Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

This company offers the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The flowers were sent to the wrong address despite their confirmation of the correct one. Consequently flowers arrived in a completely different location in France. They said it was my error and refused to accept liability, offer a refund and now ignore all emails. They claim to be "experts in international flower delivery" which they are clearly not. They still have £68 of my money and do not respond to any communication. This must be fraud and theft?! Use this company at your peril.
I had a not so good experience. I made 2 orders; one to London, UK and one to Lima, Peru both to be delivered Christmas Eve. At no point was there a great tracking system, the needle always said "being prepared". On Christmas Eve the flowers arrived in London but for Peru it was not the same. I gave Flora Queen the address and as the person did not open the front door, they left a card to say they had delivered to another address (image of card attached and image of confirmation email with delivery address attached; 2 completely different addresses). Why! I do not know. To date, I have not had a response from Flora Queen as I complained as the recipient in Lima, Peru never received her flowers which were expensive and I have sent them 3 complaint emails, the last one asking for a refund. I will never use them again!

If there was an option for 0 stars that is what I would have given. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Christmas Eve, did not arrive, still not arrived. I have sent 5 emails for a refund, no reply, but still being bombarded by promotion emails. Dont think I am going to see my money back or an apology, disgraceful customer service.
First order was not delivered, company offer as refund ticket for new order. I made the same order but in 2 weeks price was increased by +4€. Second order was delivered 2 days latsr than requested. Flower shipped by DPD, almost die during 2 days of shipping. Quality of flower absolutely does not reach price 55€, but around 20€ at most... I have no idea how this company can work with this quality. NEVER MORE! See picture what is expected from website and reality what come.

The bouquet which had been ordered 4-5 days in advance for an important occasion, came 2 days later with dead flowers and chocolates in the box melted. They don't seem to inderstand what their job is about. My advice is to avoid them.

My order was # *******. The flowers were NOT DELIVERED to the recipient. Tried 3 times to contact Customer. Service with absolutely NO response. I have not heard a thing from them. Their web site did not work well either. These were very important flowers to be sent to my daughter (who was recovering) on her birthday. I wish I knew about this site before I ordered. Please be warned... Look at the reviews. This so-called company is horrible.

I ordered through this company flowers for my mother s birthday and specifically said for what day I wanted to receive them considering that was a b day present.
At the end the flowers never arrived and also I never received any e mail or anything to inform me about delivery delay or any problem, so I didn't even have time to organise something else

Shady dealings, definitely a fake business, and of course they never deliver anything they just steal your money. If anyone can tell us how we can get them in trouble, please do. It seems they've made a living scamming everyone they can, they need to be stopped.

I bought a bouquet to be delivered on 10/02. It has never arrived. I have written several times (more than 5 already) asking for details. Nobody tells me where the order stands; if it will be delivered once, or they will pay me back the money.
No answer at all. This is a shame.
Total rip off! There are issues with the website and when things are going wrong they are really difficult to get on to. By the time you do, they basically say "bad luck" keep the money - No replacement or refund! I will never use them again.

I order a bouquet for my mothers bday. I checked the date of delivery several times since I had a issue last time. But again it changed the date, one week earlier. I called the very next day, the person stated the order was placed and he will try to help and call me back. Never heard from him again. I am so disappointed.
I ordered an Orchid for my daughter and it was delivered the next day. The Orchid is exquisite, large lovely flowers in a stylish pot.

Ordered 3 days ahead of the required delivery date, they set the delivery date a day later than ordered and agreed. They just got it wrong. Messed up my anniversary surprise for my wife. They Didn't answer customer help requests and there isn't a phone number to call... so couldn't resolve anything.
So all in all... bloody useless, I could have used anyone else in the city local and I would have got the flowers delivered as requested! - So Floraqueen didn't keep their contract and didn't deliver. Evidence attached on date mess up.

There is no reason to use a site that takes a specified delivery date then doesnt deliver- that is their service to do that, so just don't bother using them if you need to have the flowers on the day required- funerals, weddings, anniversaries are on a specific day - so the service must deliver as agreed.

The flowers do not arrive during her birthday.
The day after I receive a message saying that the flowers arrive (?), and that I should contact them in case of trouble.
Now I find all these reviews, where many people expose that FloraQueen are scammers.
Never using them again, and asking now a refund on PayPal.

This was undoubtedly the worst purchase experience I have ever had. The flowers ordered were completely different from the flowers sent. All were of definitely worse quality. On top of that, I paid extra for a specific delivery date, and the flowers were delivered on a later date. It took me over a month and an unbelievable amount of emails to various employees to receive about half of a refund. They haven't answered my last 3 emails about receiving the rest. FloraQueen sent me their return policy as if I wouldn't read it, but under their own policy I was entitled to a full refund. Never again. STAY AWAY.
I ordered flowers and a vase for a funeral in Wales. First I received an email stating address unknown, then 2nd email with order confirmation was immediately charged on Visa in Canadian dollars. I then received another invoice in Euros stating 2 days overdue asked for explanation still none I emailed at least 5 times asking for explanation but after days received no proper information. Flowers did get delivered fortunately on time but when i saw the photos the arrangement i ordered was not there. I do not want to ask family members about this at such a sad time but I didn't see the vase either. Very disgusted with Floraqueen and would give them a ZERO rating if I could.

I ordered two flower orders for the same address on the same day. One arrived, one did not! There is no number to call, no live chat, your only the option to email them through their website. I have attempted to reach them with no success. Sent 6 emails! No response whatsoever! No customer service at all! Buy your flower somewhere else! I am out of pocket $100 and have a recipient with no flowers! So disgusted by this company!
Requested flowers to be delivered Feb 14th and there was a delay. They next said Feb 19th. And nothing. I reached out again and they said sorry there's no florists to fullfil order so they canceled my order and said they will give me a voucher -__-! So you ruined my day and give me a voucher that you cannot fullfil? Sounds like a big scam to me! Terrible
What a lame excuse for a business. I ordered a straight forward 12 pink roses (10 days in advance of delivery). The recipient got red roses, not even close to a dark shade of pink. There was a personal reason I ordered PINK! I contacted customer service and got a completely lame (we're sorry abou that) letter filled with excuses that they did nothing out of the ordinary. What a crock of crap...

BEWARE! Scam company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Indonesia. There is no way to get in touch with them after you place an order. Their site would not recognize my email, although they were sending me emails. Their listed phone number was not in service.
They sent me an email that the order was being shipped. Within a day, the intended recipient contacted me and said a compay had contacted her and said that a flower delivery was ready for her but she had to pay because I had not. Floraqueen had already gotten my $106.54
I am going through my bank and PayPal to try and get my money back from these scammers.
Lesson learned- Always research a company you have never used before. I should have known better.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered internationally. They were never delivered but my account was charged. I have been unable to contact customer service to resolve the issue and get a refund. Their website does not offer a phone number to contact nor have they provided me one when requested via email. The online form that is required to be filled can not be submitted because it claims that my order number doesn't exists.
I spent 164 Australian dollars or 104 euros to send a bunch of flowers to Australia and paid extra for it to arrive the day after. They arrived after 5 days, after I had to chase them down and they delivered a lousy bunch of flowers worth about 15 euros at the most.
It was a bad experience that also made me look bad.
They promised me 50% of my money back and 8 days have gone by but no refund has arrived.
