Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
I guess although i unscribe they start sending me promo again i ordered two weeks in advance but nothing was delivered. When i look at my history saw the say $#*! last year. This company is a scam

Flowers arrived 2 days late, the bouquet was not what I had ordered, but an ugly / cheap version of it. Super expensive for the quality and service.
What's worse their customer service is completely unhelpful and their website is useless (order number wasn't recognised the whole time, leading me to believe that the order didn't go through).

Till today only a load of garbage excuses on how their delivery courier tried to deliver but there was no delivery made at our apartment. And on top of it they refuse to refund, almost 2 weeks later and still no flowers

NON DISCRIPTIVE, POOR ARRANGEMENT for cost.
The bouquet I purchased was 83.90 nearly £75, I wanted to surprise my daughter whom lives in Singapore for her 30th birthday with there largest bouquet.
What she received was extremely poor and very upsetting, the flowers were fresh but it was really small, very non descriptive it appeared I had spent around £25, really disappointed, customer service no help at all, will never order from them again.
I placed an order on the 30th July for my BEST FRIENDS BIRTHDAY which was today 6th August... 11pm and no delivery.
Floraqueen are very quick to close the sale and process the payment, but try and then get in contact with them!. Impossible, no reply to the customer service mail address, no customer service number, no online chat... literally a black hole!
STAY AWAY.
No delivery on the date requested despite being told all was fine. Numerous emails. Nothing arrived and no apology. I will never use Floraqueen ever again. So so hurtfull.

Half the order didn't arrive (big teddy), which was really upsetting as a first time experience,

At the reviews before placing an order. I ordered a large bouquet of Amaryllis, as per their website on 16 December, eventually, following emails going back and forth to Floraqueen, they sent me several emails in Spanish! I don't understand Spanish! They gave me so many excuses they didn't have the correct address/phone number etc, etc. Eventually the bouquet arrived on 22 December. Have you guessed? It was a completely different bouquet not at all what l ordered. During the ordering process when l came to payment it said l ordered a red vase, which l hadn't, from this l deduced this company was "TROUBLE". Unfortunately, too late l had pressed payment and was unable to cancel my order!
Please do not use Floraqueen they are beyond useless l can only describe them as a SCAM. They will take your money and deliver rubbish. The World is going through a terrible period and we are all stressed out and wondering if we will lose loved ones, have no employment run out of money, and a $#*! company like is operating and stealing money from people who trusted them. If l could meet with the people who run Floraqueen l would give them a piece of mind. These people are TRASH! Unfortunately l am unable to show you a picture of the bouquet or of proof purchase. My friend who received this bouquet are in Slovakia and has just had a baby, I do not want to bother her.

My mistake was not reading all other online reviews before ordering the flowers from FloraQueen. I ordered bouquet to be delivered overseas.
The courier didn't tried to call the recipient to schedule the time and claimed that there was no one at delivery address when he showed up.
The flowers were left over weekend at the post office and when they were available for pick up two days later... well you know how flowers are looking couple of days later.
Besides, the idea to pay quite good money for the guaranteed delivery service was to have flowers delivered to the event.
No apology, refund or replacement product was offered, instead, FloraQueen reps tried to convince me that courier was there but no one was available, while I know for sure that there was a family event and can prove it with the date/time stamped photos at the venue.
After multiple email exchange FloraQueen confirmed that they cannot offer any reimbursement.
I opened the dispute via my credit card company for services not delivered.
I am really dissapointed with the services (NOT) provided by FloraQueen and even more with their customer service, who made no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue.
The bouquet was never delivered. When I rang the number to enquire the phone kept ringing off. I have emailed and the company are just not interested in resolving the problem. The company have £70 of my money and have basically told me its too bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY

