Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
I received potted plant instead of deluxe bouquet. They don't want to give me a refund, instead they suggested 20% voucher for future order. I attach photos. Is any other comment necessary?
I paid a pretty expensive package (flowers, champagne, chocolate and teddy bear) for my niece 30 (!) birthday. The flowers arrived a day after in pathetic and unprofessional conditions (water leaking, the carboard box broken and all messed up inside). I sent an email to complain I never received an answer... STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM!

This was the WORST service ive ever used.
The flowers were ordered on Dec 30th, delivery was scheduled for the 31st. They were not delivered until the 5th of January. Flat dead within 48 hours of delivery. Pitiful service. I do not recommend. Money grabbing for pitiful service and quality.
And the custoner service people cant even write a proper email. You do NOT get what you pay for.

I bought a flower bouquet for valentine's day. It took this "company" less than 10min to withdraw the money from my account.
Unfortunately, the bouquet was not delivered. Since then, I am fighting to get my money back. Most of the time, the helpline does neither respond nor support. It's a scam, in fact robbery.
NEVER AGAIN. I RECOMMEND: DON'T GO WITH THEM!
My order was supposed to arrive on the 11th Oct and so far (15th Oct), my friend didn't receive anything.
I asked for a refund, and they gave me 10€ voucher even tho I spent 68€. After some emails asking where my bouquet was, they sent me the confirmation of delivery, but no one bouquet has been seen. I asked them for the proof of the sign and they disappeared.

I'm very dissatisfied with this company. Ordered a bouquet that lasted 2 days and they do not want to refund despite their "100% money back satisfaction".
The more I look for feedback the more I find negative feedback.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM, they are much better company out there which honour their engagement. They don't even have a Telephone Contact number in the UK
It has been more than 1 week from delivery date and till no NO delivery and NO refund made. I keep getting annoying generic emails asking me to rate their service. I have reported the issue more than I can count yet no solution till todate.
Please and please again... DO NOT US3 THIS SERVICE AT ALL. They are are total scam.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day on the 27th for both my mom and grandmother. I was told on the website that delivery on the 30th was possible. They mention on the French website as well that delivery is thru local flower shops. Instead, flowers have been delivered 4 days late, have been 3 days in transport, received today only. A few of the flowers look faded, a couple needed to be thrown away. Really really disappointing for a purchase of 100+ EUR. Oh, and flowers are coming from Spain and not from a local flower shop! Really scammy!

Only action they come with is - go get them yourself... really? Fly from California to find some flowershop to give to my 80 year old Mother? Check the picture of the order status with today date: Its STILL in preparation?

Took my money and delivered nothing, blaming us for not being home when we certainly were. Offered no alternative and refused to refund any money. I have every reason to think this company is a scam.
I couldn't choose my delivery date upon checkout - MAJOR RED FLAG FOR A FLORAL COMPANY. After reaching out to assign a delivery date, they responded in 24 hours and said it was too late to change the order then proceeded to deliver the flower when they wanted to... obviously it was too late because they failed to respond on time! I've been contacting them for WEEKS now with no response - they are quick to respond to public reviews but ignore emails when customers have issues. Horrible experience overall. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not use this company! I made the mistake of sending flowers to our daughter for her 18th Birthday,
EPIC FAIL! They said they would reimburse delivery charges, never happened. Find literally anyone else to deliver for you, these people will not get it done, and will make excuses for their poor performance! Find a kid on a bicycle, ask him to pick wildflowers and deliver them anywhere in Europe, he will do a better job and most likely will be on time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! I COULD NOT ADD A PHOTO, THEY NEVER DELIVERED!

They told me they didn't had my adress, but i write my information on their website (you can't purchase it unless you fill mail, adress and all those information.
Even though i never received flowers i was not refunded, preety dissapointed, seems like scam to me.
Terrible, paid 60€ for "Deluxe" which claims "a special occasion needs a special bouqet". Ffs… maybe "special" meant that it was prepared by a completely blind, fully paralyzed person… Because the crap that came, looked like the courier just raided someones little balcony garden. The flowers were NOTHING like the ones in the picture, half of it was missing, not even the color was a match… "pink bubbles" - my a**…

They couldn't even manage to deliver it on time.
Even the courier looked embarassed to deliver this little petty bush of absolutely nothing.
Looking at the reviews here, I had to realize that I was still lucky to at least get SOMETHING.
