Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
No order no reimbursement! THEY messed up the delivery address on their side - proof is my order and invoice but they said it was wrong so not their problem - I am out of a lot of money and I am disappointed as the person who should have received the gift really needed something positive right! Won't ever recommend or use them again - disgusting and customer "care" is rude! I have attached my order with the delivery address and their internal delivery note where the address is messed up! They called and I gave the address again iver the phone
Ordered flowers for a specific day which was confirmed on their site. Then it changed to the day after. They 'apparently' then tried to deliver the flowers 3 times but said they couldnt find the place or the person was not home. This is a development that has 24/7 security and office. No way to speak to anyone as there is no phone number, nobody called me to ask where they can deliver. DO NOT USE!

My small gesture has been delivered, however the person who should have been surprised was never contacted on that day nor told where the package would be placed. She found the package by mistake the next day. I have tried to contact you on the special day, however I could not reach anyone, as you only work on weekdays. I am not a picky customer and I understand that mistakes can happen, however my surprise has been ruined and I made a follow ol of myself. I hope this will help you and your partners avoid such cases in the future.
I bought a bouquet for valentines day but they were bot even bothered to delivery it instead just excused like delivery address not correct etc. and at the end they do not want to refund you for never received bouquet. Do not even think to buy anything from this scammers.

Really, really terrible experience. Was offered a price of £59 for a bouquet (on offer, reduced by 30%) but AFTER clicking the checkout my card was actually charged £85. What was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered - it was pathetic and embarrassing and certainly nowhere near worth £59 let alone £85.
I have exchanged 6 messages with customer services at FloraQueen, each time waiting several days for a response. So far they have refused to refund the overcharge and flatly deny that what was delivered was substandard despite providing pictures.
DO NOT use FloraQueen.

Firstly they delayed the delivery without offering the option to cancel the order where it was crucial for the flowers to arrive on the day they meant to arrive. I had to order flowers elsewhere so incurred double cost because they refused to refund the money even though their flowers were delayed even further to 4 days after the birthday, and at the end did not even arrive at all. Still, no refund, and customer service ignored several emails and finally responded that it did arrive, and that's it. When I requested proof of where it was delivered they sent me some screenshot from their internal system showing status DELIVEREd but no address no details, no courier showing where to whom it was delivered. It is a rip off!

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. Not a holiday, they were a day late in delivery with no explanation. I emailed twice regarding the late delivery and they never responded. When the bouquet finally came it was no better than a $20 grocery store bouquet of flowers. I ordered a premium upgrade of flowers and it was a pretty sad joke! I understand that the bouquet can look different due to different flower availability but the quality and volume of flowers should be the same as the picture I ordered from. Then when I emailed that I was not happy with the delivery they also did not respond I have now given them five days to do so. Overall this company is not punctual, has terrible customer service and does not deliver what is promised. The first picture is what I got, the second picture is what I ordered. Don't waste your money on this company.

I bought flowers for my grandmother, who is mourning the passing of my 105 year old great-grandmother. I couldn't attend the funeral because eI live in USA and she lives in the Dominican Republic. The flowers are terrible. I asked for a refund and they said "We offer you a discount code for the same amount as the bouquet." They do not even want to refund me fir the horrible quality. I am so disappointed and heartbroken!

Had ordered 110$ USD worth of flowers and accidentally double ordered. When I went to cancel the order five hours later, before the flowers we're prepared, they said they could not issue a refund.
I understand if it is a giant bouquet that has already been prepared, but these had not. Very upsetting.
Terrific!, very correct in what you get and i used to be very inspired while FloraQueen has made all the efforts to supply their product on time and with the anticipated fine!. I would recommend FloraQueen services to all people. After my awful stories in the beyond the usage of web sites to send flower for unique occasions in the beyond i have in the end found a organization that stands on their promises. I will without a doubt can be the use of FloraQueen once more!.
My delivery was 3 days late. When it arrived the flowers were nothing comparable to the advertised picture, the vase was not the one I ordered, there was no note with the delivery and worst of all the flowers were painted to disguise the fact they were dying. They have been ignoring my contact with their customer service and I would highly recommend never using this company.

What went wrong? I paid the money and nothing was delivered. Oh no, Sorry they were delivered a day and a half late after paying for a quicker service. Whats app is a robot loop so no one to talk to. I order Premium package and what is delivered even below the basic package with only 2 flowers and poor quality items. I requested to correct the mistake and to deliver a new package that match my original order, but the gave me a discount for next purchase which I don't want to use or repeating the same mistake. Instead of sharing happiness the share disappointment. The did not respond or take action to correct their mistake by sending a new flowers that match the paid fees for my special occasion that they ruined.
I understand some flowers may not be available and substitutions may need to be made, but the arrangement had been changed almost in its entirety. My mom's favorite color is purple. The first image is the one I chose. The second image is what was delivered. There was unequivocally no similarities between the flowers i ordered and the ones that were delivered. In addition, it does not look like it was professionally arranged either. It looks like they just went in a circle sticking in stems, lots of leaves and filler flowers like baby's breath, etc., and then stuck 3 white flowers dead center shooting out the top. There was no continuity or fluidity in its appearance. Lastly, ON THE DAY they were delivered one of the feature flowers in WHITE was browning as were two of the roses, which were DEEP PINK not lavender as shown in the photo I selected. Overall VERY disappointing for $70!

Why? The delivery was two days late, the amount stems were well below those shown in the photo and the bouquet (if you can call it that) was in a shabby condition. I was upset as my daughter in law and just had a baby and lives in France and because of lockdown not able to be there. They are not a company I would do business with and I will certainly try my hardest to get compensated. My chances? They have not replied to my complaint email... more than 2 weeks later. In addition, on their site they seemingly have good reviews. Must be fake because elsewhere the reviews are $#*!E! I only gave one star because I had to for the review process to work but I would have kept it at zero.

I tried again Floraqueen service since last time The experience was pretty bad but the costumer care was proactive and very helpful.
Well, this time I had again a pretty bad experience with their services. First of all the flowers were delivered 2 days late, which is not acceptable, they should state in the website that delivery time is just an estimate.
Second, the box arrived completely wet and destroyed, and half of the flowers were ruined.
Btw, the flowers were a gift for the same person as last time... so double shame for me!
