Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler

Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

Flowers ordered for my sister's birthday were not delivered to her home, but instead left at a "local" post office.
Their courier claimed that the "recipient" was not home at the time of delivery. That is a lie!
She was home the whole day, and nobody came at the door, no phone call was made, no note was left, that the delivery attempt was made, and the "parcel" (that how on their website they called a luxury bouquet I ordered) should be picked up at a certain post office.
Nobody ever bothered to come to her place

So if you don't want your dear ones to be left without flowers on their special day, and your money wasted, do not use FloraQueen

They do not deliver in time or never deliver. Impossible to track your order. They keep your money and that's it. Do not trust this company. Keep your money safe in your pocket or go directly to another web site.
I ordered twice (second time to give an opportunity). First time the deliverer arrived one day later and insulted my girlfriend in Saint Valentine's day. Second time they did not deliver at all and kept the money. No solutions from the customer support area, no money back.
Do not be stupid and keep away of Floraqueen. They will steal your money and, on top of that, they will mess with your beloved people.
Floraqueen = trash, rubbish.

Worst service ever, do not buy from them, it's a scam!. I ordered two orchids for my sisters and my moms birthday and they both arrived broken and withered. I lost 100 euros and made the worst impression with those broken flowers. It's a scam, do not buy from them! Report page!

The flowers were recieved 4 days late and they were a completely different bunch of flowers. I sent an email relaying the issues. I was told that I could get a 10% refund or 30% gift voucher. For the price I paid, I expected 50% refund at minimum. They have yet to reply back to message These people are crooks, expect to receive flowers the wrong flowers. I added a pic of what I paid for and what was received.

I butted mite to join their sure instead
Unable to join due to me email being on the purchase order.

Cancelled that day- twice.
Sent an email to say same
They don't send flowers on the day and confirm same by email to me.

They sent the flowers the day after her birthday which was the day I first complained about the no refund.

06/14/22 I ordered a bouquet for my wife, for a family celebration, with delivery on 06/17/22.
The bouquet was delivered on 06/20/22.
The bouquet looked cheap, all the flowers were dried up, the vase was not worth the money, the celebration was ruined.
The support service does not solve anything, they sent a discount coupon for the next order.
IT WILL NEVER BE!
Disgusting service, the company does not value its reputation.
I do not recommend.

The flowers I ordered arrived wilted and looked horrible. I sent a message to them at the email address they have listed to contact and they never responded. Strong recommendation to avoid FloraQueen.

I advise all to avoid this company. I ordered 3 days ago and paid a high price for flowers and chocolate but still not delivered. Morevere, they told lies about delivery time.
No, they stop even responding to my queries. Unfortunately, I am cheated and my money is gone.
Avoid them...

We ordered flowers and candy for my mother-in-law for Christmas. The orchid was delivered DEAD. My husband has been trying to contact customer service to no avail. This service is expensive and a total waste of money. The WORST!

Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. They arrived 3 days late and were of very poor quality. The highlight was the card which was bent, damp and stapled to the invoice for the flowers. Terrible service.

There are many companies that that deliver flowers. In these difficult times they will be happy to have your business and service you to your satisfaction. I ordered flowers for my Mom's BD. They were not delivered and I was never contacted to report a problem. And it was not until I opened a dispute in PayPal that my email to their customer service was responded to. They did issue a full refund but my mom did not receive the flowers :(
I order flowers with different companies and never had anything like this happen before. If they can't deliver, they contact you, this company did not do me this courtesy.

Tthe worst ever
After we agreed if the flower didn't received by Time and if floraqueen didn't contact the receiver I will ask for refund, they didn't keep their promise and trying to escape from refunding my order that didn't even deliver neither on time or to receiver at all.

Even the voucher not received

This company was reported to econsumer.gov by me and will also inquire what needs to get done to have this company banned from doing business in the US. I wish I would have checked out their reviews before placing an order last week. The flowers I ordered never got delivered and customer service should not even call them customer service, they do not respond to inquiries and ignore your inquiries! I am sure out of the $90, but rest assured... I will never use this company again and will make sure that family and friends will stay away from this company as well. I am beyond pissed about the lack of professionalism and non existence of their "Customer service". Just GARBAGE!

