Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Second time ordering here, and will be the last! What's the point of ordering in advance and choosing a delivery date when they can't deliver on time? The flowers were meant to be given on a specified date (birthday), and it arrived a day later! No matter how many times I try to remind them to send the flowers on time, they still failed to miserably. For the delay and overpriced flowers, they only gave me a €10 coupon code NEVER AGAIN!

They lie about delivering orders, and will just send you wrong address updates untill they have the necessary flowers ready. No customer service at all. The website looks good, that's the only plus.

TERRIBLE. AVOID.
I placed an order for a next day delivery. The flowers are still yet to arrive 2 days later (as I write this). The customer service politely reminded me i clicked the purchase confirmation button that effectively says 'WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE TO DELIVER YOUR FLOWERS WHEN YOU'VE REQUESTED BUT WE'RE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY' and offered me a 20% discount on a future order (on what are significantly overpriced flowers anyway).
So do yourself a favor and AVOID AVOID AVOID.
If you need a flower delivery for the UK. I recommend Serenata.

Worst company I ever dealt with, orders flowers a week in advance for Valentine's Day,, they never arrived, I complained and they fobbed me off saying they would contact the shop day after day until 6 days later and I asked for a refund a woman turned up with the flowers and when told by the recipient that it was too late, left the flowers and ran off
I still want my money back

I ordered flowers 5 days before funeral and not delivered even after 7 days. Floraqueen is not to be trusted. Reason was "logistic issue" but took money the second order was placed. So my brother in law was laid to rest far away from us and without last note of our sorrow. My sincere advice is NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH FLORA QUEEN. By the way I cancelled order and request my money back.

Appalling service. Ordered funeral flower 4 days before funeral for next day delivery.
They weren't delivered, I wasn't informed and I was refused a refund!
They said I had entered a wrong address, I hadn't. Evidence was that I'd ordered for a friend to same address and these were delivered.

This company is a fraud. They charged me for an order I made, and the flowers never made it to destination. Also, think twice before ordering with them because it s impossible to reach them by phone and they take forever to reply by email. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Sent it for a birthday. Got a smaller than the site photo, no roses, almost no lilies. Feels cheated. And there customer service adviced me to give them a second chance...

We ordered the premium bouquet as a birthday present together with a birthday card and vase on 17th December. Bouquet supposed to arrive on 21st December. But unfortunately, it didn't arrive on birthday. And it is not only that the bouquet arrived too late, it arrived in quite bad condition, and with not all flowers which were supposed to be in the bouquet. Premium bouquet is supposed to have more flowers, but here you removed some of them. Bouquet was ordered 5 days in advance, and you managed to not send it on time, even though you have been in that business since 2004, so you should know how long it takes to prepare and deliver flowers.
I was reading your company goals and you didn't meet any of these goals. Especially when it comes to customer focus and "We make People smile". I sent three time follow up e-mail and messages but I didn't get any response. If you are calling this customer focused then I can say that you are not acting as professionals you are acting as scammers.
As I already mentioned, your motto is "We make People smile", only whom you are bringing smile is your bank account, all other parties feel sadness and fraud.

If anyone wants disappointment and fraud, this company is the right address for that!

I paid for a delivery to South Africa on the 10th of September 2020 for delivery on the 12th of September 2020. No delivery was made. Monday 14th got an email to say delivered. Don't know who they delivered to because it certainly was not my wife. I have sent emails and have had no answer as to what they intend to do. I will do anything it takes to make sure other people do not lose money to this company. I will mention their name to anybody who will listen and tell them not to do business with them. They stole my money.

Look at the photos and you'll understand. 100€ for 7 tulipes is quite hard to swallow. One of the most tricky online flower company!

Since a week I try to follow up with my order as it seems stuck at DPD. When I contact to customer service to help me track my package they automatically reply and tell me how to track my order online. I ALREADY DID IT! I cannot also cancel my order as it says my order has been on the way and not possible to get refund. There is no single person i can talk to! All customer service is based on online ticket raising!
NEVER NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE DONT FALL INTO TRAP OF NICE WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Finally, but two weeks too late
The only thing that matters with a florist is timeliness. Timeliness is key because the occasion prompting the flowers is ephemeral, the moment of coming together, whether to grieve or celebrate, is fleeting.

My aunt died over two weeks ago, and they didn't deliver the flowers. I loved my aunt and now I look like an uncaring, inconsiderate fool sending flowers two weeks too late.

I disputed the transaction with my bank after they refused to communicate with me, and that's the only reason they even bothered to suddenly deliver any flowers at all.

They are at worst a scam, and at best completely lacking in customer service... which for a florist is everything.

Tip for consumers:
Use someone else.

Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star for this company. It is very unprofessional! I am not satisfied as my mum received somebody's order. Nothing from the package matched to the order I placed. It is true that there was a extra teddy bear in the box but there was missing a white vase that I ordered and paid! In addition to this, the text on the card was for somebody older! Awful experience!
Imagine that your mum is 54 and she receives an card where is wrote felicitations for 80 years old. The text on the card was also in Spanish language and not the language that I wrote! The flower was a orchid which was old and most of its little flowers fell. The colour that I ordered was yellow and she received an ugly red-brownish colour!
I wrote them and tried to get some refund but I was obviously refused! They said that the order was exactly the one I placed and also high quality! Lairs!
Do not be blind by their reviews on their site!
There are lots of good reviews but I think they keep the good ones only and get rid of the bad ones! I will definitely not recommend FloraQueen to anybody! Please avoid! I paid a lot of money for... a mockery!

It's a honestly a joke of a bouquet that was delivered. Looks NOTHING like the photo online, doesn't even have the right flowers and greenery, and much smaller than the photos as well. We ordered the largest option so that shouldn't be the case at all. I see their IG is full of negative comments so they clearly do this all the time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM HERE. See photos below of what was ordered and what was delivered.

I don't think I need to say anymore about this company horrible customer service. They love to argue with customers and try to prove me wrong. I have all call history and everything to prove that me as a customer is right! This service is garbage. Not reliable. Not on time. It's not even same day delivery if needed. They just don't realize how important or special it is for flowers and gift be delivered on time and in a professional matter. Delivery drivers must follow all guidelines and protocols to ensure the receiver has received the purchase and make sure it's to the right person. It's more about the surprise moment at receiving a gift being delivered to you then just "oh I had to go outside, look around and found the flowers at the side of my building hours after and without any phone calls." I will never use this service again. What a disgrace advertising that it's quick services and ensure this and that to make customers happy and providing that "special moment." The delivery person ruin the special moment!

This is a freaking SCAM and DONT PURCHASE from them! They deliver NOTHING AT ALL on the day I requested, then I emailed them saying that I will dispute the transaction and make sure they receive no money at all. The next day they deliver the bouquet to the address WITHOUT KNOCKING THE DOOR, just QUIETLY QUICKLY SNEAKILY put down the bouquet at the door front and left. And the bouquet as expected, are absolutely no the same as what you ordered on their website, it's NOT THE SAME COLOR, NOT FRESH, and the add on card and chocolates are NOT THERE as well! They just simply a SCAM. So hopefully you could see this review and stop buying anything from them. And tell your friends too! (p.s. I'm going to dispute the money anyways cause these kind of spam company do not deserve in receive any money! I hope you do the same too to cut all these freaking jerks out.)

Hello,

I ordered a flower with chocolate from vip section and supposed to be delivered to my wife for our 1st anniversary to Amsterdam. On the same day of delivery which was last Monday 14/09/2020, I got an email around 1:30 pm that my order is being prepared, at 3:35pm which is after 2 hours I got another email that my order has been cancelled because it is not available in Amsterdam I got angry & disappointed because I can't deliver anything to my wife & to arrive at the same day, I am in Lebanon and my wife in Amsterdam, that is really unprofessional work if I got the email in the morning I could place another thing but not at the end of the day, even i didn't get any option if I want to send something else.
I replied to the email that I got and because of the professional work no one answered me till now. In addition they told me in the email that I will get a full refund but the refund was missed around 16$ from the total amount.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Marrakesh, to a five star resort my friend was staying at to surprise her. They needed a local number, fair enough. For this the delivery was delayed by a few days, which was not ideal, but ok fine.

My friend never received the flowers. When I asked customer service, they didn't apologize. They said " we called the hotel and they did receive the flowers. It is not our fault if your friend never received them." Wow, excuse me?

I paid a lot for these flowers, the least they could do is provide details such as who at the hotel received the flowers, the date and time, and more professional florists would send an image of the flowers.

Don't use their service. You are in the blind on the status of the flowers ( i had to message multiple times to get the latest status) and they do not take responsibility for any mess ups.

I am waiting for them to send me REAL evidence that the flowers have in fact been sent. And if they were sent, they did not just drop it at the reception, without getting a receipt and checking that the recipient is in fact still there at the hotel. This is so basic, and feels like a scam

FloraQueen took my money and never delivered the flowers. They do not respond to questions. I wish I had read more reviews about the site before ordering from them. Do not use this company.

I tried to order flowers for Mother's Day. The flowers never arrived but they would not give me a refund. My story seems to be the same as everyone else's story: "the address was wrong, no one was home, etc." and then they ignore you an wait until the refund window passes.
