Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

Flowers were never delivered, I paid an extra charge to have them delivered on a different date, no answer to my emails/No phone number for this company to inquire. I will not be using them again

Made excuses that they couldn't deliver my flowers & Bear and told me there is no refunds either, taking my money without delivery, putting the bear back into stock and charging me the whole fee, no different then someone on the street robbing me of my money, how do I know they even tried to deliver my flowers, there offer was 30 % on my next order, wow what a deal instead of them taking my $100, next time only losing $70 instead, NO Thanks SCAM once enough for me!

Not received flowers same as most people they took £70 from my daughter and didn't deliver flowers no communication and don't answer emails or calls
Disgusting stealing money from hundreds of people

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter for her birthday - not delivered and they are impossible to contact. Money taken from my account of course. Do not trust this company!

DO NOT ORDER - FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I already write a review, and it appears that the review is not anymore showing! DO NOT TRUST GOOD REVIEWS. SCAM! This company is a shame! I ordered flowers for a birthday for €90 and never been delivered. I sent many times emails to get the order status and... no response!

I sent an email to get a refund... no response!

This is absolutely not a company but only guys who want to make money as fast as possible. No customer service, fake order tracking.

I already now they stole my money! I'm currently taking legal actions against them. Pure fraud!

This company needs to be closed now before they do other victims!

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT TRUST GOOD REVIEWS PLEASE!

This is a SCAM not a company that makes too many vistims. People need to be protected and this "company" to be closed!

I ordered the flowers on Thursday August 6th for delivery the next day in Italy. On the Friday 7th in the late afternoon the flowers are picked up by their delivery company, Poste Italiane, 140 km from the delivery location. Poste Italiane doesn't even do delivery over the weekend, so not only had they any possibilty to deliver on Friday as promised. The flowers then spent 3 days in Poste Italiane's warehouse. They refuse to refund, although they knew by the time of my purchase that they would never be able to deliver in time, as their closest florist was 140 km away. They did not deliver fresh flowers as I had bought, the flowers looked like they had spent 3 days in a box. I have now filed a complaint with EU's Online Dispute Resolution:

I recommend others to do the same to stop them from this fraud.

We're should I start.

I would preferred to just say that I could have come all the way to Italy from India and deliver the flowers myself to my grandma.
Her birthday was on 19th oct and you guys deliver the flowers post 23rd Oct.
And the cherry on the cake was that there is no way to contact you guys and get to know where the hell was my stuff.

So there is an large area of improvement for you here to invest some money in costumer service.

And yes in India 60euros is someone's monthly salary. So next time please don't just send formatted msgs in reply to your consumers..

I ordered flowers as a surprise gift for a Birthday. These flowers never arrived and I was not notified. Once I realised the issue I contacted FloraQueen, they then sent an email offering me late delivery and a 20% voucher. I requested late delivery and a full refund. They never responded to my email for a number of days so I emailed them again. I was then told that I would get either a full refund or late delivery but not both, I was "not entitled to a full refund" if they were to send the order.
After sending many emails, I was forced to accept only a refund and my gift never made it to my loved one. This service is absolutely abysmal. The customer service team were shocking and had no compassion whatsoever. The company had no intention to notify me that my delivery was unsuccessful and were happy to go forward without compensation to their customer. After paying for a service, it should not be expected that the customer must ruin a surprise gift to find out if the order had been delivered or not. This company needs to have a serious evaluation of it's services and understand that what they are operating is unacceptable.

DO NOT ORDER flowers from FloraQueen (Amsterdam). The company is absurd, and if you want to get what you paid for, don't order from them. We ordered flowers, a vase and a birthday card for my sister's birthday. We paid more for express delivery (delivery on the chosen date) so the flowers could come for her birthday. First, they were a couple of days late and what is even worse they messed up our order completely! We ordered Deluxe flowers and got Medium, we ordered Tulpe vase and got Sandy. They also charged us for our original order and not for what they delivered, which costs less. The only thing that they didn't mess up is a birthday card. What is also important to mention is that the flowers look like someone picked them up from the street, stepped on them, and then delivered them. Their service and flowers are appalling! They also didn't offer us a refund but a 30% voucher code for our next order (as if we will order from them ever again). The queen that is in their name can only suit them if it is meant as queen of disaster because that is what they are. An absolute disaster!

