Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!

My husband had order bouquet of pictures which was on them page. There was big bouquet of 14 roses and 5 lillies. But Į received 4 roses and 2 lillies. Price of this bouquet was 75 euro.

Ordered flowers & wine to be delivered 4th June in Belgium, date accepted and payment taken. It is now the 7th June and the delivery date has been pushed back 3 times with a new date of 8th June. No explanation, crap communication. Do not use this company if you want gifts to be delivered on a specific date.

This company is a scam. Very very bad. They have fake emails. No way of getting hold of them. Nada. They still have not delivered my flowers for a birthday. I paid 53euros and got nothing. Why are they still around? Why have they not been stopped and how can we report them? Very disappointed and upset that they did this especially during these times!

Very bad service! When I ordered, I was writing the wrong house number, but houses are on same street, nearby. I admit my mistake. But the courier must call before delivery. The website has information that the courier calls before delivery, arrives twice if the first time he does not find the recipient. Nobody contacted the customer or the recipient. When we were interested in our order, we were informated that we could pick up our order at a specific address. But when I got my order was not there. I do not recommend this company!

- I paid with Paypal, and didn't receive confirmation of the order from them.
- After writing to their "support" they sent me an "order confirmation" and prompted me to pay AGAIN!
- Then I asked them politely what the hell?!
- They ignored me up until I wrote them through PayPal asking for the return of money because the flowers weren't delivered.
- A day after they sent me an email that they are preparing the bouquet (the bouquet was already late one day, so my sister didn't receive the flowers for her birthday)
- Two days later I contacted them to ask once again what the hell's happening - no response.
- My sister received flowers in the end, they were lovely... BUT I ordered a bouquet with roses, and there was not even one rose in the one she got. PLUS the birthday card was for kids, with an elephant, very cute, but NOT the one I chose.
I would highly recommend this company. I ordered a gift for my son and his family who live in France, there was something for everyone, plant and pot, wine, macarons, chocolates and palmiers! Delivery was prompt and the gift was much appreciated. However on this occasion the pot was damaged in transit, not something that usually happens. The response to my email was by return and the issue dealt with in a most professional manner. I will definitely be returning to this company when I need to send a gift in future.

All I can say is if you did order from this company, either forcefully retract your payment ASAP or launch an investigation with EU Consumer Law. They are never going to respond in time and you are never getting your product - and never getting your money back otherwise. Please run away as fast as you can.

They never called the recipient to make sure they were home or got the flowers. They never delivered the flowers even though they said they did. TOTAL RIP OFF! Don't use them!
Ordered flowers to be delivered same day 13 January 2021 at 10:03am. Was led to believe that this was a done deal by the Floraqueen website. Received an email at 14:25 which confirmed my order had been shipped so I believed the flowers were on the way for my friend's 50th birthday. It's now 14:56 on 14 January and the flowers have not been delivered and I have not heard from the company despite trying to contact them twice online. The flowers were eventually delivered late afternoon 14th January but they were nothing like the bouquet I had picked. I did not hear anything from the company until the following week when, in fairness, they refunded the full amount I had paid.

WORST SERVICE EVER. This website is a complete waste of money. I ordered the biggest version of a beautiful pastel orange bouquet for a party on Saturday, with a card. They delivered a medium bouquet of bright orange and red flowers on Monday, with a fault in the text which was printed on a piece of paper instead of written inside the card. I sent multiple emails to customer service with pictures as proof of the multiple mistakes and a screenshot of the bouquet from their website. They have now removed the page from their website so that it can not be consulted anymore, but I still have my screenshots. I was offered a 20% discount for my next order, saying 'sorry you aren't satisfied, but it looks good to us'. This is a complete joke and I will NEVER be using this website again.

We wanted to send flowers to my mother inlaw in Alicante Spain. Thinking everthing was set my mother inlaw received a call saying they could not deliver the flowers because they could not find the address. She confirmed the address which was correct. The problem was that they were trying to deliver them in Barcelona Spain only 320 miles aways. They assured her they would be delivered the next day which they were but in very bad condition. The flowers were dying already, we tried to contact customer service but they did not respond. I will never order from them again and I don't recommend anyone wasting their money on them.

The flowers were received exactly on time, however they were completely different than the one I have ordered from the website, from its shapes to its colors, everything was completely wrong.

The most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on her wedding day. I could not make her special day due to covid restrictions so this was a very important gesture to me. The flowers did not turn up on the day even though I ordered them a week in advance and asked them to be delivered the day before so they would 100% be given to her the morning of her wedding but unfortunately even with plenty of notice this wasn't a task flora queen could complete! When speaking to there customer service I was told I would be refunded for the shipping fee! How can they explain refunding me for a shipping fee when the flowers were not delivered. This caused me a lot of stress and upset. I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering from them! I would not recommend using their service

I ordered alive flower and bottle of wine and chocolate for my daughter's birthday. The order was late 6 days even this I tried to understand situation with Covid-19 for their late delivery. But the really bad impression is that the flower was delivered in very bad condition. Not only they were different then what was in their website but the box with flower were left in front of door upside down and everything was fully messy including that flower was broken and mixed with soil. Can you imagine instead to receive nice flower for occasion and get it box full with broken flower and soil.
I tried to complain to customer service from their bad service but nobody paid attention and even not apologize.
I am so disappointed and never ever going to use their service. Such a bad and not responsible agency.

So I saw some ads online for a certain bouquet I wanted to purchase for mothers day. I purchased my order on MAY 9th order number *******. I understood that my delivery could be one day early or late due to covid 19. Its now May 15th and nothing! Floraqueen I feel robbed and mislead. I paid $112.00 USD on my order and I get nothing from you? If it takes a week plus to receive flowers you should put that on your website. The whole point of the flowers is now ruined and my significant other thinks I forgot about her. According to my order for service and goods you had to deliver on October 24 and from 14:00 to 20:00 for which I also paid. The courier arrived early and the recipient was not on site. After the recipient dialed the courier, he said he had the day off. The courier said he would deliver on Monday from 9:00 to 12:00, but he never arrived and did not call. You cheated and did not provide the goods and service. We wrote a statement to the police about the scam and went to the bank for a refund.
First of all the flowers weren't delivered on the requested important date. Second there's no way to make enquiries or way to contact customer service. They just haven't arrived yet. Don't bother with this company. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell flowers or have an international company. Disgusting!
My order never delivered... I send them a mail that i informed them that this delivery is very important and they ensure me that it will be delivered on time. After two days they send me message that informed me thet their florist didn't deliver the flowers. I have to say that is the most untrustworthy company... Don't trust them anyway
Ordered flowers for valentines day for someone overseas and they were not delivered on date promised. After pursuing to find out what happened, I was told there was no supply. Then they were promised on a second date, and again flowers did not arrive. Once they did arrive, they were already dying and turning black. No refund, no customer service, no compensation. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Do not use this company, they are expensive, and you get $#*! quality and $#*!ty service. I even tried contacting the director of customer service and did not get a reply.
On the 9th April I arranged for some flowers and a card to be sent to my sister in Germany for her birthday on the 16th. They arrived 4 days late with nothing written in the card and implied that chocolates should have been included in the order
I had flowers delivered to my daughter in Germany for her 30th birthday. She said they were gorgeous and since she wasn't home at the time, they did leave them on the porch which was perfect! They were also delivered in a very timely manner. I would definitely use FloraQueen again in the future.
