Never use their service again! I ordered flowers to get them delivered in Oct 3 rd but it was delivered 5th Sept! This is so $#*! and theres no way you could contact CS from their site except rating their service!
I received an email from your company telling me that the flowers had been delivered.
However, when I contacted the recipient she didn't receive anything.
That means your company lied to me.
Then after contacting your company you said that the florist couldn't get a hold of anybody at that time at home. But nobody bothered to contact me to tell me this.

I wanted a large and lavish bouquet for a loved ones birthday. I spent £110 + £12 for next day delivery.
*NOTE: FloraQueen will charge you for special delivery but DO NOT GUARANTEE IT! So what that means is that they charge you for it but if you don't receive it on a Next Day - they won't refund you your shipping!
Flowers arrived 2 days late, they looked like a £25 bunch of petrol station flowers. I showed my receipt to the local florist who'd delivered them. She was mortified and said that these weren't more than £40! FloraQueen had paid £50 to her, not £110!
Furthermore, the person whose birthday it was accused me of FORGETTING!
ABSOLUTE SCAM. My credit card are getting me my money back, I rejected the flowers and asked the florist to take them back.
I ordered flowers and chocolates 2 days before by daughter's birthday. She lives in France. On the day of her birthday, I sent the following message:
*****Please confirm that this order will be delivered today. I need it to be there for my daughter's birthday which is today. Thank you.****
By the end of the day, the order had not arrived but I saw a message in the tracker stating that the order was sent to a drop off point. I then sent another email:
****I am very disappointed that the flowers I ordered for my daughter's birthday did not arrive TODAY, August 25. No one called her despite me including her phone number in the order. Instead, she received a text message around 6pm on August 25 informing her that her gift was at a drop off point that she could not get to. I paid for delivery service so it is expected that the flowers would be delivered to her home. Please resend her gift on Wednesday August 26. If you are unable to resend a new, fresh order for my daughter's birthday, please CANCEL this order.****
NO RESPONSE! I will request a refund. Very disappointed!

I paid and picked a special valentines bouquet, but it has never arrived and not had any help from Floraqueen to try to find out why it was not delivered
This is the most terrible service I have ever worked with. Please allow me to explain further- I ordered flowers for my grandmother for US Mothers Day (she is housebound). They then proceed to claim that she was not at home when the flowers were attempted to be delivered. I reiterated that she was housebound and that she caretaker recieved no phone call asking if they were home. Now, they want to charge me $25 for redelivery. This is unaccepable as the flowers were never attempted to be delivered the first time. The customer service is nothing but rude and inconsisted. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering frlowers from this service, as they take your money and provide no prouct in return.
FloraQueen failed to deliver the flowers for unspecified reasons. After an email exchange they eventually said that it was because they could not find a florist.
Their whole business involves finding a florist, so this is amazingly bad.
I was able to find two florists within about five miles of the address by googling "Florists near -address- " and it took only a minute. If FloraQueen had replied within a day to my email asking what the problem was, I could have given them this information.
1-800-Flowers also found a florist without problem and made the delivery perfectly. Unfortunately, because of FloraQueen's roblems, time had been lost and it missed the desired date; FloraQueen's incompetence meant that bereavement flowers failed to be delivered in time when they so easily could have.
I recommend never dealing with FloraQueen. Although, based on other reviews, they are capable of providing good service for routine jobs, they sometimes botch even these, and they have difficulty quickly resolving problems. As a result, they cannot be relied on.
It is as if their management has assigned some staff who need to be retrained or replaced who are undoing the good work of other staff.
You can't be contacted. I ordered flowers for my mother's 84th birthday on Wednesday the 16th to be delivered on the 19th or 20th of August. The order finally arrived on the 22nd and it was wilted and dry. The order number is *******
The bouquet was nothing like the one described. NO orange roses. NO red lily's. Only four red roses, four Gerberas and some Red Alstroemerias and lots of greenery I paid £60 for this TERRIBLE SERVICE. They do not reply to my emails, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. My order hasn't been delivered. From the very beginning they were embarrasing and was trying to cheat on additional money! NEver EVER they #MakePeopleCry!
I am a member of the CAF so sending gifts home is important. Arrived 5 days after mother's Day for my wife's first mother's Day at home with my daughter. I tried to get ahold of the company to issue me a refund or a price reduction due to the lack of helpfullness with no luck as they didn't respond. The gifts weren't what was displayed and it would have been cheaper to call the local florist to set up a delivery than using Floraqueen's service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID THIS SERVICE.
For Christmas I, living in the Netherlands, had ordered a Christmas arrangement at Floraqueen for my niece in Australia. Costs about € 76.00. My niece never received a Christmas arrangement.
When placing the order, all information was entered correctly, but Floraqueen mixed up mine and the recipients addresses in the confirmation email.
Inquiry with Floraqueen resulted in the following ( partly) correspondence:
Floraqueen: We are very sorry to let you know that our courier company tried to deliver the flowers but the delivery address you provided was wrong or incomplete and they couldn't get a hold of the recipient.
Floraqueen: However, please be informed that this order was already processed and can no longer be re-delivered due to perishable goods.
How can FloraQueen give orders to a florist to make a delivery to an absolutely not existing address?
An why did they not get in contact with the recipients address with the recipients phone number I filled in in the order form?
FloraQueen: *Florists' duty is trying to deliver in the address provided but not calling the recipient.
My opinion: collecting money and delivering nothing and making no effort is pure theft!
Ordered funeral flowers. Hefty charge no contact no flowers do not use these scammers. So sad that my family in the UK did not get any flowers.

