for her birthday, got notification they were delivered on the 18 th like i had hoped. Not true on the 20 th they said they TRIED to deliver?

Ordered Christmas gift with flowers, champagne, box of chocolate and bear. First of all they delivered it one week later. And the most horrible is WHAT they delivered. Instead of beautiful Christmas basket they delivered one poor Orchid. Instead of champagne - white wine. Instead of big box of Lindor selection chocolate - SAMPLE box with 4 truffles! It was so miserable and horrible! Shame! And no excuses or refund of money. Shame on you.

Reviews seemed good so I ordered for my wife's birthday. Bad idea.
I needed to change the delivery day by one day and notified 4 days in advance (2 working and 2 weekend). They wrote on the day of delivery and never fulfilled my requested change nor did they even reply to my request at all. When I called, only the voicemail.
The worst part, the flowers never arrived at all. Apparently DHL delivered them, but there was no slip in the mail. So, we're stuck with old flowers three days after the delivery that never happened. FQ never apologised and did nothing to help.
Stick with a more trusted shop who you can reach easily.
They used a courier company who tried to deliver when the receipiant was not at home. They left a phone number which did not answer & failed to call back to make any attempt to redeliver. So now FloraQueen claim they do not owe a refund. Quite shocking!
I had placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to an address in Madrid. Got an email saying there was some problem with the address. So I asked the Madrid based recepients to spk to the delivery agency and they sorted the issue out and promised delivery the next day. The recepients also called FloraQueen but still no delivery... so to summarize they accepted my payment was accepted but my flowers never got delivered!
This service is a scam. I placed three orders to be delivered in Panama the day before Mother's day. I even paid extra for the flowers to be delivered in the morning. The flowers were not delivered... On the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I got messages which appeared written by a computer and not by a human, apologizing for not been able to update the status of my order... Those initial emails were followed up with more apologies and requesting a different day for delivery. I asked for a delivery on a later date and that if they could not deliver to refund my money. The company proceeded to cancel one of my orders (not the three I had placed), the other two orders have not yet been delivered and they still charged me some money for the order they did not deliver! I am going to ask my credit card company not to pay them; stay away from this company! It's a scam...
Very satisfied with the quality of the plant we requested. Really surprised with the size and freshness. Unlike most other services which shows one and delivers another. Highly recommend and very pleased with the service for putting a Smile on the face of the receiver.

Order N ******* - Absolutely shocking service - totally disgusted. Couldn't find anyone to deliver Mothers Days flowers in time but FQ claim they could. I spent £80, they failed to deliver on time - arrived three days late, half the size they should be and missing a planter and FQ customer services can't be bothered to reply to emails sent over last four days. Their terms and condition pre-empt their failures so well as all on offer would be vouchers - oh yes please let me be ripped off all over again!

They mixed up the delivery address so flowers could not be delivered. They had included part of my address with the recipient's. They even returned the flowers, you can imagine the state they were in. The flowers were of poor quality and full of greenery. Did not look like what I had ordered and poor value.
However they refunded me fully.
I ordered the ice-cream bouquet. I even ordered the bigger size. It was expensive but j didn't mint. It was a gift for my daughter in-law. What arrived looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. I was extremely disappointed and very embarrassed at what was sent to my daughter in-law. The flowers sent looked like a bunch bought from a petrol station or corner shop. I emailed 4 times as yet have not got any reply. I just want what I paid 66 euro for or I would like a refund. I will not use this company again. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

Never EVER use these as a provider. They took my money, didn't get a receipt, I mailed them and no answer. I mailed them again and got a answer and a order confirmation. Yet no flowers were delivered. I mailed them again and said "Where are they?" And they basically said "oh we haven't sent them out yet, do you want to? What do you thing?!?!?! So they sent them and it took them one week. It missed a very important day for my fiance. NEVER EVER USE THESE!

Beware of fraud. I ordered delivery of the flowers to my mom in Moscow for March 9 2019. Flowers were never delivered, the website however is reporting my order as delivered, there is no phone for customer service and the company is not responding to the emails. Typical online fraud. Beware! This is not a company, but bunch of con artists. No flowers, no money. FRAUD AND RIP OFF

First, the delivery was 5 days after the date specified, the delivery person was rude and insulted the recipient when asked what was being delivered, and then left without delivering the purchased flowers, he didn't even know the name of the recipient. The company refused to investigate or give me a refund. A total rip-off...
Order was to arrive August 5th. That never happened. It took days for a response that was just useless. Today August 19 I was notified it was delivered. A lie. I asked for refund And I'm skeptical.
Don't use them!
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on the Wednesday prior. I paid an extra charge to have them delivered on Friday (two days before Mother's Day, so our Moms would have the flowers to enjoy all weekend). The flowers did not arrive - it is now after Mother's Day. The status on the website says the flowers are still being prepared and still guarantees their delivery last Friday (impossible - now days late). I have since cancelled my credit card - only to find out that it was a good thing I did! Floraqueen had apparently (according to my bank) submitted the charges as RECURRING! If I hadn't cancelled the card, I would have been charged again and again!
By the way, there is no phone number for this company to inquire. And they do not respond to online inquiries using their website forms.
Oh, and if you don't realize this already, this company is not based in the USA. It is based in Spain.
What arrived was VERY different than what they advertised...
We bought a package for £ 300 that was to include a basket of flowers and a white and red bottle of wine. When the flowers arrived, they were completely dried and wilted. They were completely unacceptable (and honestly embarrassing to be given as a gift).
When the wine was delivered, a lady showed up holding two bottles that cost £ 7 at Biedronka. They had no packaging on them, not in a bag or anything. We think the delivery person took the wine that we ordered and replaced it with the £ 7 bottle from Biedronka.
When we reached out to FloraQueen, Cris was rude, defensive and not helpful. He suggested we get 30% off the next order - we requested to have the existing ordered refunded or replaced. As FloraQueen is not responding seriously to our concerns, we have filed a fraudulent charge report since what we purchased was very very different than what they delivered. What a SCAM.
I made a request on Nov 13th to have flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday on November 20th. This was particulalry important this year, as my father had passed away in March and she was all alone. Nothing was delivered and it looked like I didn't care about her birthday. It then took you a week to investigate and apparently you delivered a bouquet this morning. Which I am yet to verify with my mother. Very disappointed. Shall not use service again!