BETRAYAL RUDE FAKE - Don't deal with! Don't order large arrangements! I ordered the Deluxe flower arrangement, but they delivered 1/3 of it with half of the flowers missing. Very unprofessional service, not willIng to accept their mistake and make it right. Gladly, I could dispute charges back to my Credit Card.
I paid $130 for a bouquet of flowers and a card to be delivered to my mom for mothers day, they did not deliver nor contact me with any explanation, it is 2 days later and they still have not delivered or sent me a refund, they have on their site "on-time delivery guaranteed" this is a large amount of money to be wasted, every time I go on to the Floraqueen page it says your flowers are being prepared, 4 days being prepared, rediculous company, absolute scam, I want my refund ASAP! Does not even deserve 1 star but it will not allow me to post without it. FLORAQUEEN, I know you read these messages refund my order now, order number: ******* before things get messy.
I will never ever use flora queen again and if you want someone to receive a gift from you, I suggest you use another provider, an order with this guys is flushing you money down the toilet.

Ordered my flowers on behalf of my 6 kids for Mother's day on the Thursday before, received notice that the delivery couldn't be made on Saturday and would be delivered Monday.
Monday and Tuesday came and went and no delivery, wrote 2 emails over this time with minimal response, got an email Wednesday morning that they would be delivered on that day and received a voucher I don't really want, its now Thursday and still no flowers, I've been happy with FloraQueen up until now but this stuff up is monumental, Mother's day was a let down, kids were let down, and I can not write exactly how I feel about this.
It's a week now since I ordered and paid for the flowers, another email has been sent asking for a full refund,

I'm very upset with the service I have had, my flowered were supposed to be delivered a week ago, I accidentally typed my fiancés phone number wrong, they contacted me and I corrected it and gave them the correct phone number, ever since then my order has still not arrived, I've sent 4 emails and there is no phone number to contact, I can't get my money back or see where my order is, I've reached out many times, definitely don't trust them because my money has basically been stolen

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I stupidly did not look at reviews for FloraQueen before ordering. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on her 21st birthday. They never came. I can't even explain how disappointed I was. I've never missed her birthday and due to covid I could not be there. Having something from me to her to arrive on her special day meant a lot.
I contacted FloraQueen. After some of my messages were ignored, I eventually got a reply that said 'we're sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order.'
That was all. They couldn't care one bit.
I sent more messages which again, were ignored.
After a message I sent requesting a reimbursement for the overpriced flowers, I got a reply to say a refund was being processed. When an experience like this happens, you realise the damage has been done and that being refunded means nothing. The disappointing feeling will never go away.
It is interesting to note that what happened to me happened to many others, as I noticed from the reviews. It makes me think about the humans who run Floraqueen. Are they human? Zero compassion. Flowers mean a lot to people, they are more than just an order or a sale. However this is something Floraqueen will never bother to understand.
Utterly disappointing.
Lesson learned: always, always, always read the reviews before ordering off a website.

Hi all potential users of this company. Recently I sent flowers with a vase with Floraqueen to my friend in New Zealand. I paid about 100 Euros. My friend sent me a thank you email plus a photo of the delivered flowers, which are nothing like what I paid for. Basically I ordered some expensive flowers with a vase, Floraqueen delivered a bunch of crap flowers without a vase. I wrote to their complaint department and got no answer.
This company may be no more than a website with a couple of cheaters. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Ordered cava to go along with the flowers, but received a cheap red wine. Typed a heartfelt message that was supposed to go on the card, but all they wrote was "Enjoy this wonderful present." After filing a complaint, all customer service did was send me a weird responce talking about their authenticity and their fresh-cut flowers. It was very obviously a cut-and-paste message. They offered no further sollution. No refund, no extra delivery, nothing.
DO NOT ORDER HERE.
Paying €62,- for a very small bouquet, the wrong drink delivered, a card without a message (or a name) and NO REFUND (currently trying through PayPal), is NOT WORTH IT!
Oh, and you will also get spammed with their newsletters every single day despite unsubscribing tons of times. Buyer beware.