Ordered flowers three days in advance for my sister's birthday and the flowers never arrived. Instead of reimbursing me, this company has given me the run around and will not give me the refund that i deserve. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Not sure how this company is still business with their poor reputation and failure to meet their obligations.

I have sent this message to Floraqueen about five times and they simply refuse to acknowledge receipt or respond. When you fill out the online form and hit SEND, it responds with website does not exist. They are SCAMMERS. I wish I could give them zero stars.
My Order, *******, was delivered to the incorrect address. The confirmation receipt (attached photo) that was emailed to me has the correct address and telephone to an address in Kimberley, South Africa. The product was delivered to someone in Cape Town South Africa. I have no idea why the information was changed, but at this moment, I would prefer to have a full refund of my money.

I placed an order for over $100 for an orchid and card to be sent from USA to Croatia. I got false information stating that my order was delivered. I found out that nothing arrived in Croatia. I reached out to FloraQueen to question the delivery. They emailed back days later, stating that they do not have a florist that could deliver to the part of Croatia that I needed; yet the website confirmed that they delivered to that zip code prior to me placing the order. I think this is extremely unprofessional. Due to the company's lack of communication and correct information on their website, a sympathy gift with my condolences was never delivered. It has been nearly a week and I am still waiting on my refund.

Ordered a bouquet for my mum. The delivery took a little longer than expected due to the current situation which is understandable. She is so happy with them. The bouquet looked great seeing as it travelled in a box for a week or so! Looked exactly the same as the picture on the website. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

I ordered the biggest bouquet and they sent a ridiculously small bouquet, and flowers were not opened yet…conclusion a tiny bouquet of no flowers! Unacceptable!
Customer service told me that it is nice to see in a few days how they bloom. What a shame! A TOTAL FRAUDE

I ordered flowers for Valentines day - expensive flowers (99.75 Euros). They were never delivered. I had to chase Floraqueen who eventually replied they couldn't deliver them and they couldn't provide a refund either - incredible. I am now endeavouring to recover money through Paypal - but even this is proving tortuous. Either way, do not order from this company if you actually want to get what you paid for - or if you expect to be reimbursed fairly if something goes wrong. It is incredible in this current day that a company thinks it is acceptable to take your money and not provide any service whatsoever - it is equivalent to stealing my money from my bank account - no integrity or honesty whatsover

I requested flowers for wedding on a certain date and two days after requested date still no delivery. While they reimbursed my money at my request they created tears sadness on what should have been a happy day for my sister. Not even a apology! D not use these guys for anything

My order was stated to be delivered on a Friday back in February and was never delivered. The florist called the recipient on Saturday to tell her she can come pick up the flowers as they don't re-deliver but I have major issues with this. For one if they were able to contact the recipient on Saturday why wasn't there an attempt to contact the customer on Friday when the "said delivery" was attempting to complete the delivery. Secondly the recipient is dealing with major health issues therefore going to pick up the flowers is not an option hence me ordering something to be delivered. I wasn't even contacted when they tried to make the delivery and this is completely unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with this order and the mismanagement of the delivery. Now months later they still won't refund me for a delivery that never happened. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

I will NEVER use this agency again. My order has still not been delivered and I am unable to speak to a REAL person. All I get is a form response. This agency has no phone number to call. A complete disaster.

Unresolved problems with delivery, unfriendly and unprofessional. Have spoiled a nice surprise. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the hospital for the birth of the baby. It's day 10 and the flowers are still not there due to various issues. Never again...

I would not even give one star. Placed my order that was 70.00 to check it two weeks later to see that the order has failed. I contacted the company to find out which which was extremely difficult as they do not have a email for customer service or number. I managed to send a message through the website 2 weeks later to receive a reply to say the courier could not locate the address. As my number is UK and delivery to France they did not call. They have refused to refund my money, they are not replying to any emails and I'm expected to just walk away 70.00 out of pocket and no answer to why no one contacted me. This company delivers internationally so should well equipped for phonecalls but I did not receive one nor was I given the opportunity to check if there was an issue with the address. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone the customer is shocking and I generally feel they are taking money and not delivering okay regular occurrence.