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day which were paid for in full. The items didnot arrive for the Saturday delivery. She messaged Flora Queen several times to no avail, no response, no reason given for not delivering the gift! Finally, TUESDAY morning she got a reply. MOTHER'S DAY WAS SUNDAY, NOT TUESDAY! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM.

It is such a shame that the providers of a world wide flower delivery site have yet to understand or indeed organize the calendars of those who deliver flowers from what I presume is a global network of independent florists. I ordered a premium bouquet of Pink Roses and Gerberas in the UK for delivery from a local florist in New Zealand five days in advance of the required delivery date. The flowers finally arrived over 5 days late, ie more that 120hours after the specified day in the wrong colour and style - no apology, no refund of delivery fee as specified if they fail to deliver on the specified day and no response to the 2nd contact message or for that matter the 3 or 4th. The website still shows the bouquet as "being prepared"... hmmm, so sad that as an organisation they are clearly unprepared or capable of delivering on their site written promises.
1 star is one too many as an analysis of their service. 0 stars, ticks or anything else for customer service would be more accurate. Whilst the pandemic make have impacted services in many countries that is not the case in New Zealand. Take a look at the requested pink bouquet ordered on the right below and the multi-colour lily heavy posy delivered on the left below - you will understand my disappointment.
An over-priced appalling service that if it was regulated would be shut down.

The flowers were NOT DELIVERED. They definitely were not delivered. I have sent numerous emails asking that they be delivered and have only had one reply telling me the problem was being looked into.
I have even asked for a photograph of the flowers were left unattended, but still, I have had no answer.
Obviously, my friend did not have a Xmas gift from me because the flowers were the gift.
In my latest email, I asked for a refund, still no answer.
Please have the decency to either deliver the goods I purchased or refund my money.

Horrible experience. The flowers were never delivered, no note was left on the door. It's almost impossible to get into contact with these people but finally i was told that I couldn't get a refund but that I could have the flowers redelivered or get a credit (of about half of the price I paid) to use within one year. I contacted again to try to use the credit a couple of months later and was told that the claim was closed and they couldn't offer me the credit or redeliver the flowers as they told me they could. I'm frankly disgusted with this company and after dealing with their horrible customer service and complete lack of honesty more than once, I sincerely hope the business closes down. I feel hopeless in this situation as they have no phone number to talk directly about this situation with them and the things they say in their emails obviously hold no value. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Also, I would recommend looking at their reviews on other platforms as they are all horribly low.
I've spent literally hours and hours going back and forth and trying to get into contact with the company and I live in an opposite time zone and so I've had to be up during the night for hours for absolutely no reason. Such a waste of time and a disappointment.
No customer service - please avoid this vendor! No delivery attempt was made. No calls were made to the recipient. When I asked for a refund I was told they would not. $130.00 for nothing!

I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on April 17th in Vienna, Austria. They have not been delievered yet. On the 23rd of April (6 days late) they supposedly delivered the flowers and wrote that noone was there (which is a lie), so the person I wanted to send them to, should pick them up at a specific address. They did not rang the door, did not call the phone number that I gave.
They stopped replying to my complaint e-mails, in which I request a refund, 7 days after the order was supposed to be delivered. I am still waiting for a reply.
