Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

The birthday flowers I ordered didn't arrive then I couldn't contact them. I think this is a scam company and you will lose your money. Stay away!
I just wanted to update, that Floraqueen.com have refunded the money I paid for mothers day flowers that never came.
Avoid. 4 deliveries never arrived, 8 e mails sent to them over 5 days, be response. I will be reporting them for fraud.

The flowers never arrived, they say that there was nobody at the adress (lies) they send an empty DHL link so no tracking and they even answer sending a discount for the next time. BIG SCAMMERS

A few years ago, I decided to send some flowers through FloraQueen, and they didn't arrive. It was for the anniversary of a family member's passing. These flowers needed to arrive on a specific day because my mother has been expecting them every day for the past 20 years. Obviously, they didn't arrive, and I had to argue with them, send a thousand emails, and they provided no solution, etc. This year, I decided to give them a second chance, and the same situation occurred. The flowers didn't arrive, even though I ordered them with a 5-day lead time. I even called on the same day at 1:00 PM to confirm that everything was fine. At 7:00 PM, the order was still shown as "in preparation." The flowers indeed did not arrive, and it was the same story again. After a thousand emails and calls, they told me they would refund my money in 10 days and that they wouldn't provide any solution. They offered a 20% discount on the next bouquet, but they weren't addressing the issue with the bouquet I had ordered. THEN THEY SAY YOU SHOULD GIVE SECOND CHANCES... I'm telling you, don't do it with this company. The website looks nice, but the most important thing is for the bouquet to arrive on the requested day, and they don't fulfill that. I WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered for my father's funeral since I was unable to travel to Germany due to the pandemic. However, on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I instead discovered that the order had been cancelled. I have never received an explanation for why that happened.
I immediately placed a new order since I was determined to send something to my mother despite the fact that the funeral was now past. Unfortunately that order was delayed, again with no explanation. The worst part is that the flowers that were finally delivered just barely resembled what I had ordered. The response from the company was that it was the correct type and number of flowers. I don't care if it was the correct number of flowers, I care that the bouquet looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. It basically looked like someone just grabbed a few handfuls of flowers and shoved them together. A toddler could have done better.
At this point, I just want a refund for the cancelled order. Their website claims it takes up to 10 working days for a refund, however it has now been at least 20 working days and still nothing. We are now planning to report the charge to the credit card company as a fraudulent charge. There seems to be no other option. Their customer service is a joke since it takes multiple days to get even an initial response from them. Probably hoping that people will get frustrated and give up. The only thing that they have offered for messing up the 2nd order is 20% off a future order, which is also a joke since I will NEVER use this company again. I just want the refund for the 1st order that THEY cancelled. They claim it was already refunded, but that is clearly a lie.

My mother never received anything in France! It was her 90 th birthday! I called her on the 16 it was 9 pm in France she still had received nothing
The only place for the plant delivered by Floraqueen was the rubbish bin! No reply following complaint.