I prefer to give ZERO stars but I can't. Anyway, I paid over $117 for a bouquet and a bottle of wine that was never delivered and wasn't given a refund, voucher or told they can try and deliver them again. Product was supposed to be delivered 2/14 and never was. The following day I was sent an invoice with an incorrect delivery address. When I was asked support if perhaps my merch had been shipped to an incorrect address I was told they were DELIVERED to the CORRECT address. They were not. I waited a few days and asked what was going on and was told they would look into it. I messaged support 3 days later and was told an attempt was made to deliver to the correct address but nobody answered the phone. Phone? I didn't supply a phone #. There is a doorman at the building who takes the packages. He would have assisted. That being said, I was told that nothing more could be done and thanking me for understanding. Understanding? Understanding what? I was given the run around and now I'm out $117. No flowers, no refund, no voucher no NOTHING. Anyway, that was my experience.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on a Saturday delivery so the day before. I ordered a deluxe bouquet of gerberas as there my wives favourite from the children it cost £60 as a deluxe version.
Firstly my wife never received them for Mother's Day they turned up 4 days late and they were sent via another florist not even from floraqueen... from what I can work out they take your money for a premium product that they advertise and then just place an order for a basic bouquet with a local florist to you and you get a basic bunch of flowers you could purchase from Tesco for £20 at most...

Once I got a reply they said that I received what I paid for? So if I paid for a standard version of the gerberas and not the deluxe version I guess I would of received just an empty box...
This company is a scam don't buy from them and they don't care and fob you off saying you got what you paid for but after seeing all the reviews saying pretty much as I have I can't see how they can keep going and I'm sure trading standards and other bodies will be after them soon... I for one will be reporting them...

They have Not Called the recipient, No Delivery, still no contact or Delivery the day after supposed delivery, No contact from FloraQueen since contacting customer Service "where is my order"

I would NOT Recommend this service to anyone

The flowers I ordered arrived to my friend's (who lives in another country) place on the day I indicated and the flowers look close enough like the picture. I was satisfied with the product. The card I ordered with it also arrived.
What I wasn't satisfied with (which is why I only put three stars) is the customer service. The order page to put the address in was hard to navigate, that's why the address was shown faulty. I wasn't able to change it so I wrote an e-mail. When I tried to contact customer service, I never got a reply. It was my first time using a flower shipping service, so it made me very nervous. I only ever received e-mails from the country's post service updates, which put me at ease a little. It's still odd, however, that a website who is so adamant about having good customer service would never reply to my messages. If you want to see your order update on their website, you need an account. But nowhere does it say "create an account", only "log in", which is weird. If you go to "forgot password", you can actually make a "new" password and log in, but that's such a round-about way to do it. It's really hard to navigate and frustrating.
I'm thankful for the flowers that made my friend happy, but if I ever need to send flowers again, I might use a different service with better customer service.

"When the flowers arrive on time I am beyond pleased. The quality is excellent, but sometimes I think the communication on delivery status is a bit lacking. Overall, I am very satisfied."

Is what I said before I decided to use them more than twice.
Again, Another order has failed to be delivered on the day requested. I mean, why would I actually want Valentines flowers delivered on Valentines Day. Crazy right?! I have ordered these flowers well in advance because as a retailer who is in charge of logistics I know that the Valentine season can be very hectic. I ordered these flowers on the 3rd of February.

Thank You for nothing. Each time that you said that I would be reimbursed for my inconvenience, I was not. I am done with your company. I am so let down and disappointed that I can't even explain. I could have at least gotten a warning that the flowers would be late, or not arriving at all so that I could have made better arrangements.

I know that you may think that you only sell a product that will die, but as someone who is in charge of logistics for a jewelry company I can tell you that it is much more! You are selling emotions unfortunately, and there is a greater responsibility when this is involved. Save your money in the future, and use a better known company because this company does not care.

Please never trust a company who wont let you leave a review directly with them. Yes, I had a couple of success stories over the last 12 months, but, unfortunately some disasters. I know there's a global pandemic and I've been patient... but this time it really takes the biscuit. After my investigations, the florist this company uses in Frankfurt/Hanau sends the delivery addresses electronically to DHL... WITHOUT the street name! Then, they try and palm you off saying it was delivered on the Friday, when I spent the Saturday night online with DHL attempting to resolve their mess.
I wouldn't have minded them to be delivered on the Monday, but Floraqueen then had the arrogance to repeatedly tell me it was delivered! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! How could they without the street name?
Delivery issues I get, but follow up customer service, I do not.
DO NOT USE THEM.

My daughters order has not been delivered as requested on the 12 th of June for my birthday. Very poor to none excisting customer service. No reply on messages! 2 days later no reply and no flowers. Internet is full with complaints. Their Instagram page and Facebook is full with complaints of people who have been scammed. And they also delete the complaints, so they can trick people into buying flowers which are never delivered.

Addition: Today aroound 17u I recieved my flowers, after a several complaints. Talked to my florist who delivered, and they told me they only received the order around 13u, which means, if I didn't complained they probably never would have given the order to my local florist. If you compare with what they advertise, there is a huge difference, but atleast I received flowers.

Properly ordered and payed on 11.02.2018, to deliver the flowers on 24.02.2018 to Nuremberg, Germany (not to remote village). The flowers delivered on 26.02.2018. The quality - bad. Frosted flowers.
