Just got mine to come in for my wife and she loves them but my only concern is that the price for what we got isn't adding up. I bought the premiums and only have 4 roses and 7 lilies compared to a bunch of filler
Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
I placed an order on July 17th and paid over $100 to have it delivered the next day. It is now July 23rd and the flowers still show as "being prepared" on their website. I have contacted them to cancel the order.
From Australia, I ordered online to sent flowers to Germany. Courier didn't deliver it saying he couldn't match the buzzer name to the recipient name (buzzer name had the husband's name of the recipient). I asked if they left any note - they said no and since the buzzer name wasn't mentioned they refuse to refund! I emailed them the right buzzer name asking for them to try again (on the day of the delivery) they refused again and no refund. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service. I'd run as far as I can from this company. Don't even try thinking your luck as you can see all the review - I wish I've looked at their review before ordering.

The worst experience ever. The website is misleading, allowing you to buy with next day delivery, while in fact, it doesn't allow next day delivery. Only after placing the order, they will email you on the day of the delivery, saying it won't be on time, without the real delivery day. They don't have a customer service phone number, and only communicate via email. I tried canceling my order, and they didn't allow me to cancel it! The customer service is TERRIBLE, and I have never in my life experiences so many difficulties to do a simple thing as canceling an order. The delivery was delivered, without letting me know, and the flowers don't look like the web photo at all! Thieves, liers, do not buy here!

Shocking service and communication and customer service even worse! Stick with Interflora! I have paid for a delivery which should have arrived 22nd June, nothing! The tracking doesn't work. Then it sends you updates that it's being prepared well after your delivery date. Mine never arrived they never got in touch with so after 10days I contacted them via their website (no phone numbers). They told me there is a problem with the address. I am trying to get a refund and they said not if problem with address' I went back again and got a curt response to say get in touch with MRW address?

The order for the flowers placed never arrived, the telephone number they provide is not activated, the system does not reconise your order number, your emails to them come back with delivery faliure!
I cannot believe the cruelness of this "business" to have such poor standards and play with peoples happiness.
I can't find enough negative adjectives to describe this 'business' which seems to operate by subcontracting orders to other florists, and then hiding behind them to avoid accepting any responsibility.
I was charged £177 for a handful of roses, some Australian gumnuts and a few Australian native protea.
I had selected, and ordered a beautiful large bouquet of Australian flora-none of which were delivered. I was deeply embarrassed (by this pathetic offering to a special friend), devastated and ripped-off. Pure and simple.

Bad service, never delivered on time, and liers as they said they came to deliver but was not true, as I was home all day, and paid to be delivered on that day, flowers very poor quality and very expensive, don't buy from Flora Queen!

The problems with Floraqueen are:
- The website make many promises, but Floraqueen do not act efficiently and professionally,
- No commitment to customer delivery,
- Answer to customer request with 3 days delay,
- No contact by phone is possible,
- Sending reminder for prompt delivery do not trigger any action in Floraqueen
- No sincere apologies send to customer from Floraqueen,
- Etc…etc…etc…
Furthermore, if I have a look to my delivery history with Floraqueen, the failure rates of in-time delivery is more than 50%, and is getting worst and worst in term of increasing delay and bad response….
And FloraQueen proposal to compensate those errors…. Is a 20% discount on my next order!

There should be "no stars" rate for this case! Worst experience ever! Made a purchase three days ago from Germany, the same day received notification "Status is: Delivered" - flowers were NEVER delivered. NO answers to emails - now I'm not sure this company exist at all. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I also asked for refund - but now it's not possible because "the order is already being prepared by our team" THAT'S A LIE! Wrote one more email and requested the refund again - NO ANSWER!

Actual delivery of item was much less arrangement than the order pictured on Flora Queen website. Not in a glass vase. Arrived late delivery with a broken stem and stale flower.
I had to signed up here to leave this review so others would know Not to order from Flora Queen. On Saturday May 11, I placed a 129 euros order from the USA to a relative in Switzerland. Their Terms says no guarantees for next day delivery, and would be for Next business day. I agree and I understand. Their website still charged me a surcharge for a Weekend rush delivery. 11 euros. Why? And the order was delivered on Tuesday, Not on Monday. The WORST is that they left the vase at the building entrance door on the floor instead of delivering it to the 2nd floor as I clearly indicated. Elevator available takes 15 seconds to go up. My relative found the vase by coincidence when she went down during normal hours. If she didn't the vase would have stayed there. Flora Queen Ruined the whole birthday gift surprise and Zero professional delivery Ethic. Leaving a a gift flower vase by the building entrance floor, at 10 am, is Unacceptable. My party confirmed that no one rang the bell. I advise you to go elsewhere... And they will reply here that they'll look into it and Nothing will be done. Never Again from floraqueen. If there is a way to Dispute this I will. Your customers that trusted you deserve Better. Shame on you for ruining the birthday surprise!

