Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
Lied about guarantee for next day service, lied about type of flowers being delivered, lied about paying extra for extra large bouquet and lied about paying extra for delivering early morning. Ignored all my emails. Terrible terrible terrible.
This company is the worst ever. I ordered flowers, chocolate, and a teddybear for my sister in Germany from Canada. When I ordered I thought I ordered from a flower store close to where she lives. I even chatted with them on line. The flowers never got delivered! They switched the sender name with the receiver name. When I pointed it out, they dismissed me and refused to give me my money back (around $100 Can). When I checked the flower store via my sister, they went out of business. Total scam business! Don't order from there. Thinking of creating a blog for all customers who got scammed by them, I believe they are in the hundreds!
Flowers were never delivered (120e wasted), despite the website saying they were delivered.
Numerous emails never answered, and when I call I'm on hold for 10mins then get cut off.
They were condolence flowers as well, very emotionally awkward that my order wasn't fulfilled.
Am disgusted at the terrible service and that they took my money. Wouldn't be suprised if this was a scam site. Would avoid like the plague

I ordered a deluxe arrangement on Dec 26 2020 for my friend in England who told me her mother had passed away that morning, delivery was scheduled for Dec 29. The flowers were just shy of $90 a beautiful arrangement with her favourite flowers, gerberas. The flowers eventually arrived on January 4 and bore no resemblance to the ones I ordered, no gerberas included. I was so embarrassed when I saw a picture of the pathetic display. When I complained to Floraqueen I received the usual excuse of COVID-19 and offered 20% off my next order, needless to say I will not be using them again.
I ordered a plant to be delivered to a friend in Spain for her birthday on 26/9/22. It wasn't delivered on that date as my friend wasn't home (I assume). So, I gave Floraqueen support her contact details so they could agree on a convenient time for delivery. It still didn't arrive but I was promised that it would do on 29/9/22 and offered a discount voucher for the delay, As of this afternoon, the order status is still "In Transit" - one week late! I keep eamiling (I can't find a phone number) but the responses have dried up, so I have no idea where it is. If it hasn't been delivered, I expect (but not with a lot of hope) a refund. Not at all impressed.

I ordered flowers and my order was acknowledged. When the flowers did not arrive by late afternoon of the delivery day, I contacted the company via email (they don't show a phone number). The status of the order on their website had the dates all confused, and I got no answe to any of the emails, other than the automatic response. I finally got the delivery by 7.30pm. The local flower shop said the instructions they got from Flora Queen were not specific and precise.
I ordered flowers for Dec 27th, 2 days later I get confirmation that the flowers have been delivered (Dec 29th), I ask my friend if she has received them and learn she has not. I then try to contact FloraQueen, which is only possible via social media / email. I learn that there was a mistake with the address, but instead of calling the mobile number of my friend which was supplied, the flowers are simply not delivered and I am not offered my money back. I chose FloraQueen instead of Interflora because they said they could deliver for Dec 27th - so the whole experience is one big let down!

I have been scammed by the company 70USD.
I ordered a gift (flowers and bottle of wine) for delivery on new years to Germany. Despite my order confirmation, they sent me an email two hours before the delivery date and said they couldn't deliver until January 4th! I was offered a refund on shipping but asked to cancel my order. I've emailed 4 times now and they are not responding!

I ordered flowers, teddy bear and giftcard on this site weeks ago. They stayed in contact with me to track delivery all the time, then the package got stuck at post and they said me they couldn't do anything because the name wasn't written, even tho they had phone number and exact address, they didnt even try anything, I even told them to just keep it there and my person will pick it up, but they were just happy to take money for nothing, and never responded, and didn't want to refund.

On the 29th i received a message saying an error had occurred and thats the last I have heard from them. I have emailed them about 15 times since and I had $11. Deposited into my account a few weeks ago but my order had cost me $118. If it wasn't bad enough they hadn't delivered for the funeral, its pretty not to even reply or refund my money either. Ordered flowers for mothers day (Order #*******). Never came. Order was 'cancelled'. Still haven't received a refund OR ANY type of communication. No sorry's, or any sort of email. Trying to contact them but I can't find a phone number ANYWHERE. My emails that I have sent to floraqueen have not seen a response (sent 3 emails: May 9th, 11th, and today may 20th). I ordered some flowers for a friend on the 11th to arrive on valentines on the 14th. Found out a couple hours after placing my order that my friend was going to be out of town and would not be there to receive the flowers. I contacted FloraQueen to cancel my order, twice, and they just sent it anyway and charged me full price without responding to my repeated requests. What I ordered and what my friend ended up receiving were COMPLETELY different. My friend got back home on the 15th, so the flowers had been out in the cold for a full day, so I cannot fault the quality of the flowers. However, the pictures speak for themselves. I've heard InterFlora is good. Maybe check them out instead.
I ordered a boquet of flowers to be delivered to my aunt and uncle in Italy for their 50th wedding anniversary. Ordered on the 10th to be delivered on the 12th... they didn't arrive so every day for 5 days straight I emailed the company to find out where the order is. NO REPLY. When I check the order status online it says it was dispatched on the 12th. Well. The flowers arrived today on the 17th. 5 days late... in a Closed cardboard box and DEAD.

It was my mother's birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers and some chocolate thorugh FLora Queen. The order was about $100 dollars and never reached its destination. I tried to contact them several times for a refund for not receiving the order, but the company never responded. I think we should contact BBB for a scam.
Floraqueen is a total fraud! This is the second time I ordered some flowers and the 2nd time they lied about the order being delivered when actually the order never reach the recipient. I hope no one ever order from this company again.
What an unconscionable scam! Capitalizing off of people during one of the busiest floral times of the year- Mother's Day. My son spent $180 Canadian for flowers that were never delivered. FloraQueen sent an email, indicating they were! UNBELIEVABLE! I have contacted the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) to apprise them of this scam and as it falls within their Jurisdiction to investigate, hopefully if others see fit to contact their Federal Authorities, this ring can be shut down. Their hollow responses are not seeing money refunded in people's pockets! For those who did have deliveries, were you able to verify it was from a certified, local florist in your area affiliated with FloraQueen?

I ordered the flowers on the 20th of May, It should have been delivered to my French friend on 21st. That was my friend's birthday. I wrote a birthday note But until today, my friend didn't get anything. I've only received one email from this company (FloraQueen) on the 23rd saying they had found a local florist and the flowers were on the way.