On 12.09.2022 I ordered a bouquet worth 45,90€ from Greece to be delivered on 15.09.2022 in Vienna. The order WAS NEVER DELIVERED on the grounds that the cooperating florist went to the shipping address, he claims that the recipient was absent, but he did not leave a note and did not even try to contact her by phone, as HE HAD NO OBLIGATION according to company practice (there is no relevant condition in "Terms of purchase" of company's website). Company stubbornly refuses to refund or resend the bouquet. This is obviously a scam.

This was supposed to be a simple delivery of flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered a day in advance, thinking that a company that does same day deliveries would manage to deliver with one day in advance. Not so. The order was more than a week late! And the company refused to take responsibility because they had told me by mail that the order might arrive by Friday. Although they told me this on Wednesday exactly a week after the order was already supposed to arrive. Disgraceful.
Not just that, I had also ordered chocolates but they sent the wrong, cheaper, version instead of what I had ordered, although at least here they took responsibility and gave me 5 euros back. Yay.
What's even worse however is that the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies and some other flowers specifically because there was barely any green colour visible in the image and paid extra to make it deluxe size.
What arrived can only be described as a bush with 5 roses added in. The whole thing was green, save for the 5 roses mentioned, no sign of the white flowers that were in the image, no lilies either. The representative I spoke to, however, insisted that this is the correct bouquet and refused to compensate me for this disaster of an order.
The customer service is also terrible, you're lucky if they reply twice in a week, and even luckier if they actually read what you wrote.
Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.
Attached is an image of my deluxe size "Roses and LILIES" and the picture that was advertised.
When I challenged why our order was not delivered the response I received from Denise A at FloraQueen was, "We are very sorry to let you know that our courier company tried to deliver the flowers but the recipient was absent. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the order does not arrive on time due to circumstances outside our control (if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, for example)."
FloraQueen picks a delivery time of their choosing and if the recipient is not there, FloraQueen does not try to deliver the order later -- they simply keep your money!
I placed an order to be delivered on 24.2.2023, till date 1.3.2023 the order has not been delivered nor have I got a feedback although repeated reminders are being sent requesting for status. VERY POOR SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY SENDING REMINDERS AND ALSO YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEND A GIFT. WHAT A SHAME.
After my earlier post, I received a message yesterday 01.03.2023 stating that the order was delivered on 24.2.2023, when it was not delivered. I requested for an explanation, as usual no reply.

DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! Late delivery, no $20 card, less than half the flowers that were represented in the order, outrageous up charges for what was supposed to be a half dozen pink, a half dozen red roses, a dozen lilies and turned out to be 4 pink & 3 red roses $100, the missing card $10, a plain vase $20, candy $30, a six inch teddy bear $20, delivery $7. Actual total for the order sent to Brazil $180.50 USD. I never even complained about the missing card, I simply asked that they send the missing flowers to the same address. After being jerked around and finding it nearly impossible to reach them or have them acknowledge they received photos I had to send no less than 6 times. They credited my PayPal account $18 WTF?

My friend's birthday flowers were delivered THREE DAYS LATE and COMPLETELY DEAD.
The first two photos show the dead wilted flowers drooping over the side of the vase, rotted leaves and the soggy lily pods that had turned to mush - flowers retrieved from a rubbish bin would have looked better. The third photo shows what they promised to send, to allow comparison.
So embarrassing to have my name attached to a bouquet of dead smelly flowers.
Disgusted with the service. Had a discussion with my mom a day before Mother's Day and a big flower bouquet could've given me a chance to make things better. What a shame floraqueen has terrible service and are unreliable. Flowers never arrived all I had for my mom was a "sorry, flowers didn't arrive", as if that's going to help with anything. Probably won't even get a refund since these SCAMMERS marked it as delivered. I was left furious as they didn't even notify me so that I could buy flowers on my own. You probably don't realize how special these gifts can be, you guys can make or break relationships, DONT OFFER A SERVICE YOU CANT PROVIDE. $#*! YOU!

Today on August 1st 2020 my mother in Germany should receive flowers totaling $ 62.80 and in a Packet a birthday card($ 9.90!)! It's her birthday! In the * follow your order * the flowers are delivered! But no, they are not! It was a note in the mailbox, my mother can pick up the packet with the flowers on Monday August 3rd in the post office! Monday, today is Saturday! Why weren't the flowers left in front of the door? Today is my mother's birthday, she has no flowers! You didn't complete my order! And i don't want to pay for dead flowers on Monday! You have a $#*! service! Never again! I have cancelled the order! I hope at least I'll get my money back! But my mother had no flowers for the first time on her birthday! I'm really sad and angry at the same time
